I renovated my whole house. I had the whole house done in the same carpet. Rich, the owner was very helpful and accommodating. I ordered the carpet for the whole house, so it would be the same dye lot. In June, I had the upstairs done. I moved on to the down stairs to continue my renovations. In October, Rich scheduled the installation of the down stairs. He had stored the carpet for me during the summer. His Installers were neat and clean, did excellent work, which included upholstering the stairs. They were professional and quick. I am thoroughly pleased with the experience. I would use them again without hesitating.

I have used Pandolfi carpets twice now and both times exceeded my expectations. Rich was pleasant and was able to come out immediately each time to measure and give me an estimate. The installers were professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. I love my new carpets!

Recently had a Pergo vinyl laminate flooring (soulful gray) installed in the family room. The staff did an amazing job. I get many compliments on the flooring. I also had wall to wall carpet installed many years ago, great quality and installation. I highly recommend Pandolfi House of Carpets. Excellent quality experienced work and customer service.

Went to get a quote, wanted it in writing, the owner asked “why?”. We told him we were still looking at other places. He proceeds to throw a fit and tell us “we wasted his time” and walked out before we could say anything.Business is business but with someone that doesn’t want to provide proof of purchase is a little sketchy, I’d probably go elsewhere.
