Walked in with a Note 10+ with a busted screen and major charging issues, and immediately greeted by a gentleman who was ready to listen and help. Within a few minutes of explaining things to him, he was able to give me close estimate of what it would cost to fix it. Even though I wasnt able to afford it at the time, he ordered the screen and fixed my phone. Came in the next day to pay and he showed me my phone.I will be coming back if I have any issues with other devices, and will be recommending this place to anyone else that has problems too.

Had several screens replaced here. They do a great job. Wish they would answer the phone though. Although the text messages they send are nice.

I believe prices are a little too high

I manage 100s of mobile devices, and this place is an amazing resource for me and my company. I have figured out how to do iPhone 6 and 6s batteries, but I messed up taking apart a 7 and tore the cables. The fixed it in less than an hour and it looks like new. There prices are very good for the quality of work that they do. They are always super helpful, and were even able to help me out with some micro soldering on a HAM radio project.

Great service, quick turnaround, but the negative part is materials used. After getting tablet fixed, I got a case for it and a small bump ended up chipping the new screen. Another drop from less than a toddlers height and we are back to a cracked screen and barely using the device. I guess the saying goes for everything you buy. Buy nice, or buy twice.

I brought in my Samsung S7 after going to the Geek Squad and At&t due to being frozen from a hardware problem and they were able to fix it with no problem. I will definitely be a return customer.

Great place. I’ve brought about 75% of my collection in here for some type of repair and they are great. Not crazy expensive and well working employees. I’ve been going here for 3 years with phones and tablets.

Cracked up is a great place. They are very friendly. Very affordable. I have been here to fix my screens on my phone to diagnose my phone. If they dont know exactly how to fix something they will take the time to research the way. Theyh so sell used phones that are affordable

Ive been here 2 or 3 times I have ordered a phone through them I have even had a couple of screen faces replaced on cell phones that I have drop.I really like this place because I did not have to buy a brand new phone. Drop it off and 2 day return.

I usually don’t do reviews, the guys checked out my sons phone(no charge), they told us financially it would be better to find a used phone somewhere or get a new one,it had multiple issues, one being a broke screen, they could have made the money replacing the screen but didn’t. This place is a joke. I got my screen fixed and a day later it cracked. I took it back in there and they wanted to charge me to get it fixed. I never dropped it or anything it just cracked. They said there was a point of impact. I have an Otter box on it and the point of impact was on the inside. There was no way I cracked it. Never going back there. They dont care about anything other than the money. Also I had pictures and text messages recovered that had been deleted.

A few months back I got my phone fixed here and they messed up the back I was fine with that cause a case would easily cover it. But I had the phone less than a week an my screen turned purple and eventually blacked out. I took it back and of course they couldnt do anything but check if the price had went down any after I already payed 200 plus tax.

Had a great experience at Cracked Up Device. My iPhone screen stopped responding. Verizon and Apple offered me no real choice other than to get a new phone. Took it to Cracked Up Device on the recommendation of an IT guy. I called Sean who seemed to understand the problem immediately with recommended fix. I was able to get my phone in that day and back working normally after several hours and for under $100.

Went to get my iPhone 6s+ screen fixed and this will be the 3rd time I have to go In and get it fixed because they didn’t put on my screen and digitizer right. My phone just presses random buttons when itPleases.

Was told to come back for a free replacement on the screen protector I bought and had installed by them, upsold by an employee. It cracked about a month and a half later. I came back in, charged and told we thought about doing that, but didnt.Dishonest people are not the type you should hand your phone/device to. Theyre also fairly expensive.Ill take my business elsewhere.

I would equate my experience with Cracked Up Springfield as a scam. When I handed them an IPAD PRO with cracked screen the touch screen still worked, I made sure they said yes we can fix it. They basically ordered the wrong screen before they realized the screen was not even available; they had already started removing the screen. They didnt even call to follow up to tell me the issue. Now after they worked on it the touch doesnt work and apple is making me buy a brand new device. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS.

Some of the negative reviews I read here are quite comical considering the paperwork/ contract / agreement that they all signed and agreed to covers just about everything we are not responsible for that all these folks are complaining about, READ WHAT YOU SIGN BEFORE YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS! You dont like the terms its real easy to ask questions first and go somewhere else if you dont like the terms that are in writing. The guy with tempered glass is the funniest, every review he has ever given is a negative one, mad because he wanted something for free and didnt get it. LOL. Outstanding service and quality love this place. :)
