Very disapointing experience!!I purchased a Samsung phone and sales person recomended a screen protector whitch he installed the threw away the box it came in.The screensaver would not stick to the phone glass in the store and I was telling him I did not want it if it wouldnt stay on.In turn I was told try it for a weekand if it wont stick return it for a full refund.I came back eight days later and said ok the protector is falling off, the manager told me I could not return it without the box, I told her your staff threw it away, she said you cant return it its past the return date.At that time I said ok and peeled the cover off and put it in my pocket.When I got home I checked their policy to find a 14 day accessory return policy so she lied or was not in the know about their products, either way I got charged $26.00 for NOTHING.Plus the phone the sold me is expensive but has limitations that I cant live with.So far Ive been with ths company2 weeks.Previously I used T Mobile without a single problem for 7 years.Well guess what Im going back to Mobile T Saturday, Im buying one of their phones and I returning the phone to Sprint.This Sprint store does not honnor their customers only their profit and their staff it not proprely trained IMO!Id be fired imediately I did my job as they do theirs!

Very rude manager, my phone was locked and the customer service told me to go to the store and they’ll leave a note on my account of what they need to do to fix it. The manager didn’t even bother to look on my account and he in a very rude way told me to google what I need, but guess what, my phone wasn’t working to start with. Thank God I left this company.
I came in a little flustered because I was at my second Sprint store of the day but that changed when Aidan came and helped me. He made my visit quick, was friendly and solved my problems. This is a great Sprint to visit if you want your problems solved efficiently and with a smile !

My sales representative at the Memorial Ave location was Brian W. He answered all of my dozens of questions, was very personable, and actually gave a **** about his job. Ask for him and hell have your back. Im sure that whole team deserves some recognition!!!There is a reason why this store is rated better than the one on Riverdale. This store is FAR superior. Every time I went to West Spfld I felt like the reps were only interested in selling me. If I had questions, I was met with snubby noses if I wasnt making a good sale purchase. Do yourself a favor and try Memorial Ave instead. Thank me later.

As usual the employees couldnt help me. Could not locate my info in computer, phone is prepaid. Finally they couldnt help because it was a prepaid. You lost a sale for a new phone because of this.

One employee on one open register. One person in front of me at said register. One other employee in the store who was unable to help me because of the one and only register open. I left. I was only looking for information about changing my service plan.
This is a good RadioShack, I have never used the Sprint store inside the RadioShack through.

Seemed many workers. Only 2 seemed to work with individuals. The employee who helped me went the extra mile with his explanations!! Time waiting was especially tedious despite the number of staff on hand.
