I forgot the guys name. Dark skin, a lil chubby but handsome he was great. He was working by himself. He had a little crowd but he took care of me. He was fast, efficient and he gotta me out of there. There is nothing worse then standing in a prepaid phone store for 2 hours. I dont think I was there for 30 min or so. So I was happy about that. He knew the products well and he knew those prices. He was totally on point.Now the phone.... this may need to be a Samsung review. I have the Note 10+ through another provider. I got this additional line and this is an A11 for my daughter. Shes 6 and probably dont need a phone, i agree but I got my reasons. Even she notices the huge performance difference. She says mom it doesnt work right away and sometimes my phone crashes.I would recommend this Metro PCS if youre in that North County area.

Ive been a customer of US cellular for about 4 years. The customer service of the company is very poor (think cable company but this store goes above and beyond in poor customer service. After explaining a double digit percent increase in cell service, the answer I received was its inflation . Really? Hope that guy doesnt expect much out of other services rendered to him.
I returned a phone to then unopened. I was told i would be COMPLETLEY refunded ALL charges made to my account. A few days later i got refunded the cost of the phone yet charged an extra 56.12 for no reason and they refused to honor their word and told me their NOT gonna refund that charge. US Cellular has the worst service Ive EVER seen.

Great experience! The only reason why I gave them four stars instead of five is I did have a bit of a wait, and it did take a little while for the computer to process my order. Friendly and terrific customer service, though. Very knowledgable staff. Answered my questions well.

Returned two different devices at this store and they are trying to bill me for the devices. Besides there cellular service piggyback off of Sprint towers. Don’t use this company for service!
Customer services was horrible. One of the agents refused to answer my questions and stood outside smoking a cigarette talking on their phone. I went in for a simple upgrade, had everything ready and in the end I left and switched to Verizon.
Much easier to get to than at the mall. In and out in 5 minutes with solution at hand.

This place is a joke and rip off!!! When i bought my phones i ended up having to shell out 310 dollars for 2 lines for deposits and down payments but the guy said if it doesnt work out guranteed i can get ALL my money back i put out if i turn them in before my trial period ends. So we werent happy with service so i double checked and called them and another customer service rep stated i should get all my money back and what i owe would be billed to me. But id get ALL i put out (310) the day i signed up. So i go in and return it and they tell me they CANT give me all the money back, said they could give me 100 in cash and 52 would be put back on my card i paid with as fast as they took it out it would be back on and then id have to wait a few weeks and get a check for the other 100 because there policy had all of a sudden changed on returning money!! Now we are still about 50 dollars short on my refund because now there rule is they dont give back 25 dollar line deposits!! Soooooo i walk out with 100 in cash, and i am pissed, go to check my account and see if my 52 dollars is put back in and NOTHING, been over 24 hours now and still NOTHING, nothing even pending. Last i checked when they took it out it was taken out immediately so saying it would be returned to account as fast as it was taken out is a BS lie. And god knows how long before i see a check for the 100 or so...and they cant refund the 25 per line so thats 50 i wont see. I needed that money to go out and get another 2 phones and was GUARANTEED by 2 workers id get it back and out of the 310 i spent ive literally only seen 100 of it!!! Try getting replacement phones with 100 dollars. Luckily i did figure it all out but screw this lying company! I realize now why everytime i have been inside there locations its dead and nobody is in there....i hope to save someone else from going in this place and being screwed. DONT DO IT!!!
In store I had a good experience, but that is where it ended. The coverage is awful, if I need data while I travel, not-happening. Explanations for odd billing and overcharges, not happening.
Needed a new bluetooth, they had newer model and the price was less than the previous one.
Service has gone down the tubes. Choose a different carrier if at all possible. You will save yourself the headache of dealing with them and their poor product.
Had the audacity to argue about earbuds... look at your website! Galaxy S4 does not come with earbuds.... DUH
