I have been a customer of us cellular for about 5-6 years now and had a great relationship with the employees there however today I took my daughter in to upgrade her phone at 11:46pm on Saturday and was told by the employee that she has a appointment in 15 minutes so she can’t help me and she doesn’t know when Brook was going to be in. The only person in the store was her and her boyfriend. Not happy and will be leaving US Cellular this month.

Brooke put so much time and effort into getting me into the perfect phone, safely transferring all my data, salvaging passwords and important files. The store was busy but I felt like she had all the time necessary to complete the transaction. I am a very happy Springfield UScellular Customer!

The ladies at the US Cellular is Springfield VT are always knowledgeable about the products they are selling, friendly while assisting & make sure your needs for the purpose of the visit are met. I would highly recommend this branch to any friends or family & will continue to tend to my business in that location.

10 yrs with this company on a prepaid. NEVER have to deal with automated system, or the famous foreigner with little to no education with the English language. Constant promotions, and upgrades. The associates are all well trained not just in customers hospitality, but their products.

I have been trying to complete a change of ownership on a phone line for 3 weeks and have been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this location as well as the parade of excuses about why this process is taking so long. Unless this location is your only option please take your business elsewhere.

I like the convenience of not having a contract. Staff is usually friendly and helpful(Brooke is the best at our local branch). Service coverage is fair to good.

Recently upgraded mine and my fiancé phones. Brooke and the other woman she was with Jennifer I think her name is. They were very busy and still found the time to get our brand new Galaxy s21 phones done this weekend. I have been going to this location over 3 years. Brooke was the first person to ever help me. And every year she continues to. They are the only reason I still continue to go to this store and stay with us cellular. Always super helpful and amazing customers service. As someone who works with the public daily. This location goes above and beyond for their customers.

We have been customers of theirs for years now.Usually I pay our bill by debit card on my phone, but I was going to peebles to pay my credit card that day, so I gave my Husband our bill (230 dollars, I have 3 cellphones I pay for every month) and he went over to pay it, well somehow a newer sales associate named Megan, (we usually deal with a blonde lady named Brooke, who is wonderful and has always been very helpful and friendly to us) took the money to put into their system that he paid 100 dollars less then he did. I have never had an issue so when he met me at peebles I put the receipt in my purse and later threw it out thinking we were good.Days later, our phones get disconnected and when I call to find out why, I am told that we owe 97 dollars on our account.I have the sales associate go through my payment history and realizes that I have NEVER not paid my bill. I have to make a promise to the associate that after its investigated in the next 7-10 days and if they cannot figure out where the error was made we will be responsible for the 100 dollars, plus 25 dollars for each phone that was disconnected. I had to agree to it to get my phone turned back on, our phones are our lifelines. We dont have home phones and we have a child and 2 disabled people whom we care for in our home.My Husband, Jason, calls the store to check on the investigation several times and nothing has been done about it, once he was told the manager has to review the video surveillance, today he goes into the store and is told by the mamager that the corporate office has to review the video surviellance. Here we are going on almost a week with NOTHING done.I am beyond disappointed and upset with the management at this store and I plan to call the cooperate office myself to make sure something is being done about this.We are very giving, honest, hardworking people, and to have someone steal money from us and get away it because people are not doing there job is very upsetting to me.With the holidays approaching this is the last debt we needed added to our pile of bills.I see on the reviews for this store, we are not the only upset customers, or are we the only people who have been stolen from before, and I plan to try my best to remedy this as we already pay a lot for our phone plans as it is.
