This little place has the best customer service! I stopped by to buy some vapes and he let me try the ones I bought in front of him before I left to make sure they worked. 1 actually didnt work so he replaced it for free. Definitely recommend this place!

This is hands down the best smoke shop in Springfield. The service provided there is awesome and he always makes sure your satisfied with the product and ask for input to improve his business. The prices are really great also. I would like to see maybe more swisher sweets flavors or zig zags.

Always great service when I come into the store. Has a awesome selection of smoking accessories at prices you really can’t beat. I have to refrain myself from overspending.. LOL. Something I think you could add though is maybe a wider selection of the newer swisher sweets flavors and zig zag flavors. I will definitely be back there again.

The owner talked told us all about himself, and his family. Telling us storys, and all.. They had a decent selection, and alright prices. He does seem to actually care about his customers. Khan’s is amazing! Not only are the prices the best in town but his customer service is second to none! Khan asks that you open up your Vape bars and test them to ensure they work & if you receive a bad one he will replace it on the spot for you. The atmosphere is very welcoming & his sales and products are top of the line. Not to mention his hours are fantastic! If he is out of a product he knows exactly when his new shipment is coming in & doesn’t try to push a different product to try to make a sale, he tells you he has something similar but if you want a specific item it’s no problem for him to tell u to wait until it’s in stock! Highly recommend Kahn’s to anyone! Amazing place & an amazing guy as well!
