I have always loved stopping at this store on my way through. But not today at 430.pm. There were three people working no customers store was on a shambles. Nothing was put together and they were standing around gossiping. I proceeded to get items to tally over $100. My card is a valid bank card. And the manager and assistant manager had no clue what their merchant code was so they wanted different payment or I could call the number on my card. Well needless to say the items stayed and she was supposed to cancel it out. Who knows if she did. Believe me I will check. I will never stop again. The look of that store was as if they were closing up for good. Well might as well.

This store in Springfield VT does not have handicap door buttons...so it was quite difficult getting my mother in using her wheelchair. Clerks were doing inventory count so the store was in disarray...there were items blocking isles and items turned around on racks...not easy to shop.This store seems to be one of those hit or miss stores...either you find a few things you want, or nothing at all...most of the time for me its a miss.

This store has the potential to be such an asset to our community however, it is not being managed well. It is an absolute mess...looks like a yard sale. Staff is inexperienced and has no idea how to run a retail store...just keep it organized and clean would be a start. One of the employees was just sitting on the counter doing nothing...very unprofessional....someone please help this store be successful...we need you in our community

I thought it was very good And I say a lot of money. I pay $35 for a $80 polo jacket. And I gather $55 izod shirt for 22 Dollars

I shop there a lot, and I can say the store is looking much nicer! It is cleaner, their shoe department is clean, and the staff is friendly. They also have a lot more in-style clothing to choose from, recently. They never have my size, but they order it online for me. The excellent customer service I recieve each time I go in keeps me going back!

They have a lot of good sales all the time. Check online for coupons before going in to shop

If you time it right, you can get phenomenal discounts

*Closed now*Expensive and a lot of outdated clothes. The bathrooms were disgusting. Good place to go if you dont have time to go anywhere else and really need something, but on Superbowl Sunday I wanted to run in for something quick, I walked through the doors and a man and woman stood up from the counter saying they were closed until noon. Then why were the doors unlocked? Also, what kind of store opens at noon, they already dont open until 10am on weekdays.

When stuff is on sale its a great store, but everything is Wal-Mart quality at Nordstrom pricing. My boyfriend bought me a $60 leather jacket for Christmas, and I wore it in the rain on accident once less than a week later, and the leather was peeling and bubbling. Pleather should not cost $60.

Quality of clothing is not the best, prices high unless on sale or you have a coupon, then then they are great. NEVER accept their offer for free magazines for 90 days. I got caught up in that trap. I dont even remember accepting that offer and have now been billed 17.50 since they had my debit card info already. Ugh!

The employees are very polite and helpful.

No inventory, really sad place

Very disappointed in the store this year for Christmas shopping. Childrens clothing section very poorly stocked.

We visit the one in Springfield vt not only was the bathroom discusting but the shoe department was hidious. We spent time trying to figure out where the 1 shoes i needed was. Racks in front of the shoes. Noone around all the while searching we saw noone. Once up frint of course there they where at the register chatty catting it up.Then to ask if i wanted a bag? Of course she had to search for one and had i not paid attention it was a USED bag. Who the heck looks at these stores?

Friendly employees! But, not much clothing for plus size women or for boys sizes 14. If your a skinny women, this place is for you!

Unfortunately unsatisfied shopping experience. Wait of time to shop and be treated disrespectful too. I will never go back in.
