First time customer and I will be back! The young men working were extremely friendly and helpful. The young man that made the ice cream PATIENTLY listened to my friends 6 year old daughter tell him stories as he was working. We tried to rescue him, but he assured us it was totally fine. He was even asking her questions! They had a constant flow of customers and every customer was treated with a smile! Plus, everything was delicious! We did tea and ice cream both.

The Boba tea itself I would give 5 stars, as well as the service from the young man at the counter. The part I didnt like was that the two young ladies making our rolled ice cream had their hair hanging over the ice cream as they made it. Im sorry but anyone making or prepping food should have their hair tied back. One of them was also wearing a super revealing crop top with her cleavage hanging out. It just didnt seem very appropriate for a store that serves families with kids.

I liked the chill vibe they had inside. The employees were very friendly! The drinks were very good! I cant wait to go again to try new flavors!

Good visit with very fast service. The menu offers more than boba drinks. The boba was actually a bit harder than I’m used too, but the flavor was good. The inside wasn’t set up for customers to sit and visit, probably as a covid-19 precaution.

I use to love this place but I think the customer service I received the other day was awful. If it wasn’t for the guy there that actually helped me and apologized for everything I probably wouldn’t be going back.I ordered my order, paid, and tipped and the the lady who took my order only made half of it. She completely walked off and never finished the order I had. But she was very eager to make the group behind us their order instead. I’ve never felt so discriminated against honestly. I waited for 20-30 minutes on an order that should’ve taken 5 at most. Two groups of people got their orders and left when I ordered ahead of them. I finally told another employee who ACTUALLY helped me and took care of the issue right away.There’s no excuse when you’re literally the first customer and first order, you have the ingredients ready, there’s plenty of other staff around, and your looking right at the order to just walk off like that. Absolutely none.

Really nice variety of milk teas, smoothies, and other drinks and toppings. They also offer rolled ice cream. The prices were low and the employees were super sweet. Definitely a great place for boba tea!

We always get the smoothies with boba and they are so good. They have fun Halloween/fall flavors available now too.

Showed up two hours before closing and place didnt even have the ice cream machine running. Had to wait nearly 20 min and there was no one ahead of me. Also not to mention the group of half stoned high schoolers just loafing on the restaurants couch watching YouTube

I love their boba tea! It’s always so busy when I come in, but they get through everyone quickly and the store is pretty clean. I drive nearly twenty minutes to get here from my house, so I think that shows how much I prefer this place over other places. I also get the same drink order every time and have to resist coming here more than once a week. I recommend them!

Really tasty! Got the Purple mace and dragon milk tea. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with your order if youre not familiar with boba tea. I suggest trying it out!

I come here a lot after work and its always lovely. Drinks are awesome (only place I can find bursting boba which rocks), atmosphere is chill, always clean too! I ordered over Grub Hub, and while I love the actual tea, the boba left a really bad after taste and it started to make all the teas taste the same. The closest I could describe it to is almost tasting like cleaner. I cant knock the tea, but the boba is not my favorite.

I highly recommend watermelon milk tea with green apple bobas. Mmh!

We had a little of a bad experience when I first took my girlfriend here as she was told they have no alternative to regular milk, she is lactose intolerant.We came back and a few nice ladies at the counter disproved that and gave my girlfriend a pleasant surprise as she was able to enjoy Boba Tea again! Weve been back many times since and the staff is super friendly and rarely make mistakes but hey, things happen.

REALLY love this place but i get smoothies and, justvin the lastvweek, they havent been doing smoothies when i go in!!! EXTREMELY frustrating and a huge waste of time to drive all the way over therecand stand in line just to see the tiny sign on the register that says not doing smoothies right now 😠

I stayed in Springfield for 3 months and loved this place. They dont have buba at home and I miss it. Hopefully wherever else we travel I can find it.

Went in there because I wanted something new, and had time to kill while at Firestone. The girl behind the counter is rude to customers, cannot take an order accurately to save her life and actually talked to a customer as though she was mentally challenged after messing up her drink 2 times. I understood her order, so did everyone else. If she tried listening as much as talking she might have got the order right the first or even second time, and instead of belligerence the customer might have been treated with a tiny amount of respect. She probably wont return, and I know I wont go back because I wont bite my tongue again if Im spoken to that way.

I brought in 4 eleven year olds and everyone got a milk tea with popping boba. Unfortunately the strawberry tea with strawberry boba was made with bottom of the barrel boba. There wasnt a single popping boba to be found. As I am sure can imagine, to be the one friend whose drink doesnt have the most important part it was very disappointing. I am not sure why we werent just asked to pick a different flavor if stock was running low. When paying 4 dollars for a drink one would hope for it to be made to the highest standards.

Dalton was very professional and helpful on helping me figure out my drink when i couldnt decide and it was delicious. Very welcoming and friendly i would come again.

I usually go fruity, but this time I decided to go sweet! I ordered an almond joy smoothie. She even put almond shavings on it. This is my favorite boba smoothie and tea place! Theres always different kinds of flavors to try. They also have rolled ice cream! Staff is kind and helpful!

I love this place, their Bubble tea is wonderful, theyre rolled ice cream is amazing, they have a great atmosphere as well as great service, definitely a fun place to go with friends or even just to quickly grab a drink, highly recommend.

Friendly and fast. The place is also a relaxing and a great place to hang out. My only complaint is that I felt my smoothie had a lot of boba, thus making it hard to enjoy the smoothie. A really good thing I noticed is that the drinks are filled with minimal ice.

First time trying and will definitely do it again. Next time I want something more traditional.

Its delicious!!! They were super sweet to my three year old and do helpful and theres do many options. My son loved his strawberry banana smoothie and his bonfire. Definitely coming back soon!

Hidden away in Elfindale Center about a block East of Kansas and Sunshine is a delightful little drink speciality coffee and ice cream shop. IT IS BEHIND GREAT SOUTHERN BANK. The people are nice and extra shots are included in cost. WOW!

Kylie is a wonderful boba maker. She truly has a way with the art of boba-ing. A modern day Leonardo DaVinci but if his preferred medium of art was making boba teas. If you are looking for an actual mastercraft boba, look no further than here and ask for Kylie.

Gluten-free and dairy free options.I used to live in Hawaii so I have strong opinions on boba. They are very tasty for all of the core flavours. Some of the non-standard ones can be a little perfume tasting but they kill it on the milk tea, taro and such.The jellies are my favourite!

La boba has been super amazing and everyone here has been super kind and knowledgeable about boba and all their other products when I have questions. Kylie is always especially kind and she seems to always be there!

Staff was friendly but the drinks were not so great. I got honeydew milk tea and it had a bitter after taste. The mango milk tea had a small spoiled milk taste. Ended up having to throw them both out. Most likely wont be back.

Customer service was garbage. Very rude and unwelcoming, but besides that ice cream was great!

Congrats this place now has severe emotional importance to me since I went here with my crush and tried boba for the very first time with them. People at the counter were great and helped me work through the boba ordering process. I had a peach iced tea bursting boba and it was a hair sour at first but beyond that absolutely outstanding.

I wouldn’t waste your time. I ordered 4 ice creams. 20 minutes later (and after watching SEVERAL people get their order that came in AFTER me) I gave up and got my money back, leaving empty-handed. There were 3 employees. One poor girl was obviously baked out of her ever-loving mind. Never again.

This place is great. Everything is awesome but since I tried the Mangonada, theres been no other. The rolled ice cream is a work of art.

The girl taking our order was friendly and our drinks were pretty good but looking around and seeing dust on the counters and from the things hanging from the ceiling was a little off putting.

My daughter has been begging to try the boba tea, I took her and her friend and this was the closest place. Mind you, I do not have a clue about this stuff. The gentleman working there was so helpful and thoroughly explained everything and what the girls were curious about. We ordered and he got the drinks out to us quick. The girls loved it! We will come back again. Great service and very neat place.

I ordered the watermelon smoothie with green apple burst and strawberry jellies..really tasty! If I go back and things are good again Ill give it 5 stars..just wanted to see if they are consistent!

The service at the Cafe is good and the beverages and food itself is of good quality as well. My complaints come with the price. 5$ for a drink is way too expensive. In most places, 5$ is enough to get 2 or 3 drinks. Not here. The furniture inside of the Cafe is also not the best. The sofas are broken and sink in onto broken wood which is extremely uncomfortable.. Some updates to the furniture and toning the price down would make this place a favorite.

La Boba is fantastic. Great coffee, great smoothies, great Thai ice cream. If you dont like what you get here, you just ordered the wrong flavor for you that time, so do yourself a favor and try something else! There are so many different options available, youre sure to find something you just cant live without anymore.This time, we tried 2 of their new seasonal flavors: Mint Chocolate and Pumpkin Spice (both in smoothie form). Both were AMAZING as usual. I would post pictures, but they were too good to last long enough for that!

If you love bubble tea you have to try it. If you havent had it its like drinking a sweet treat with gelatinous balls of jelly flying in your mouth. Fun for everyone plus you can use them as an amazing pea shooter.

I dont come here often for myself but my wife is Vietnamese and she loves their smoothies and other cold drinks they sell with their tapioca pearls and the candies in the bottom. I did order the Vietnamese coffee and was definitely pleasantly surprised. Vietnamese coffee has a very distinct flavor and they made it with a froth that was fantastic. I have looked everywhere online for a menu and could not find one so I took pictures. Hope you can zoom and read them. The colorful one changes periodically but the others stay pretty much the same. Enjoy.....

I had a friend bring me here almost a year ago, and I havent been able to stop coming since! The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is super comfortable inside. The ice cream rolls, shaved ice, and drinks areall amazing, and the staff are great at giving recommendations if youre new or have trouble deciding!

My new favorite! A friend turned me on to bubble tea and this was the first place I tried and loved it. The guy was so helpful in explaining what they offered and gave me samples to find what I liked. Place has very hip decor, but its comfortable for anyone to relax. The ice cream rolls look delicious too.
