Just opened, usual fare Starbucks wise. Great fresh made breakfast sandwiches, great value for the price. Very friendly attentive service. Guest first!!!

Its a Starbucks, branded as not a Starbucks, but that also isnt a totally-legit Starbucks either. Im sure its fine if youre staying at the adjoining hotel, but we were looking for a new coffee place and saw this on the map. (Were new in town)I ordered a latte and got a cup of way-too-hot milk. As a barista, Im super sad and definitely feel like I wasted money. Skip it and go check out the real local coffee shops, we have a few great ones here.

I don’t know how much they pay this barista (Skyler) but if she isn’t making $30/hr, she should be!!! I’m staying at the plaza and every morning she has been by herself with standing room only, just rocking it! Friendly, polite and efficient!!! Kept a smile on her face (a genuine one!) and that type of customer service is very rare!

Very poor service. Very misleading.

Sloooooooow service. One person running the shop...same good coffee but cannot give 5 stars to a place that you invariably wait 10-15 minutes (minimum) in line for Starbucks. Also, Starbucks app payment not accepted there.

Great place when you are in a pinch for Coffee. They serve Starbucks coffee.

Many instances during the day that no one is here. Also the barista was leaning so that she wasn’t seen behind the register. Can they just sit on a stool and in view to customers outside?? That way they can play on their phone and not keep leaving the shop.
