Upon entering we were greeted with friendly service and recommendations. I went with the quinoa kale salad with salmon on top and it was a delicious and so cool looking. My friend got an egg toast which was also very well presented. We also had a yummy fresh ginger carrot juice. Very well done and healthy!

We got an immunity shot, the beet juice, and a tuna sandwich. All were absolutely delicious! The juices were so fresh and satisfying on the hot day and tuna sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. The homemade pickles really brought it home. I will definitely be back!

The FOOD is soooo delicious and I could not stop licking my fingers. The presentation is well crafted. My partner and I got avocado toast and we both LOVED every bite. We also got tea and coffee lattes which were so cute and tasty. I topped it off with an immunity juice shot. My experience here was truly lovely! The immediate vibe was warm and welcoming which is not always the case being a Black female customer in an interracial relationship. He and I appreciated it! There’s no judgment here, just nutrients for the body and soul. Thank you to our hostess for the positivity!! Big hugs to her.

Lovely is the bomb. Josh and Sarah are the perfect hosts. My wife, Glenna and I love the food and drinks. I will not point to anything specific because we are still exploring the menu. I will say that everything we have ordered so far has been a taste delight. Its like a party in your mouth every time we try something new. The name is, LOVELY is perfect.

So delicious! I cant believe how good this place is. We stopped by because we wanted to hit a stop on the grilled cheese experience, but we will definitely be coming back for more. There grilled cheese was perfection. Their soup tasted so healthy. I wasnt sure if I like it at first but as I kept tasting it, my body wanted more. The pickles and pickled onions on the side were a very nice touch and went great with the meal. A plus, the gentleman working was very friendly.

What a Lovely little eatery. Pun totally intended. From fresh made juices and smoothies to phenomenal sandwiches and coffees, Lovely has you covered. Im of the opinion its better to do a few things AMAZINGLY WELL, than to do a slew of things and have them turn out mediocre. And Lovely hits that mark perfectly. From the moment I walked in and saw the colorful artwork, I couldnt help but feel joy. I know that sounds silly but its true. And the food was stellar! I will definitely be dropping in again to enjoy their thoughtful, delectable offerings.

Absolutely loved my first visit to Lovely! The Tuna Melt was delicious, the juice was perfect, the music/art/atmosphere were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Zero complaints! I will definitely be back!

We came to Lovely while passing through Eugene. And it is just the sweetest family run cafe with delicious, inventive and colorful whole foods. Josh and his wife are the most friendly of hosts and my little skater was not only inspired by Josh (who he sweet talked into skating in the evening) but also wants to own a cafe like theirs someday. It is well worth a drive out of the way to pick up a fantastic breakfast or lunch.

I was excited to try this place, but was disappointed that not a single employee was wearing a mask, even though today has the highest number of Covid cases in Lane County since January. I didnt feel safe in the stuffy cafe. They have outdoor seating, which was nice, or I wouldnt have been comfortable eating there. I ordered a basic tuna sandwich, which was delicious, but way over priced at $12. No sides, or anything...just the sandwich. May go back to buy the local honey I saw displayed, but thats it.

Two of us went here recently. I had the Smoked Salmon Toast, which was delicious, with very good salmon/lox. I didnt get to taste the other persons order, Avocado Toast with added Beet Pickled Egg, but it looked great and got a big thumbs up. We also had a Watermelon Juice with lime and another ingredient or two (cant remember what they were).

This place has great food and fantastic coffee. Local art, jewelry, candles, and doodads for sale there too. Loved the ascetic!

The sweetest spot to grab lunch, or food to go if you’re heading out of town for an outdoor adventure. Owned by a wonderful local couple who are passionate about the cafe, their community, and serving nutritious and comforting eats. Their pickled creations are my favorite! I love the juices, sandwiches, and salads too. You won’t be disappointed. Support your local community, especially after what a hard year it’s been. Love you guys!

Lovely is my go-to place for a warm welcome and a happy belly. Im so glad to be supporting a Springfield family endeavor. They have created a unique spot in town. I usually order the same thing at a restaurant, but I cant help but try each new, creative sandwich, juice, preserve, and pastry. You can find vegan bowls, vegetarian delights, and AMAZING smoked salmon toast. The menu is basically everything I wish that my kitchen could be. It is a social hub for the neighborhood too; nothing beats an unplanned moment to catch up with neighbors and have a shot of ginger-lemon juice. I also like seeing the art made by my neighbors in the little market at the front of the cafe. I cant recommend this place enough so be sure to check it out, stay a while, and soak in the experience.

I would say, Dont eat here, but that assumes you can get them to serve you. We had ordered a salad, a tuna sandwich and two cappuccinos. The cappuccinos were served 30 minutes after I paid $30 for our meal. They proceeded to serve everyone in the place, including two groups who showed up after us. Still no food. At 45 minutes, I asked about our order and was told that there was one order in front of ours. We then walked out.

Good. but very expensive...esp for spring field oregon& portions are small...so not great for big guys...i guess the bowl with rice & beans & kale is fairly expensive & more substantial, but$8 for carrot ginger juice...😒organic carrots are damn cheap$5 for 2 poached eggs?...lower your prices if u want customers to return...& add a big portion something for hingry men

Servers are nice. have had the mocha and the energy shot tea. both excellent. and either tuna sandwich, or the avocado toast are all great. the tomato soup was a little too “beet” and not spicy or salty enough for me, but just my taste. i’m glad they are open for full service again, wanted to go at beginning of pandemic but they had transformed into a grocery style thing. glad they’re in springfield.

Had a day off so went to grab some food in downtown Springfield. My husband and I had not been to this new little shop before so we decided to pop in. They have a wonderful assortment of made in house organic snacks and juice. We decided to try immunity shots and a beet pickled eggs. The immunity shot was sooo gingery and delicious. And the pickled egg was boiled to perfection and pickled perfectly. Definitely will be back to try out some more stuff soon.

Love this place! Ate here with my Mom the opening weekend and tried a little of everything. Came back today and remain impressed. Nice atmosphere, really flavorful and Im a new fan of pickled foods as a result! LOVE their avocado toast. Also love that first visit we were jammin to Zeppelin and today Billie Holiday was in the house 🎶

Food was delicious! The avocado toast was worth the money (esp compared to other places around in terms of the size of the bread and the amount of avocado). The soft boiled egg or pickled egg that i added on to my toast was a fun add (a pink egg!). The beet juice was also really good and cleared up my sinuses. All in all, a fun little cafe that I hope the community will find just as darling as its neighboring competitors.

My usual breakfast stop was a bit too busy on my way to work so I decided to try Lovely. Once I saw the menu, I didnt have high hopes. My usual breakfast is fried and meat heavy and Im not particularly concerned with eating healthy.I have never had a breakfast that made me feel energetic, satisfied, and been so full of flavor. The cilantro lime dressing is the best Ive ever had and the service is outstanding. Ill be eating here once a week at least for as long as Im coming into Springfield. Absolutely wonderful establishment and some great music on the radio.

As a female millennial, I’ve had A LOT of kale & quinoa salads, obviously. ;) This one from Lovely was by far one of the best. I could tell that someone who truly cares about cooking, not just Instagram, created this (although if that’s your thing, you won’t be sad either).Each component was perfect- the warmth of the quinoa, the balanced acidity, oil and spice in the dressing, the crunchiness of the pickles, the freshness of the kale.Vibe of the place is cool and the owners (working the counter) are super nice. We will be back next time we are in town!
