Called ACIS on Friday before the 4th of July Holiday with an emergency, we had no access to our main computer, payroll due out. They had a tech out within 2 hours of my call and I was up and running again that day. Fast, friendly and reasonable! There are not adequate words for how much I appreciated their service. My computer crashed & I paid another vendor to restore it. I was not happy with the results-but at least I had a working computer. It crashed again within days. I took it in to ACIS and they worked magic! It was restored to near perfect pre-crash condition. ACIS was recommended to us by another IT company in Springfield, which speaks volumes in itself. Our Office 365 migration was slightly more complicated due to the logistics of our employees locations (6 states and 1 out of the country). Travis and his crew were patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and did I mention patient?! To say that they dealt with more than their fair share of issues is an understatement, but they stayed late to be sure we were up and running as quickly as possible, with absolutely no complaints. Amazing group of people! They are upfront and honest with you. No B.S.I went in for what I thought was a simple repair and they did a diagnostic and found out that the computer was toast. They reccomended that I purchase a new computer instead of putting money into fixing this computer. Travis and the staff at Acis Computers have been managing our domain registration for years. As the default IT department of a large and growing church, I have always appreciated their courtesy and excellent customer service as much as their expertise in handling all things related to our online presence. Even though we are a relatively small client and right now only take advantage of a small portion of the services Acis provides, they never treat me as small or unimportant.I was so impressed by the way they recently solved a issue with the churchs change of website hosts, I have decided to move all our email hosting to Acis. Although many online hosting providers advertise one-stop-shop services, nothing beats having a real, live specialist in your corner!

Dude I went to Beyond Computers on Sunshine the guy told me I had to give him $45 to start to put the stand on my iMac I asked him for a solid price I’m not about to give you my $45 and then you tell me it’s another $100 for a repair. I recently tripped over my laptop power cord and my laptop fell off my desk and hit the floor. I couldnt get it to turn on after that. I called ACIS and talked Dave I think. He was upfront with me and told me that it could be costly but would do a diagnostic to see if it was was worth fixing. I got there and he looked at it right away and got it to turn on. He didnt charge me for looking at it and told me if problems show up again to come back.I will definitely be back with any other problems i have and will recommend all my friends and family to use ACIS

These guys are great. I first encountered them when my laptop charging cable wouldnt work anymore. I brought in my laptop without notice and they were able to help me get a fairly priced charger that worked in a matter of minutes. I came back to them a second time because some screws had fallen out of my laptop and the trim pieces were coming loose (my laptop lives a rough life). The guys at ACIS took the time to rummage through used screws for a few minutes to find some that would fit and got my laptop buttoned up. On top of that, THEY DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME. ACIS IT Solutions is by far the best place to go for any of your computer needs and especially when you are working with super computers and SuperMicro SuperServers and that running two CPUs Intel Xeon 2699 v4 22-core 44 threads setup also with 8 GPUs! You cant have someone who doesnt know what theyre doing when it comes to servers that cost over $40K. But I will trust ACIS IT Solutions on anything and everything I get to add to my network and rack. I really like this company. I had a problem with my mouse pad on my computer. I called the store and was given help over the phone. Even though I was not at the store. This didnt work. So I took my computer to the store. I was very pleased. I live in Lebanon and they were able to get my computer fixed in an afternoon. Which saved money and time. They also did as a extra service, a malware scan and updates. My computer runs better then when it was new.

They are always helpful over the phone, and that often solves the issue. They will mess around for a while on a simple project and forget to charge, or refuse to charge. They once handled my HP which was still under warranty and got all the fixes taken care of because they have so much experience with HP. They upgraded and cleaned up my sweet IMac from 2009, and Ive milked it for a whole year!

My precious gaming desktop took a dive. Literally. Right off a desk. I thought it fried my mother board, no boot screen or anything. 10,000 calls in, and nobody In this town carries motherboards. 5:45am at an airport returning from vacation is the last place you want have to deal with an IT issue but thats where I found myself on Monday morning after a text from the office told me that our VOIP phone system was dead.
