While looking for a new copier/printer/scan/fax for the company I work for I called American Business Systems and have received nothing but the best customer service. Kent has gone out of his way to make sure everything is working properly and we are completely satisfied. He will pop in every now and then just to check in! Today he stopped in to wish us Merry Christmas and to check to make sure we didnt need anything. Thank you American Business Systems for showing us great customer service!
