Overpriced boutique items means the individuals this nonprofit pretends to help, dont have access to reasonably priced clothing. $11 for a mens collared shirt in very used condition! Since there are very few mens items donated, most all of them are marked up to department store prices (for the quality and wear). A new shirt, maybe $25 or a used one for $11, plus please donate your change to our mission. This place is ripping off customers to pay the local CEO 6 figures, while employees starve on minimum wage. So disappointed in the truth of this organization...

I will say that the checkout gal was extremely nice and a lot of fun to talk to but as far as the store goes the only thing I ever find that in6terests me is an occasional pair of high end shoes which is just fine with me. There is a lot of stuff there though.

Theres always plenty of gems found here and this latest visit did not disappoint. Theyve recently changed their policy on dressing rooms and they are allowing people to try on. Theyve, the return policy has went back to no returns or refunds.

Prices way too high. For a 1960s blender, price was 12.99. The item only cost 15.00 brand new in the 60s. Wow.

Was shopping there and found roaches crawling on the clothes. yikes.

I know its Goodwill and profits are to go to help others, but I feel things are a bit over priced. However, they do have a large selection of just about anything.

Springfield’s Good Will has employees with special needs. It is a place where people give to help others. The staff are kind and helpful. It is handicapped accessible. One of the employees was saying how nice it was to wok there. She loves coming to work.

Theyre not really putting anything out new

I took my service dog in there and two people were walking around doing nothing that works there and as I have my service dog walking around the aisle they start talking down upon him and laughing and pointing at him so I said something to him and the kid well both kids starting talking wanting to fight and to go outside I even went to the manager to try to apologize myself even if I didnt do anything wrong but to apologize and the manager said well if you feel you need to apologize you can go over there and apologize I dont need an apology so no longer do I shop Goodwill

Great selection of books at great prices

This place has been consistently on the the decline for a while now. After this last visit, Im not sure Ill be going back, at least not any time soon. The prices have become so outrageous, you can easily find just about anything of value there cheaper online.They have a lot of clothes to look through, but most are stained or have holes. Anything in the store thats in decent condition is marked way above their standard clothes price, so much so its not worth the time wasted sifting though all the less desirable items.

Its well stocked and well organized, and its staffed by friendly people. I was able to fully outfit my daughter for her role as a teacher for about $100. I do miss the coffee shop.

Goodwill has always been one of my favorite thrift stores until they started raising the prices in an outrageous way as if they are trying to compete with all of the other stores some of the things that come in there have new prices on them and when they are being remarked they are marking them higher than what the retail stores are charging which I feel is very ridiculous. Not sure if I will continue shopping there there are plenty of other thrift stores to go to that do not charge these outrageous prices

I bought a vintage sterling bracelet from the shopgoodwill site for this store. The pictures provided in the listing did not show that 3 links had been replaced. The links have a pattern on them and cannot be replaced with the basic links. There was also no mention of the replacement links in the description.I feel that the reason they did not show the links or mention them was very misleading to bidders on this item. The value is greatly reduced because of the piece has been altered.

Way overpriced. A simple, old, nothing-special pie tin for $5.99? I could buy a new one for the same price. They said that they sell 12 VHS for 99¢ and Disney VHS for $1 each but when I purchased a Warner Brothers and a DreamWorks VHS they charged me for the Disney prices. The cashier was too busy complaining about his register to his coworker to notice. I wont be coming back.

Has nice stuff.. things are set out in an orderly manner but the prices are just way too high on pretty much everything. And remember ppl they get all this stuff for free.. they have Dollar tree vases marked for 2 bucks.. thats double what I pay for a brand new one! Used CD player radio it is the same price as a brand new one.. walked in hopeful walked out empty handed because the prices are just too high

Store needs cleaned up, trash everywhere on the floors as you walk in an by the checkouts, also the bathrooms were very dirty an this isnt the 1st time Ive been to this store an the bathrooms are always a mess unflushed toilets, paper everywhere on the floor trash overflowing. Knickknacks items are not organized while I understand that customers are moving things around still there should be somewhat of an organization in this store. Also found out that the half price tag color is not available towards seasonal items! It always was before like Christmas items or fall items, really this is a second hand store not Walmart! Things are so overpriced anyway if I wanted to pay department store price then thats where I would have shopped. I dont think I will be doing a lot shopping there!

The tag always leaves a hole in shirts I buy so finally i stopped buying clothes there. They do not take returns. They should be more careful.

Quite a bit of their prices are too high. And the Boutique. Please. This is all donated merchandise. Your profits are 100 percent. You are not a retail store selling new merchandise so please stop pricing the merchandise as if you were. Im very disappointed.

We go to Goodwill for affordable clothing and furnishings. Today was a sturdy wood dresser to fit in a confined space.

Not happy. Went in there and there was something that I was looking at and the manager said he would hold it for me until the next day and they put it back out on the floor. I went back and it was gone not happy with the new management there. I will not be back

The african American woman working at closing tonight was extremely rude! If someone wants to shop i would go elsewhere. They get everything for free then sell it for a good profit. Then when you spend a lot of money there and an hour later come back as there is several holes in a shirt with receipt and tags on treated me as if i was asking for way too much. All i wanted was to get a different shirt for same price. Mind you it had only been an hour! She said are you dumb could you not see it that is too bad. Then said maybe next time youll pay better attention. Very poor skills aa a people person!!!!!

Prices on bric brac are outlandish! Everything is donated, so give the customer a break. I could get the same or similar at Hobby Lobby for about the sameif I use the 40% off coupon. Wouldnt bother going there except that I am looking to complete a childrens book set.

It is a great store but the checkout is so screwed up it takes forever to cash out and then you have to trip over other people and push your way through to get out the door because others are in the way trying to cash out
