I received such great customer service at the Springfield, MA location. It was my first time at this store, and Steve was very knowledgeable. He took care of me in such a fast and efficient manor. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs quick service. My prescription sunglasses were ready in under 2 hours. I am so pleased with the product and the service I received. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I went to this store today (6/20/21) to have my Rx lens mounted on my own frames, but the gentleman that I spoke with gave me a whole bunch of excuses in regards to my brand new frames. (He cant mounted, he cant take the screws out, he cant warrantee the lens wouldnt come off the frames. Too many negatives for a guy that supposed to know what hes doing). I think he was ether to lazy to do it or he wanted a better commission and sale me a new frame from the store. Either way he appears that he doesnt know how to do his job. Never the less I wont be back to that store.

Posting on behalf of my grandfather:I was in the mall. My nose piece on my glasses broke. I went into LensCrafters, and Cindy repaired both my nose pieces and adjusted it for me. She didnt charge me, and I think thats really nice. She gets another 5 stars!

What a awesome experience we had with Steve! He was great and answered all our questions we had. This is the first time my 4 year old daughter has to wear glasses and he was so kind and gentle made our experience that much better :) we will be back to see Steve in the future 🤩

Lady is rude..and when called she said they do same day glasses yet I drive hour away and tells me theyll be ready in week..sad service

My experience here was very good. My husband had been here first and I already knew I was going to get exceptional service but of course every situation is different but when I went in Iwas taken care of very quickly. Steve took very good care of me I had went to the Holyoke Mall location the day before so u already knew what I wanted but when I went the next day they weren’t there. I decided to call the Eastfield Mall to see if they had what I wanted and to my surprise they did but just not the right color frame but still I drove my buttocks to the mall with my family and purchased them before they are gone too. I wanted some Versace Brown Gold with transition grey scratch resistant all for 673.$ I wasn’t going to add my insurance but Steve highly recommend and I’m glad I did because I saved 403.$, I only paid 270.$. Mind you the frame alone was 277.$. He also helped me out with choosing the right color of frame since they didn’t have the color I wanted at the store but they did online. They did explain there might be a chance they might not have them because it takes a while for the system to update on inventory but I’m okay with the all black ones if the brown ones don’t come in. With all that being said I’m highly satisfied with the professionalism and how well they took care of my needs. I’m definitely getting a couple pairs from here for the summer.

I would like the selection of glasses to have a silver design. Most of the glasses I saw had mostly gold. For great customer service ask for Keith.

Emily was the best Sales Associate I couldve asked for, and Beth, the Massachusetts Licensed Dispensing Optician, was an awesome addition to the team, as they both helped me pick out the perfect drill mount frame for my new Sapphire Transitions!

If I could rate 0 stars, I WOULD. First off the clerk was very rude, they allegedly measured my head told me that all the glasses were the same size. They are not! So I go back to lenscrafters with welts over my ears with a terrible headache. The female there just started heating the frames up and was nonchalantly just bending the glasses to no avail they still were tight and she was so rude I left. I went back the next day still there was no help in my matters. I would not recommend lenscrafters to my worst enemy let alone any of my family and friends
