Great place!! Wonderful staff & doctor!! Quick & easy!! Clean facility!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience!!

Rachel at Target Optical has been most helpful. But the staff that handled making my new lenses damaged my frames and did not inform me until I called to find out why they hadn’t come in. At least I get a free replacement.

Terry was very helpful and professional. She was very friendly and made my visit very pleasant.

Both women that worked with me were extremely professional and made my eye exam feel extremely comfortable, even in the midst of the pandemic. The one who helped me pick my glasses was absolutely amazing, easy to talk to, and I couldnt be happier with my choice to choose Target Optical!

They do have an optometrist, he is very nice and the front desk people are great. They work hard to use your vision insurance to the beat of their abilities. Beat eye experience I have ever had in Springfield!

There are no optometrists. Good luck getting an eye exam there. Why open an optical retail location without hiring a doctor?
