We have renovated our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms with the assistance of East Coast Granite. Everyone we met from the time we walked into the showroom to the minute the installers left our home was professional. We were never pressured to buy something we didnt want and their prices are reasonable. The installers bent over backwards to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction and offered advice when we asked. There is no question they know what they are doing and I trust their opinion and expertise. I highly recommend this company!

What a fabulous experience from start to finish. Dmitriy was quick to greet us on a busy Saturday. He spent plenty of time explaining and showing us the different levels of quartz. He was very knowledgeable and professional during the sales and estimating process. No surprises after the template process was done. Two and a half weeks later we get the call for installation. O.Z. and Randy were the installers. They showed up on time and quickly went work. They were both very polite and professional and took their time with the large slabs as not to damage the floors, cabinets, or walls. They did a great job with cleanup and explained what cleaning chemicals to use and what to avoid. Very happy with the price and service we received giving my wife the kitchen of her dreams. Came in exactly to the penny on the estimate. Would not hesitate to recommend East Coast Granite & Tile to anyone.

The installation crew evaluated first and were very careful not to damage my house while moving the tops in. Then they were very helpful to correct a few issues on site so my tops looked great. This place is the real deal..prices beat anywhere around they are super nice and professional. They came right out and measured gave me good ideas on color and got right out for the template within a couple days of calling and confirming that I wanted to go forth. The instal crew did great and was very fast and professional. They cleaned up all there mess. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need!

They did a wonderful job on my Kitchen Countertops. The counters were not quite built to square & East Coast made great efforts to follow the line & get my back splash to fit PERFECTLY!! I liked the quality of the granite here. The shop fabrication was a perfect cut to template and edges were spotless. We had the best experience possible with East Coast Granite and Tile. From start to finish they were patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We are so happy we found them on a google search. We had not heard of them before. We drove to their location not knowing what to expect and found a wide variety of granite slabs that we could hand pick from for our kitchen remodel. Their salesmen were so helpful. I liked having the full slabs of granite to choose from when picking out our granite unlike the small samples you get from big box stores. All of the big box stores and other vendors we had talked to had a 4 to 6 week installation wait time. True to there promise they had our granite installed within a week of us choosing the color and having the template made. Their prices were extremely competitive and there was a wide variety of colors to choose from. I have referred friends here and they too have been very happy. We will never use another place again for any Granite needs that we have. This is the go to place if you want a fast, professional, convenient experience.

Dimitri was very patient as we had three areas that needed granite. We took samples home so we could pick the best. Very professional staff. We had some snafus (not their fault) and they addressed it quickly . we couldn’t be more happy with their work! We hope to build a home soon and we will definitely call on them.

Hacks. Literally. Do not use. Not on time. Not professional work. The template guy miss-measured the height of the back splash, so instead of taking the back splash back to the shop and getting it shaved down and re-polished, the installers hacked at the stone to get it to fit, leaving raw, rough cut granite exposed. It looks bad. Further, they used our deck railing as a saw horse and we now have deep saw marks in our deck. The installers aren’t contracted by the company, these guys ARE the company. Their wives are who you meet in the show room. Very disappointed.

However, I was shocked to see the chipped defect on all edges after installation! Dimitri came to my home to assess this problem and said, “I see what you mean. I would not want this in my home either.“East Coast granite offered to replace my countertop “at cost” after paying full price for this job, plus repeat plumber’s costs etc. Basically, pay twice.I spoke directly with the boss, Vim. He vehemently refused any other remedial options or discount, saying, “we did nothing wrong.” He totally disregarded and invalidated my concerns, saying “no one else has complained.”Additionally, they overcharged me for 7+ square feet of quartz on the first bill, using the original estimate of square footage rather than the exact amount measured by their technician.I have posted pictures of my counter edges.

Used to work with the company for almost a year, if they don’t care about their employees then do they care about customers? The granite slabs are all 3rd REJECTS. The sales people are the only ones you’ll have a ok experience. The installers are all uneducated besides the 1 lead. They’ll scratch, scrap and dent your floors, walls, ect. Most unorganized and sneaky granite shop around.* I have pictures to proof* Misfit employee1099 the box truck and shirt I wore every day said Eastcoast granite I was an employee there not an independent contractor and they treated me like a employee more like a dog.

Some other places in town made us feel like we were being a hassle. Not at this place. From the first phone call our salesman Dmitriy was so helpful and patient. Installing granite is a huge decision, and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND East coast.

We stopped one Saturday just to look at options for our kitchen remodel and walked out having purchased granite for the kitchen as well as the game room bar! They were at our house two days later to do the templates for the countertops. We were told it would be a week from the date of template for the install but we received a call telling us our counter tops were ready three days ahead of schedule. I did not want seams in the granite so it meant that one of the counter tops was HUGE and unfortunately it broke as they were loading it into the truck to bring it to our house. They came anyway with the other pieces and promised the broken counter top replacement would be ready the next day. As promised, they arrived at my home the next evening with the new top. I cannot say enough about how awesome they were to work with and their level of customer service was outstanding. Vic and Dimitri know granite and the installers were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We recently returned to order a quartz hearth for our fireplace and they remembered us. Would definitely recommend!

This team will go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, including accommodating off work hours and being open on Saturday. All the realtors, home inspectors, and the new owner commented on what good craftsmanship and how beautiful the new countertops are. Great job ECG!
