We were in dire need of a new picture window for our living room, and did not go wrong with buying through Feldco. Jared Bardwell was amazing in referring and helping select the perfect window within a very reasonable amount of time. Mitch and Shane were our installers and they were cordial, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently (while we had a newborn in the house!). After the winter we had, we can confidently say the window was worth every penny of cost savings and value of materials. We will be repeat customers due to the amazing service and reasonable prices. The company was very easy to work with. They stay in regular contact with the customer about the status of the project. They offer a number of different products and services, so most folks should be able to find what they need. We had no major issues during the install of our siding and gutter work, but did have a few minor finishing touches to address and those were corrected with a simple phone call to the company. My husband and I were 100% satisfied with our new window from Feldco. 1st the salesman was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the company but also the windows and the construction of the windows. These are built to order windows. After the 2nd measurement was taken, about 2 weeks later Feldco called to set up the installation date. We were told it would be done in one day. The installers were here at most about 2 1/2 hours. The window is perfect. The sliders are nice and smooth to operate. Even though we havent had any really warm days, we have opened our new window almost every day!

Great company. Easy to work with. Windows are outstanding quality and really improved the looks of the house as well as made it more soundproof and comfortable. Well worth the investment.

I have never done a review before. But this company deserve one. First of all, their product is impeccable. My wife and I had windows and siding done done and it is wonderful (I will post pictures if I can figure out how). We live on one of the main roads in our town and we had had, and I am not exaggerating, a hundred people compliment the look of our home. But, what made Feldco stand out to us, is the customer service. Matt Havey was the gentleman that came to make initial contact about the windows and siding. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and took the time to come out early so that we could the order in faster after someone attempted to break into my home. He made my family his priority without any hesitation and that is something that we will always remember and be great full for. They made the 29 windows within a few weeks and installed and wrapped within 3 days. Mr. Havey and Jared Bardwell were the individuals that sold and coordinated the job. They were on site checking in with the works and myself almost every day even though they didn’t have to to make sure the house was immaculately done. The siding, that was supposed to take 2 weeks to be done, was done in 6 working days. The crews for the windows and siding were extremely professional and worked fast and efficiently while keeping up very high standards to make sure we were happy with the job. I have, and will continue to tell friends, family, and anyone looking for windows and sidings use Feldco because they went out of their way to give us and our home the the attention and respect that you could only dream about when taking on a big home update. Using Feldco for our home improvement project was the BEST decision we ever made! I called around on a Friday to numerous businesses in the Springfield area that replaced windows. Feldco was the ONLY one that when asked when they could come out to do an estimate said the next day. Honestly I was a bit surprised because it was a Saturday and all the other places said they wouldnt be out till the following week - but Feldco sent Steve out and within 1 hour he had all of our windows measured - gave us an estimate, an approximate date when our windows would be installed and knew the person that would be contacting us for second measurement. We have since gotten 1/2 of the windows in the house replaced and we could REALLY tell the difference. Not only did they look better but our house was quieter, safer and over the last week we have noticed how much warmer our home is. The two men that came out (Country Corner Team) to install the windows were AWESOME TOO! They worked in a very professional way - and cleaned up and took our old windows with them and cleaned up very well after all of the installation too! They did an awesome job at finishing up and making the windows look amazing inside and out. We had one patio door that we put in ourselves and it wasnt Feldcos window but we kindly asked if they would mind finishing up the outside since it never got done - and they did for a small fee. They went above and beyond and even completed a door that wasnt even theirs for a small fee - we really appreciated that. We would definitely recommend Feldco to anyone wanting to get windows. Trust us you will not be disappointed. They also do siding and garage doors - and they will be our #1 place to complete those projects as well in the future. We can not say enough positive and good remarks for Feldco. They have EXCELLENT service and very quick communication with their customers.

My experience with Felco was completely painless. After my 11-year old grandson closed the automatic garage door opener with a metal pole wedged in the track I had no choice but to replace the entire door, track and mechanism. I called Feldco and had an estimator here the next day. He was very friendly, gave me a great price and made sure I knew what specials and rebates he was applying. Next day an equally pleasant technician did a final measurement and the end of the next week the installer had the job done in less than a day with the door and hardware gone. At every step I was extremely satisfied and two months later with winter here I’m still happy.

My experience with feldco was great. from the first call to the window demonstration and to the installment. highly satisfied. called and ask them to come back out and replace another window for me!

They would not give me a quote on a window without my wife also being there at the house....Why would I make her use a paid day off to meet with Feldco on a few hundred dollar window quote? Absurd policy that none of the other 4 window companies I called use. Made it very easy to not give Feldco my business. Who knows, might be the greatest windows in the world, but if you dont let them leer at your spouse you arent getting any! LOL

I just want to say that Feldco windows is an EXCELLENT company. We had 11 windows out in our home and they did a superb job. Very professional in both sales and installation. Took a very short time to install. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

What a joke. I seen right through your sales tactic. I just got off the phone with the salesman trying to make an appointment for an estimate to replace my much-needed windows. The gentleman wouldnt make the appointment unless I could promise that both myself and my wife are there at the same time. Not to sound sexist but I make all the decisions for the home. Weve already talked about what kind of Windows we want. Needless to say this is high pressure sales tactic. I said this is near impossible anytime soon for both to be there for an hour and a half with busy lives between work, sports and everything else that life throws at us. I told the gentleman I was put off by his sales tactic and would not be doing this with them because of it. Im sure this was only the start of issues to come. Why would you argue about a simple appointment.Furthermore I could have had them come out to the house today this weekend or any other time. I was excited when I first called. It was short-lived.

I had friendly people install my windows last November. They showed me tricks how to open but then winter came and they were not opened. By spring, I forgot how to do it.

We had 5 worn out casement windows replaced by Feldco. We chose them after getting several quotes. Feldco wasnt the cheapest but we felt confident in their windows, and their business processes. The original measurements they took were slightly off but the installers recognized this when they showed up and did not install the mis-measured windows. Instead they reordered all 5 windows at their exspense. The new windows are now installed. They look great and fit perfectly. We have additional windows to replace in the upcoming years and will happily have Feldco back to do the work.

I would recommend Feldco.
