Chris and his team were on time and very professional. We only had five windows replaced but they were very quick about it. They Seriously had the old ones out and the new ones in before we knew it. We can already tell a difference with our air conditioning.

Window World was wonderful installing my windows 10 years ago. I recently used the warranty to replace some that the seal had failed. I had absolutely no issue getting them to replace them and they ordered them which took about 4 weeks but swapped them out in a few minutes one they came to replace them.
Ordered a window back in spring. After several months of covid excuses we finally managed to get them to deliver and install the window. However, it was missing one of the cranks. The installer said it would be mailed or delivered within a week or two. Fast forward 1.5 months and no crankExcuses on excuses. It will he delivered thos week, followed by an excuse. Called this morning and they said it would be delivered by next Friday. I suggested they just mail it, lady on the phone was obviously ticked off at the suggestion of this and quickly said thats fine and pretty much hung up. $1500.00 for a window, late on delivery, poor follow up service, ride service. I have 12 more $1500.00 windows to replace, and be damned if I will use these yokels.
DONT DO IT I PROMISE NOT WORTH IT.
The lady in the office, Shelley, was great to work with. I stopped in to look at some of their windows on my lunch break and the sales person was not there. She helped me out and gave me information on the different types of windows they sell. Ended up buying 6 windows for a rental property. Great company to work with.
The window order has been nothing but screwed up from the get go, even meeting personally with corporate reps did not help. Windows delayed months, wrong order, way overbilled and billed for products not ordered. They still have my huge deposit and I have nothing. Would not recommend them and will never work with them again.
I recently had 4 windows replaced on my home. Just a phone call and I had a Rep out the same day. He was very thorough showing me some window options. I was able to get a reasonable quote and gave it a go. Couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the windows. The installers were in and out leaving a great job behind! Next time youre in need of windows give them a call.
We had Window World install our windows during the winter months. It took awhile from ordering to installation; a few months. But we were in no hurry. The installers were efficient, respectful, timely and so courteous. We had a great experience! We called to get more windows installed for the second floor just yesterday and again got warm courteous and friendly communication. They ARE going through a new ownership process. Consider them! They should be ready to take appointments for free estimates within the next month.
Had the rep come out and gave me a quote. Called to say I accepted the quote. When he brought it buy for me to sign he said hed made a small mistake and if I didnt pay, he would have to. Said it wasnt my fault. Contract was signed and cc given. Then get a VM via my daughter that another mistake was made. Company will not stand behind contract. Nothing more from company except brush off! Dishonest!
I bought replacement Windows several years ago for a rental property. They look great and are very energy efficient. I recently had a renter break the glass in several different windows. Window World has an Excellent Glass Breakage Warranty and with no questions asked, they came out and fixed all of the broken windows. I will be using you again to get replacement windows for my other Rental Properties. Thank you Window World.
I had scheduled a 10am time slot on 5-31-19 for someone to come give me an estimate on windows and siding! No one ever showed up. I called and left a message at noon. I got a call back around 1245 and the guy said oh I see you were scheduled for 10am but I thought it was 1230. So I reschedule for the following Monday at 11am. I get a phone call saying they had something come up. Rescheduled again for Tuesday 6-4-19 at 11am. Then just got a phone call just now wanting to change my appointment until 4pm. People set up times for a reason!! 4pm doesnt work for me any day!! I told them three times!! From reading the other reviews, this place sucks!! Lost my business!!
I regret ever getting windows from Window World. I took off work 2 separate days for installation or repairs, and both times nobody showed up. When I call the office, Amanda very rarely answers. I leave multiple messages and never receive a call back. When I finally got my windows installed (a total of 11 weeks) one window lock was broke and 4 windows had bad seals. We are still waiting for the repairs (it has been 9 weeks so far). Beware of poor customer service/communication with Window World. I wish I would have listened when the other window companies warned me about Window World. Way over priced for the service and product!!
Did Window World of Springfield and Joplin go out of business? I ordered windows that should have been installed in December and I have been trying to call since then and no one returns my phone calls. I have left messages and now their voice mail is full? Not sure what to do. 1-9-2015
We love our Window World windows. Wow, what a difference they make.
We called them October 23rd to come out and replace four windows.They finally came out December 5th to put the windows in. They were extremely unprofessional, using old material from our old windows to put in the new ones, not wearing booties, leaving dirt and debris in the carpet, wiping caulking into the carpet, breaking all our old windows and leaving plate glass inside and outside the home, trash all around the house, holes bashed through our outside wall with hammers with enough force to break dishes inside the house, siding split and holes cut/torn, nailing down siding, caulking split siding, splitting the trim inside and caulking it, leaving pen/pencil marks on the trim, ruining our paint inside, and breaking the trim on our drywall and hastily nailing it down among other things.We called them for repairs and it took them until January 27th to come out. They replaced the siding and the worst trim and caulked around a leaking window. There are still nails holding down the siding in some places. They were very quick and tried to get out of here as soon as possible. Anything that wasnt agreed upon for repair previously was ignored (aside from one caulking job). For our troubles they offered us $100 off (around 6%).
Met with the salesman after hours to make certain our order was exactly what we wanted. Update: Terrible result; technical and esthetically incorrect installation.
Overpriced and utilities didnt go down. Shoddy installation that had to mostly fix myself and windows still arent air tight....
Over the past 10 years weve had Window World install new windows in 2 houses, and an apartment--over 20 windows. Had a wonderful experience, and the windows were great!However, the end of July 2014 called them and had them look at another house to replace windows. The guy came out, and did his thing, I have not heard from them since. I have placed 2 phone calls, spoke with the office personnel about what the estimate guy determined and Ive not heard from anyone yet.All I can figure is that the business may have changed hands. Im thinking that even if I do hear from someone, I will not go with them since it has taken so long (over a month) for them to get back with me about the estimate.
First off they didn’t rerun a call. So when I call them back to see what happened I find out they have a minimum of 4 windows! I was looking for 1 but if they had been professional I might have replaced more. Too bad for them...upity!
