My 75-in LG TV I believe has a bad network card so I called it in and they were going to send someone to fix it. I received a call from this company and they said that they wouldnt be able to fix it on site but would be able to pick it up from 6:00 to 8:00 at night. It also wouldnt be fixed until the following week when they would bring it back. I was told that someone would be able to fix it on site and not have to take it because it weighs a lot and I dont want it damaged further.. I was trying to think of what to do but Great Western seems a little impatient and canceled my appointment so I have to call LG back, and wait an hour and go through the process all over again.

I have a 65 in Sony that wouldn’t power on. I filed the warranty claim and was promptly contacted by Great Western. They picked up my TV, fixed it, and had it back to my house the same day. That is service.

My television has been in their shop for about 6 weeks now. When they finally figured out what is wrong no one called to tell me. I called in and they then gave me the diagnosis and price. I said that I wanted to fix it and they said they would look for part and call me. They never called! I again made contact and was told several times how hard it is to find parts for this model. They did finally admit they hadnt looked very hard. I asked for my model number so I could look myself but was told if they couldnt find it neither could I. The difference would be I would actually look and not put it off as they have. I still want my TV fixed and I hope a terrible review may coax them into some sort of customer service. I am not holding my breath!!Update: Another month has passed and still no word on my TV. I guess one bad review isnt enough to get their attention. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Absolutely worst customer service ever!!Update #2Well I guess I will never see my TV again. We have moved out of state and not one word from Grest Western!!If you need your set repaired take it anywhere else!!TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Sent my tv in due to a dead pixel on my lg 4K great western team replaced my screen panel and it’s like brand new again!! Thank god for warranties and thank god for great western team service for fixing itFor me definitely recommend them 110%

Great Western solved the problem with our TV in a timely, professional manner. The gentleman that picked and brought back our TV up was friendly and on time. Our TV was picked up, fixed and brought back in the same day. The cost was exactly what they quoted us. Im very happy with the service that we received.

Great Western Just charged my husband $350 to not fix our tv and when he called them because it was still messed up when he got it home they said I don’t know and that was it! What?!

Shot me one price to diagnose and repair my tv, stated it was One of the best and most easy tvs to repair, then when I called back the price changed from about 200 dollars to excess of more than $500. Then I was told it could take 4-6 weeks to repair and i would have to pay storage fees because of its size (70). Um..... NO!!

My experience was horrible!! These people DO NOT know how to work on Tv’s! I sent my TV in for the first time March 18, 2019. One of the light strips went out, not a big deal. Sent the tv in again on May 6, 2019 for the same reason but a light strip on each side went out. Went out again on May 23!!!!! I have a 3 year protection plan so I called and told Asurion that these people will never touch my tv again & they need to have someone else come pick it up. So a new guy from PhobeTV came & got it & the next day he called and told me these people Saudered my tv!!! They did not fix it right, it was all mangled on the inside. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE PICK YOUR TV UP. The guy can not fix my tv & I will be receiving a new tv! If you need your tv fixed the RIGHT WAY, tell Asurion (if you have a protection plan) that you want PhobeTV to fix it. The guy is Brian & he’s great & explains everything, very nice! This company needs to be shut down. Great Western Team Service caused me more problems than I ever should’ve had.

Great Western scammed me out of 90 dollars. They said they would fix my speaker, but when I got it back it sounded just as bad as it did when I brought it in. They then refused to give me my money back while also providing absolutely terrible customer service. They are dishonest, rude and pretty much useless. Never go here. Ever.

Called and gave them my issue over the phone. Guy was super nice told me no problem that should be 1 of 2 things both parts are under $50 but thier minimum is $50 so it would atleast cost that... call 4 days later ... completely different part that is the issues and 250 to fix lol... I can get a better brand new bugger tv for that price ... thanks for making me waste 50 dollars. I know u dont know what the problem is until you look at it but dont basically tell me bc you work on them all the time that it is cheap then take my 50 basically...

I broke the panel in my 60 inch TV. I Paid 65 dollars for Great Western Team Services to pick up and diagnose my TV. Paid the $250.00 deposit to get the repair started and was told I would have my TV back in 2-4 weeks. I was told at 2 weeks that it would be closer to four weeks that the part was shipping from overseas. I was told at week 4 that they havent yet received the part but it was in transit that it takes a while to come from China and It would be closer to 6-8 weeks! At 7 weeks (last week) I call and was told that the part was just ordered the week prior and they wasnt sure if the part had been shipped yet!!!! At this point i ask for my deposit back and I was told that they would need to contact VIZIO to make sure the part hasnt been shipped and if had I would not get my deposit back but they were busy that day so they wouldnt get to it until probably the next day. The next day I get a call and low and behold my TV is DONE and ready to be dropped off (less than 24 hours after they told me the part hadnt been shipped) They finally after almost 8 weeks deliver my TV back to me I pay the additional $340.00!!! Only to turn on my TV to find another Netflix account connected to my TV of a whole family that I dont even know and even worse it worked for about 24 hours and now tonight it wont even turn on! I ADVISE NO ONE TO USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Great Western Serviced My Flat Screen TV. Picked up TV and still had small problem. Great Western fixed additional problem for free because it was under their warranty from fixing prior problem.
