Great place for good equipment. Ownership clearly has a good background and knowledge of available products. It was great to see variety range for my younger entry level players to most experienced needing the highest level gear as well. Definitely first place Ill look for all my sporting equipment

Quality sports gear for a little less. Whats not to like? The staff was very friendly, and the equipment was in good shape. I think its a bit on the pricey side considering its used, but its still cheaper than buying new. I was able to find some left-handed golf club sets for my son.

The employees here are always friendly and very helpful. They helped my son get fitted for football and helped me find a few extra things that he needed. This will definitely be my go to place for all things sports related.

We stopped by to pick up our daughters softball clothing and ended up getting a lot more. They had a great sale on softball pants so we grabbed two for practice. Then we noticed socks were also on sale at an incredible price too. And she also looked at the large selection of used cleats for a practice pair but couldnt find her size. On a chance we looked at the new cleats and found a pair that fit her new for the same price as some of the used ones. We had the staff helping us out on and off the whole time and were very happy when we left.

We have been buying from this store since it opened. Today we decided to buy a treadmill. Jeff and his staff do not hard sell you to purchase anything. Equipment is priced fairly and service is excellent. We have purchased used and new equipment and had only positive results. Very impressive experience.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they make things easy - delivered equipment to my home, set it up, cleaned up, and I did not have to lift a finger. Fantastic!

Sales associate had no idea on products/recommendations in regards to youth sports. Seemed irritated that children were in his store(the seen not heard type). When you sell products that are for children, you should expect them in your store. Prices aren’t that much better than full price. Won’t be going back.

I recently purchased a Spirit XT185 treadmill. I researched several different treadmills over a 2 month period. I kept going back and forth between 2 different models. Ended up on the Spirit XT185 from my local Play It Again Sports store and could not be happier!! Jeff Newlan was the associate that helped me become more knowledgeable in my purchase. He was incredibly helpful, accommodating, patient and went above and beyond with his help and customer service to get me what I need.

These people are super easy to work with and know what theyre talkin about. good used equipment prices and some new equipment as well. If you are on a shoestring budget or just want a good deal this is the place to go for your sports equipment.

Always the best prices on used equipment. We went to look at baseball pants and cleats for my son recently. Ended up with the most helpful associate Ive had anywhere (I wanted to tip the guy - he was that good!) and some there was a sale on the pants, my son got new pants and great, new cleats for only $22!

They have a lot of great products here but the salesman that helped us acted like he would rather be doing anything else a real grump. He lost himself a sale, I will go back another day and give another salesman the $300 sale.

Called the Springfield store this morning inquiring about referee jerseys. Employee said they had some long-sleeve ones for $8.00, or close to that price. When I arrived at the store the employee I had spoken to showed me where they were. The price tag said $20. I asked about the $8 ones and he said, “I guess we must’ve had some used ones that were that price.” I asked if he could honor the $8 price because I drove from Buffalo just for those jerseys. He said no, sorry. Terrible customer service to not stand behind what they tell their customers.

Wow, I was standing at counter while employees sat there, and acted like I didnt exist. I was In the store about 15 minutes, and never said a word to me either. I left the s@#! on counter, and walked out. The prices on used stuff looked about 90% price of new. I hope that the employee was the owner, so that he is at least choosing to lose money himself. otherwise, I am sure any business owner would not want to lose business to possibly several people, and should be . I have 3 kids in sports, and me and spouse are always looking for workout gear for ourselves as well. There were other people they seemed more than eager to help, so I assume that I didnt have that money look even though I am on the north end in that area around here.

Went to the one in Springfield Missouri and these guys are AWESOME! BROCK helped us pick out just the right glove for our son to play baseball with.Their prices are better than others and their customer care exceeded my expectations!

Purchased used taylormade 2016 m2 irons 6-AW, advised needed 4 & 5 irons, sales rep looked online & advised exact same irons & shafts were available, regardless, I could return in 7 days for full refund multiple times. Decided to purchase based on return policy, however I couldnt find matching clubs. Therefore, I returned and was advised this was store credit only which is on the receipt however when I checked out the cashier told me again of the 7 day return policy but failed to mention store credit only.*********Beware************This should be noted***The owner, Jeff, has agreed to make it right.I am satisfied with their responsiveness.

This is a great place to buy used clothing, shoes, bats, etc. for all sports. Their shoes arent the greatest but I managed to find a pair that were barely worn. They will also buy back from you as well. I would go here first before spending alot of money on new stuff since kids out grow their sports wear so quickly.

Ive been offered nickels to dollar on the value of things Ive brought in for the staff to look at, thats fine. The problem is on the other end when your trying to purchase merchendise, they want keep price at premium.. I just offered $170 for 3 golf clubs, Id bet my farm they didnt pay $110 for. To funny someone needs to explain economics to these guys.. even if u make $20..50 × day, beats $50-19 times a day

Called and was told play it again had what I was looking for and it turns out the employee didn’t bother to check and just lied saying they had it. Pretty not cool to get there and find out you’re just wasting you day away because of lazy employees.
