Top quality fence and customer service! Joe came out and measured our fence and spoke with me about what we wanted. We decided to go with Ozark Fence because I was told they will build it right. The steel post gates are amazing. I had them build us three gates, one on each side of the house and one in the back fence for me to drive through. They tore out the fence and had the posts done in one day, and then two guys built the entire fence in one day. They stayed here until it was completed. I went out and told them how great of a job they did. I just couldnt believe they could build the entire fence in a day. I also got to meet the ladies in the office when making my final payment. Everyone was amazing to work with. Thanks for a great fence!

I had an expensive iron fence installed approximately two years ago. When the company came out and did the install they actually installed the wrong style. They acknowledged the issue and re-ordered the correct style. However, because they installed the driveway gate with the wrong style, when they came out and replaced it the dimensions of the new gate were slightly off which caused it to not close properly.I contacted them and they sent someone out to fix it. I was not home when that person came out and the employee made no adjustments to the gate and there was no change. I have repeatedly asked to have the gate adjusted and have been ignored. Everyone I dealt with was very nice however they have made no effort to fix the problem they created. If you are trying to decide between a few different fence companies, I would recommend choosing someone else for your install.

If they kept their word Id have given better review, however calls have gone unreturned. They are family owned and way behind due to recent weather, however they build for endurance so expect better quality work at higher prices

Initially, we were thrilled with Ozark Fence as the customer experience lady called us back the next day to discuss our quote. They were the fastest to get back with questions and to get started building so we went with them. Sarah emailed us back rapidly and once we were ready she sent the invoice for deposit and contract for work which we paid immediately. After that, ZERO response from Sarah again with our questions. She never came out to do a walkthrough to discuss where we wanted our gate, I sent several emails and called multiple times being assured she would get back with me and never did. Thank goodness the guys who came out to build the fence were understanding and did exactly what we wanted. Overall, 1 star for customer service and a 5 star fence means the 3 star review.Edit: Thank you Joe for the response, however I did in the email you referenced give dates that we would be back before last Wednesday. At that point Sarah never responded to say that those dates would not work, never answered the additional question in that email, and again never returned the multiple phone calls. I appreciate the flexibility to schedule my project without the walkthrough and for that I will upgrade my review to four stars.

I made an appointment to have someone come out and measure the backyard for a quote and they did so a week later. The person was very friendly. However it has been 2 weeks and i have not received a quote. I have even called the office TWICE and i was told unapologetically that a note was taken to have the sales person contact me with the quote - No such luck. Ive emailed the sales person who came out to measure - No response. No call backs. We all get busy, however this was a time senstive project for us and I just wish i wouldnt have wasted 3 weeks on them when i could have had the ball rolling with another company already

The fence is stout, sturdy and extremely professional in its installation! Could not be happier with it. It was a smaller fence job but they handled it perfectly like it was a huge project. Thanks for a job well done!

I always choose family owned and local businesses if I can, and this one was a great choice. The fence is beautiful, sturdy, and well constructed,and I have had many compliments on it. But the people who made it happen are also exceptional. I got a very professional estimate with 3 choices of good, better, best. They are friendly and professional and have fantastic communication via text and emails throughout the process. They all wore company hats and shirts on site, which I found very professional. I highly recommend Ozark Fence and am very happy I made this choice.

After working Sarah and her team at Ozark Fence, my wife and I were very satisfied with the overall job they did, start to finish. Sarah was extremely professional in handling the details and planning of the project we needed. The estimate she gave us was very reasonable and she was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner due to the time restraint my wife and I had with our new puppies and the urgency of having this project completed. When it came time for the installation, I was very impressed with the crew and their work. The crew was very pleasant on site and professional as well. I was amazed at how quickly they were able accomplish everything in a span of less than 2 hours over two days. I live 20 miles from Springfield, MO which is where this company is located and I was told my town was not within their service area. That is crazy to me!! I was also told my job was to small!! I called for a 15’5” fence with 2 gates and was told the job was to small. I guess companies don’t need the work. Move on to the next!!

We highly recommend them. Everyone with this company have been the best to work with. They all are very professional and know exactly what theyre doing. They worked with us as we were wanting to extend our fence to the lot next to us that we were in the process of buying. We love the fence. Its high quality and the gates are very strong and sturdy. We are looking forward to using them in the future to replace the old part of our fence.

Ozark Fence just installed an aluminum and wooden privacy fence and it looks fantastic! There is no other fence company that I would recommend for both residential or commercial use.

Scott and his crew did a great job with the fence installation at my mother in laws house next door. From the time of our estimate through to the completion of the installation, everything went smoothly. The office staff was pleasant to deal with, and they did a great job scheduling us and keeping us informed. Glad we went with the steel posts, and the finished project looks fantastic!

Im happy to say that we are still (4 years later) very happy with both the condition of the fence (pickets are level, gates are not sagging, etc.) as well as the excellent customer service from Ozark Fence. We had an issue with a dog inflicted wound to the fence. Their team was quick to respond and fully resolved our problem. I 100% recommend them - still.

Would never support a company that builds commercial kennels. Once I found out about this, I asked to clarify. I wish I could attach the picture...This company also does business with Classic Home Concepts, so they rebuilt our fence when CHC had to take it down. Would never recommend these two companies to anyone.

The person contacted me at the scheduled time to discuss a quote. She told me to expect an email within 15 minutes after the call. I never received an email. I contacted the company via Facebook Messenger about the issue. The company read the message but never responded. I will be calling another company to construct my privacy fence.

These guys were great. From the beginning when I called for an estimate the staff member on the phone was very kind and cheerful. The estimate was done exactly when he said he would be done. He stated a time frame for start and completion. It was exactly as he said. The fence looks great, and the crew putting it up was respectful of my lawn and surroundings. Very Professional. We love our new fence! Unfortunately, there is a sizable gap on our double gate. We told and showed the installers prior to them leaving on March 16. We followed up twice and were assured it would be taken care of ASAP. Today, we still have a double gate that is not aligned causing a crooked gap. We are seriously disappointed as this was the highest of the quotes we received.

Very professional and fast! Our fence looks great. We even had some unlevel dirt where our gate was and before they put up the new gate the leveled out the dirt there. I would definitely use this company again!

My parents needed their gate fixed. I called, Joe to came out look at it. Turns out the gate needed to be replaced. Two days latter my mom called super excited she had a new gate and no sign that anyone had ever been there. ( I forgot to tell her I was haveing someone come while she was out) That is truly great that every thing was cleaned up and not even sawdust on the ground. Quality work, installers took time to correct minor issues, a little rough on my yard. Could have used a different access to deliver fencing. Be sure to ask them to do that!

Two things. 1) I received a bid from Joe at Ozark Fence for $6700. I received a bid from Carnahan-White for $3800. Given Joes experience, I have to believe he knows how to measure so Im left to assume this was a clear case of price gouging. 2) Ozark Fence advertises on their website that they build kennels for commercial dog breeding. Theyve removed the photos since I left them a voice message about it but this text is still there (as of today, anyway): We offer an assortment of kennels and accessories for quality conscious customers that range from pet owners with one animal to facilities housing hundreds of animals. Past animals contained have included: Cats, Dogs, Monkeys, Beavers, Tigers and a Mountain Lion! So, even if their bid had been favorable, I would NEVER do business with any company that supports such a deplorable and disgusting industry. I run a rescue and will be telling everyone I can not to do business with Ozark Fence.
