Great store with good stock of supplies. The store was cleaning. I enjoyed the outdoor garden supplies during the summer. Staff was great. They pet grooming and before covid they had lane county area ferret adoption booth in it.

Awesome store, has everything you could ask for in a farm store. Even has incredible jewelry for the special lady in your life! I travel all over Oregon and Washington and stop in as I travel around purchasing the marked down jewelry items they have on mark down! I get some great buys and hide them for my wifes birthday and Christmas gifts!

Victoria was very helpful and shared her knowledge about chickens. Can she chicken-sit? Havent been anywhere overnight since we took in 3 rescue adult chickens 2 years ago. That wasnt fun enough...bought 3 chicks to add to our feather flock.

Nice friendly staff. Was a long line with two cashiers and got 3 more to get people taken care of quickly getting through the line.

It has a lot of good products, pet products are pretty high in prices though but good discounts on stuff like doorknobs

It was my first time coming here and I was very surprised. It was very neat and tidy along with great customer service. The lady at the counter pointed me in the right direction for ratchet straps and I bought a few large behlen country bins for our company.

I really love this store. Everyone that works here is always so friendly. Their prices are great as well!! Even better when they have a sale. Its the only place I go to get dog food and pig ears for my pups. Plus my boy Hunter loves going there as well and saying hi to everyone.

Well its only second time that Ive been in the store and have been greeted Im walking into the store every time that cashiers are knowledgeable as to where the items are placed in the store of what youre looking for so you dont have to walk far to find out what youre looking for if you dont know where its at just ask one of the cash cashiers theyre very nice people and its a nice clean store

This was my first time to take my dog to the groomers. The groomers were so nice. They were very professional and accommodating. My dog was wagging her tail the whole time she was having her nails done. This whole procedure was quick and easy.

Went there to pick up some BBQ wood pellets. There were none on the shelves but the cashier checked the inventory for us. They had some in stock just not on the floor. She arranged a drive thru pick up. The staff in back loaded it into our car; and off we went. Great customer service well be back!

Im a new dog dad (got my moms dog when she passed last year), so I was looking for a local groomers. I was taking him to another place in Cottage Grove, which was wonderful, but not convenient for me. I took a chance and made an appointment with a wonderful lady named Ginger. She was absolutely wonderful and made me feel good about leaving my special little chihuahua named Cooper. When I went to pick him up, he was happy and he seemed to really liked Ginger, so we are going back! The store was also very well organized, clean and other staff was friendly.

Excellent for the backyard homesteader. Surprisingly large selection of quality dog food, with prices competitive with Amazon. Order pick up is super easy, and I appreciate that theyll do the heavy lifting for me!

Helpful staff and not a lot of people to manuever around, never crowded like at Walmart, and no waiting in line. The girls who work the front register are helpful and friendly.

Literally almost EVERYTHING we need for our fur babies, garden, household repair, etc. We love shopping here. The kids enjoy seeing the baby chicks and having a mobile vet twice a month is AMAZING!

Friendly staff who are readily available. Good selection of ranching items, fencing etc. Lots of animal feeds, bedding to go along with live chicks, ducks, rabbits depending on the season. Not quite a feed store, not quite a hardware store, somewhere in between with wranglers and wood stoves.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at the Spfld. store. Carries a wide range of products. Plenty space to park and ease of access. Very convenient to get in and out saving you time.Only ding I can say about Wilco is some of their items they sell are slightly over priced in comparison, you are able to go next door to Jerrys or Wal-mart and get same or similar item for slightly less but prepare to wait awhile in line at those stores.

Well I work there and I love it! The knowledge that the great employees have and teach me when Im in there on my day off helps me greatly.

How did I live without Wilco?I somehow just found out about Wilco, because I was looking for galvanized steel troughs to use as planters. I saw one along a street with the Wilco logo and googled. This store is a farmer/cowboy paradise. Also paradise for me and Im neither of those things, unless I can be an urban farmer.The staff are friendly and helpful, too. For example, when I asked about the troughs, not only did I get help finding them, but also guidance that they come nested, so, if you buy multiple, they wont actually be all the same size. Which is fine for livestock, but could be an issue on your patio. When I checked out, the cashier gave me a $15 off coupon that I didnt know about, without me even asking.I will be back. I need some Boggs (which they also sell, along with bird food, pulleys, paint and just about everything else you might need for your home/farm/garden/ranch).

If your headed to Wilco your best entrance is off of 28th street just off Olympic a block from 14th avenue . It sits back to the right / South once you turn into the entrancea bit ~ precedes Jerrys just beyond .It seems many other pet food stores just stopped carrying my kittys brand of cat foodNeutro, probably due to the mid to ⬆ price range . . I was pleasantly surprised with a 7 $coupon in the pet food Isle 😀Although they mostly carry larger livestock everything from feed to riding tackthey do have really cool knine and kitty stuffThanks Wilco ❤

I chose Wilco to get my plumbing parts because they cost less than the Jerrys next door. Good place. I hate that I want to purchase baby chicks everytime I see them there because they get brought home and live in the bathroom until theyre old enough to join the rest. Im up to 13 of them now. Theres a lot of useful stuff there though.

The dog groomers are second to none. Best customer service in town. My dog always comes out looking like a show dog. Ginger is awesome.

Bought dog food Pretty genetic really. They have more dead fish then I have ever seen at any pet store. And the feeder gold fish tank is absolutely a vision of animal abuse.

Best customer service. They are stocked well for most animals and styles except English. They are always out of or simply dont have English tack & accessories

Love this place. They have a great selection of high grade pet foods, medications, and pet supplies, plus loads of supplies for horses and other animals, gardening, etc., and they carry some nice country styled clothing. Mostly I got for the pet supplies because their selection is excellent and the prices are good. People are nice too. And there isnt a huge crowd which makes me feel much more comfortable in the Time of Covid.

This is a really great store but it was exactly as I expected when I saw the, True Value, trademark on the building... considerably higher prices.

They were able to work with me as I had called the store and was given misinformation and I appreciated the Managements decision in my case I would recommend them there are good to deal with.
