Customer service is wonderful. If you spend at the least $50.00 dollars in cash and/or foodstamps and dont have a vehicle; they do bring you home, parents, children, consumer/patient/clients home if youre out doing groceries or whatever it is that you may be shopping for hygienic/ cleaning supplies etc, or grandparents home for free!!! I find that to be wonderful and extremely helpful. The only thing is they are a little expensive which is why Im giving them 3 stars. Otherwise they are convenient and sell just about everything you need except furniture.

Very clean supermarket, nice staff, and if youre Hispanic, you will find everything you need! Plus, is not an expensive supermarket, which is a win win. Oh, and yes, they provide free delivery.

Food zone is large enough to have most things you need. They have a large fresh food section and specialize in Asian foods. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of checkouts. Friendly.

I went to Food Zone International Supermarket for the first time a few weeks ago. They have terrific produce and other foods, and reasonable prices.

I love shopping at food zone! The store is always so clean, no long waits in line, fresh produce with a wide variety of food. This is the only store in Springfield that Ive found that sells SEEDED grapes. Its almost impossible nowadays with all the gmo food. I truly appreciate this store being in my community.

There you buy the best frest foods. But I had a problem with two teenagers that would not keep the distence. To the point that I got really angry because they left their groceries get mix with mine. And then when I was about to write my password. I felt one of them I my back. I raise my voice and told them off. To get to the point where they are to stand. I also ask the cashiers lady to talked to them but she wouldnt. I dont think I will be back to that place. Because they dont reinforced the covid19 safety laws.

Very busy with shoppers getting necessities for their holiday cooking. This market always is stocked and always neat and clean inside. My favorite thing about Food Zone is they carry a diverse variety of multicultural products.

The nastiest bathroom Ive seem in a very long time. If employees go in there to use the bathroom, they are not very clean because the bathroom was filthy!!!Never go in there to shop for my food. My family

The fish department smelled the whole back of store definitely would ot purchase sea food couldnt get near it !!! I purchased 2 Thomass English muffins, eggo waffles my bill was 16.45 WOW never go there again... you expect that in a place like fresh acres, not the low income neighborhood ..n

Liked it, but there arent prices labeled and some things are priced higher than at Stop & Shop.

Super expensive even for store brand. I give extra Star because they drive you home if you spend at least 50 bucks. Their staff is also friendly. Could use more variety and better pricing. For those of us on public assistance, and with no access to a car. It is the only option within walking distance for people living in the Forest Park area.

BEST PLACE in Western Ma for Hispanic foods of all and every king. Excellent prices. I buy all my Mexican produce, cheeses, tortillas and essentials here.Management is extremely inefficient, often rude and the store and parking lot are a zoo, at times. But, I go back because its the only place I can find authentic products. STORE GETS 3 Stars but Taco Truck in the parking lot, gets 5+

Prices dont ring up as advertised and theyll run and take down tbe sale sign before you can get back there to grab it and show them. You must watch them as theyre ringing up your items, the checkout workers are very nice, but the entire place is a scam. Theyll stalk you in the parking lot to your car and then snatch the cart back as soon as youre done. Recycling machine never works right and people there dont care about fixing anything or correcting mistakes unless they know you.

I just moved to the area, and I really like this place! I dont buy meat (vegan).. but i an happy to find a place with such a good variety of vegetarian/vegan foods. And they have my favorite chocolate almond milk.. :) Also, the folks that work there are very friendly/nice.

Great place, lots of options. Produce is AMAZING, and so is their cooked food. But a bit overpriced and will sell you expired food. Ive gotten rotten chicken, milk, ice cream and even sriracha! Just check your expiration dates and you should be fine.

Have to check dates sometimes have old food on floor for sale.Also there prices are very high.Person at deli doesnt know how to slice and can be rude. They always slice my product extra thick and tell me that they cut it.

The prices are outrageous but its closer than going all the way to a REAL grocery store when you only need a couple things. Also i am disabled and can only use one of my arms but the lazy cashier would not come around 3 feet to scan my case of soda in the cart, she stood there chewing on her fingernails while i struggled to put the case on the belt because when I asked her to come around to scan it she told me no!! And they have the nerve to have TIP JARS??? For being a cashier??? Tips are for service workers who dont even make minimum wage, but still run around for 8 hours to make sure your food is hot and fresh and just the way you ask for it... Those are the people who DESERVE tips!!

Nice local supermarket. Lots of ethnic foods. Wonderful vegetable section. Reasonably low prices on produce and meats. When you dont have time to travel to the big stores, thus is a WONDERFUL neighborhood supermarket!

It was overall amazing the customer service skills were on point. The store was clean, swept, mopped, even the shelves were fully stocked. The smell of the store smelled clean too.to the point were you get that kosher vibe feeling while shopping in there.
