I’ve been doing business with Ben & Crystal for the last couple of brand new firearms purchases and cannot be happier. They are the most professional and considerate folks anyone could ever ask for. I wish I could leave zero stars or A clip of the conversation that took place… my mother in law bought me A tool which she didn’t know anything about but they did and it was broken… she said don’t worry I paid extra for the warranty the girl told me and I have 30 days to return it… I get we bought it as is but the rudeness and unprofessional conduct of these people was absolutely absurd… also I looked around and they’re prices are scary high for some stuff they bought stolen off the streets

Loftis is realistically nothing other than a stolen goods store. Simply put a thieves exchange. I hate pawn shops and especially the ones that fund or reward local thieves in the area by paying them money for items that are 90% of the time stolen. This industry is absolutely absurd, repulsing, and really should be criminalized or banned all together. I have no respect for anyone working in this industry as they are just as bad or worse than the low lives they fund and support. I find it funny that they spend so much money on security to prevent the thieves they support taking at what they paid for it and selling it to them again. They should all be giving peace eternally. RIP

Brought a brand new top of the line 2021 gaming TV it coast over 1700 from best buy two months ago they offered 250 on a pawn 🤣

I made a layaway purchase here and cannot be more pleased with the process. I never had anything but nice, friendly interactions with the staff [Ben and Crystal were who I dealt with]. They made the process so easy. VERY quick shipping as soon as I finished paying off the layaway, too. Great transaction. Will definitely do more business here.

This pawn store is a rip off had check on getting a loan on something I bought 3 months ago for 150 and havent used they only offered 25 what a joke

Dont call. They put you on hold for 20+ minutes then not even answer when you hang up and call back. Rude lady on the phone also.

Terrible customer service. I bought a new rifle from Loftis and it wouldnt fire. I requested they refund, repair, replace, or even assist with working with the manufacturer. I spoke to Bobby the manager and he completely didnt care and offered no assistance. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

This place has employed clown shoes to work here these people have no clue what there doing a even worst is there customer service went to sell gold and silver here since my regular buyer was on vacation and I need money so I bought it here big mistake this guy was so dumb he tried to tell me my gold wasnt real I thought he was joking at first and when I realized he wasnt half if he tested he said he had I told him there was no way that it was fake that it was real he didnt say anything else I took my stuff to another pawn shop lo and behold it was real so my review would be if you want to deal with clown shoes then come here if u want to do business I would advise going elsewhere

This is the worst pawn shop Ive ever delt with. I would rate -1000 stars if i could. I had some items in pawn, and went back every single month to pay the interest so I wouldnt lose them. I was told time, and time again that my items were ok. I did pay on the ones that according to them that were due. Come to find out that flat out lied to me, and sold some of my items. If your in a jam, and need to pawn something, do NOT do any buisness here. Do your research, and find a reputable pawn buisness.

This is a horrible place with horrible customer service I bought an item above $900 dollars and was told it was in perfect condition and then come to find out later is a piece of junk and Ben the manager after being transfered 3 times has nothing he can do. Never go to this place there are better places around.

Bought a used gun recently and noticed how incredibly dirty it is, I mean I get that its used and it wont be perfectly clean but theres still gun powder residue all over the gun and iv spent the last 30 minutes cleaning it. I love cleaning guns so no big deal but regardless I could physically see dirt and grime all over the gun and the barrel was absolutely horrible. Honestly the worst part of my review is the guys working back there, there rude and extremely unpleasant to be around. They dont greet or keep conversation. I had to stand there and wait for those two guys to quit talking before they noticed me. So I definitely wont be coming back for anything else probably ever again. The jeweler lady( cant remember her name) was an absolute wonderful lady we talked for a minute and she was super nice. If your looking to get a gun Id look else where maybe, anything else Im unsure of. This is from my experience of course and iv dealt with this for the last 6 months paying the gun off.

They have a very professional atmosphere. People there are awesome. They work with you. They make sure to ask if you need help with anything. Fair prices buying and selling. I recommend this pawn shop over all others.

If i could put 0 stars i would but i went in to make a purchase and was turned away for not being able to wear a mask and when i told them it breaks my face out horribly they demanded paperwork or a mask. Last time i checked HIPAA and the ADA prevent me having to show personal medical records due to a condition and keeps me from being kicked out for it so henceforth i will take all of my guns and ammo purchases to eagle armory where they dont discriminate and actually appreciate their customers. This used to be my favorite store but i guess i can spend thousands of dollars elsewhere.

Went into Loftis Pawn Today, looks like they are going out of business. The guns are gone and the shelves are bare. No reason to shop there any more.

I have been dealing with Ben regarding a layaway plan (Glock 19) I have with Loftis and he has been outstanding. Efficient and on the money. No complaints. If you want to put an item on layaway, this is the place.

Disrespectful customer service, They will pass on any item no matter the value just because of how you talk or based on theyre opinion of you. That not business that discrimination. They can make excuses for it because the manager & employees of course arent going to take responsibility because they dont care about the customers or the business they only care about theyre opinion of you or trying to straight rip people off. I have been a very loyal customer and as soon as I get my items back, I will never return to this pawn shop! Please do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

My daughter and I went in to look for a video game console. The consoles were to the right, behind the counter. All the employees were to the left, behind the counter. We saw the console we were looking for, and waited, so we could ask about the price. Finally, an employee walked over to us. He did not help us. He told the other employees, “I’m going to get a pizza”. My daughter and I decided to leave. As we were walking out the door, another guy employee said, very sarcastically, “Have a nice day ladies”. That is the only time we had been acknowledged. Sorry for being potential customers? We went to the pawn shop in Republic. They were way friendlier.

I have dealt with Loftis through online interactions. I have found them to be fair, reliable, and trustworthy. I did not have any issues or problems when dealing with these fine folks as they were wonderful professionals. I would suggest them to anyone who wishes to purchase one of their products online. They also offer a layaway option for larger purchases online, which can be beneficial.

I wanted to price rings and maybe put one on layaway. Last ring i bought was $500. I stood there for 10 mins. and no one even acknowledged me. Very disappointing. Owell my money spends anywhere.

In my opinion, this is the only pawn shop wroth your service and time in the Sprinfield area. The entire staff at this pawn shop truly care about their customers, whether you want to buy, sell, or pawn. If you pawn your belongings, they will work with you so you dont lose your stuff because they give customers a fare amount of time to pay back the loans and they actually notify you when your paments are due. Selling your stuff is the last thing they would want for their customers . My family and I had to pawn a few of our things, and once we got the cash paid pack, everything was in good shape. Im not sure about the customer service at the W. University location, but the W. Kearney location is definitely my familys choice for pawn services.

Do not shop at this Loftis, staff are dishonest told me they would hold a weapon after their machines were down to run the background checks went back after the machines had been up and running and gone through and they had already sold the weapon that they had promised they would hold back.

A little disheartening to try and buy something. There was four people there, one finishing up with a customer, one counting down a register, and two people just talking. You even look at them, smile and wait for 10 minutes yet still no one bothers to talk to you. I had a few questions and was curious about a few guns. Oh well, Ill take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Brought a 300 item in and ed or Aaron (heavyset man with tattoos) said he could give me 10 based on ebays price of 20. I look it up as Im leaving and he saw the bag for the item at 20 not the item itself. I point it out and he tells me he is no longer interested and waves his around and says bye. The only thing I said was you are upset that you are wrong when he said he was no longer interested. The guy needs to be fired. We went to the other Loftis and got the help we wanted with excellent service. I felt very embarrassed truthfully and hope they look at the video from in there from Saturday May 26th around 4 pm.

Went to see about getting a new gun.They didnt have it in stock BUT was vary friendly and offered to order it for me.They did so right on the spot and at a fair price.Vary friendly and as so far i have had nothing to complain about. :) And they put up with all my questions and conversation LOL.

Good place to deal with unless you PAWN anything expensive.I PAWNED 3 really expensive ARs a nd an old 357 Winchester.I called to check to see if I needed to pay on them and was told it was due by next week, so before the week was up I came in to pay on them a nd I was told they were forfeited last week a nd sold. Over $4000.00 in guns lost because then staff will lie to your face if it will benefit them.

Bad, wont shop there again, sold me a laptop, brought it home, it wouldnt download games, so I took it back and ask for a refund or exchange, they tried to call me a thief, i had 4witnesses with me that day saw the whole thing, tried to say i changed laptops and the serial numbers didnt match up, well I told them I would call the police and let them sort it out and they imedantly gave my money back. I went to Aarons and got one, told them my ordeal and they said many of the pawn shops on Kearney had been shut down for this very thing recieving stolen merchandise. I wont go there ever again.

You can go in there to the gun department and talk to a guy named Aaron he will treat you right especially if you got cash they can work better with you and they will mark down the guns if you just talked to him a little bit remember they have to make overhead so when you trade in again you cant give 250 for it and expect them to give you 250 they will never make no money but theyre friendly or nice good people to be around so go in there and check them out

I just went in there and Im 98% sure that one of the workers was high on drugs! It was the women that was there. Im not trying to mean but if I could tell the manager should be able to also and not allow this to go on.

Not very happy with this place pawned my bow with arrows went to pick it up they just give me the bow no arrows.said they would have to check the cameras to see what happened to my arrows.

Went to choose a gun for my girlfriend. After inspecting a few shotguns I advised her towards a mossberg 590, or 500. She handled both and decided on the 500. Then refused to sell it to her because I had handled it.

Will not be going back I just got my two bikes back from them and apparently while they was there their staff either road them or did not store them correctly because my grips are ruined and they say there is nothing they can do.
