This location is far better than the location on Wabash. The employees are helpful and the store has everything you need. If you need a few things and dont want to walk through a huge store this is a great location. The prices are competitive with the competition.

The staff there are just like their ads theyre all very helpful if they dont have the answer they know somebody in that store does for this reason its my go-to hardware store

I went to Ace Hardware this morning. I needed a specific type of light bulb for my kitchen. The employee who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. I probably would have bought the wrong light bulb without her help. The cashier was very nice too.

Ive been going to that Ace Hardware for over 50 years and they are the nicest folks. It used to be owned by the Preckwinkle family, still may be Idk...The best thing about Ace is that they have a little bit of everything. Much better than True Value when it comes to selection.

When checking out told the cashier a pack of batteries was on display with a sale sign of $2 off, they rang up full price. Young man oblivious clearly to me is like oh okay well that happens huh and reused to change the price, go look at whats I was saying anything.

Great store for service. Took in my trimmer to get the right size line. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but the sales associate installed it for me too. The Prekwinkle family founded and has operated this and other stores for decades. It has that old fashioned General Store vibe. The kind of personal service lacking in the big box stores. A+

I love ACE Hardware. Small simple store chocked full of the things I often need for projects....Smaller means I do not have to park and walk 300 just to get plumbers putty or an electronic switch it is right there aquick in and out I have loved ACE for decades...a great place to get pint and all kinds if things.....

I prefer shopping at Ace rather than Menards or Lowes since they werent price gouging during the pandemic.

Disapointing....went there to get hinges.I asked where I would find them and the young workers said ummm ...16 I think..I found them..Picked out what I wanted the tag said desk hinges 4.99.I got 2 packs.Waitied in line and the cleck said you a rewards member?I replied no..never been here.He didnt offer to sign me up.He rang them up and said 16.88..I replied the tag said 4.99.He said you want them? I said I guess I will go check the price..I walked back to isle 16 the tag said.4.99.Another worker asked if I needed help I said this tag says 4.99 but tjey rang up 6.49..he said......nothing .........and I said I guess I will look eles where..

Love this store. Garden supplies are great. Helpful staff. I would not try to build an entire house from supplies in this store (i.e. no lumber) but if you need caulk, paint, a funny washer for the faucet, then this is the place to go!

There is not enough help and they are in a hurry when they help you. Some people are nice but one clerk is very rude everytime i go in there. I dont intend to shop there if I dont have to Ive gone there a long time but things have really changed. My gas grill from there got used very little but fell apart they put it together I paid to have it done nuts and screws all falling out. Sad I spent the money there
