I just bought this parts wash machine and this happened in less than two years, I even being using the detergent from them (part number is: AS-500), I called them and they told me that is too much steam creating this rust, and to prevent that I have to turn the heater on only when Am going to use the machine (everyday except for weekends), and turn it off when Am not using it, the water with the detergent takes about two hours to get to a temperature so the machine can be use, if we turn the heater off for some time and we want to use the machine again, it will take another hour or two so we can use the machine again, and I don’t think that is reasonable on a mechanic shop environment, what we need is to have the machine hot the whole day, so is available when we need it, I imagine having a parts washer machine operator to make sure we don’t leave the machine on to prevent the steam, so the machine don’t rust?, anyway I think that buying this machine was a bad decision base on the results that Am having.
The machines are decent, but good luck getting ahold of anyone from this company. They don’t have good customer service and their build times are awful. It took me over two months to get my my machine when it was supposedly a 3 week lead time. Then when the machine came, the machine had a broken door latch and was had a defective electrical component that caused my machine to overfill and spill all over the plant. When I called for help they were really impatient and unfriendly. I would steer clear of ordering their machines again but now I’m stuck with this one unfortunately.
Love the company and employees so nice to work with
Very disappointed with our parts washer. Purchased model F-2532 earlier this year. Since then I have experienced multiple problems with it, including rags left behind when unit shipped from factory, low water level shut down set incorrectly causing premature failure of heater element, wrong size nozzles in machine causing high amp draw of motor, damaged wiring (possibly as a result of high amp draw), support and communication from factory was ok, but the overall quality of this machine is lacking. I regret this purchase.Update Nov 2020 -- having further problems with my machine - despite their assurances in the reply to this review, the after-sale support has been very poor. I would urge potential buyers to consider this when making a purchasing decision.
Worked for them and they say that they look out for their employees,but in all reality its not even close to that.it is all about what they can get out of you,no matter what.they also loke to cut corners and machines are not worth the money they want.

Our company BIOCLEAN Equpment Sales has sold the JRI equipment for over 20 years. We have always found the staff top notch and the quality of the equipment very high. So much so we are now expanding to offer their equipment woldwide thru our sister company TR Bonnymans in Scotland.
JRI industries is doomed to become left behind the engineriing department is running on empty due to its own lack of self investment and employee moral is low to the point that no one cares about tomorrow. stay away.
