Wont sell to the everyday guy off the street. You have to have an account to get wood!! Screw you guys i will never buy from you guys again. Even though Ive bought thousands of dollars of materials there and dont have an account. And I will also pass the word on to everyone else not to ever buy from you again word-of-mouth I know because I have businesses is the best way to fix the problem.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service from Dyke Lumber! I have been in this industry my entire working career and have never worked with a more deficient supplier than Dyke Lumber. I will never allow Dyke Lumber to supply our crews with so much as a carpenters pencil! It’s time for a couple of their derelict salesmen to retire since they quit working already.

There are expensive they have an extensive amount of trim and can cut knives to make trim but youre going to pay for it sorry guys but lumber yards in Springfield you probably ranked at the bottom

I was treated very poorly. I have contacted them on 3 diff occasions on ordering doorjams and all three times I spoke with someone I was treated and talked to like I was the ground they walk on. After the second time I talked to them we had discussed the sizes of doors I needed. And also gave my card info to pay for them. And a address to be delivered. A week later I call back because no word or no jams were shown up to my house. I call and the first response the lady gave me was very rude and did not want to talk to me. She argues with me over and over again. Very rude like. And kept putting words in my mouth and would not listen to the reason I was calling. Finally I asked to speak to the sales man. He instantly was rude to me. Saying I never gave him the go ahaid. I never gave him any info for a payment. But I did the week before. Then after that he wouldnt sell to me because of an account that I wanted to use. He had a problem with that person. So I told him that I wouldnt use that account and finally he said he would make my door jams. While being very rude. I asked to pay for them and he said he would have someone call me to take my card info. Ive already gave it to them 2 times. Along with address .. and still no call back for a payment.. to me a customer is who you wanna make happy. Not treat poorly. I May not be a big contractor for them. But Ive always used them when I needed doors or jams or base before and I can promise Ill never use them ever again. They are very unprofessional..

My interaction was not in any location but on the road with a driver this morning as I was leaving the house I encountered a driver of dyke lumber on a back road from Nixa going to Ozark called Rosedale Road where he ran me off the road into a ditch and I know he saw me because I got out and he had stopped at the top of the hill and we made eye contact in the side mirror so I know he saw me but instead he kept driving and left me there I immediately called Dyke Lumber and spoke with the manager which he told me if I can find somebody to pull me out to do it and that he knew exactly who the driver was that I was just driving and theres significant damage to my car and this manager doesnt want to do anything about it now. So now I guess Im going to have to get an attorney to have this fixed or solved when it wasnt my fault and I called immediately and was treated like I was a crazy person I can honestly say I will never ever ever use Dyke Lumber Industries for anything ever and I will make sure that everybody knows just exactly how they treat people whether it be their customer or whether it be some innocent bystander on the road trying to get to his next location

After not receiving any kind of call back about this I have no choice but to submit a review. Driver US DOT 178084 tried to run me off the road today with a lumber truck. Guy then flipped me off when I honked at him. Real Professional
