This is the first time I have ever shopped at Noonans, and I will be delighted to recommend the Bruns Lane store to everyone. Jason and Carl were wonderful in helping me choose a battery-powered Black and Decker lawn mower. Answered my questions, delivered it, and took away my old one. Wonderful customer service!!

Theyre always very friendly and helpful. You would be surprised at the variety of things that they have for a local store and the prices are good! I always go here before I go to one of the big box hardware stores.

I purchased my Weber grill from Noonans about 10 years ago and my burners werent lighting up like they had in the past. I spoke with Carl and he took care of the rest. He ordered up the parts I would need and even installed everything a lot faster than I would have done. My grill is like new again. Thanks Carl for the great service. If you need a new grill, Carl is your man not only for the sale but especially for the service after the sale!

I went into the store to just browse around and see what I needed, when some tall, lanky fellow, his name was Brody I think, followed me around for the entire time I was there. At one point, I looked down an aisle and he rounded the corner ON ALL FOURS at tremendous speed, as if he had practiced doing so for a long time. When I went to check out, I again saw the boy blankly staring at the female cashier whilst eating, what seemed to be, a single slice of white bread. Needless to say, it was a fairly normal visit to Noonan True Value.

They always have what I want, theyre friendly knowledgeable, and helpful. They deliver of large items such as a gas grill and snowblower, and they set up the grill. You dont find this quality of service in the mega-stores. True Value is a chain, but Noonan is locally owned. We try to shop local as often as we can.

Matt Noonan IV and his crew are the best! I had a problem with a Weber Grill. Thought I needed a new grill and they worked with Weber to get the grill repaired under warranty. Even picked it up, installed the new parts and returned it to my patio! Their honesty and customer service are unparalleled. Count me in as a customer for life!

I must say, if there was a a such thing as a zero star that would be the rating I will give them. Me and my husband went to purchase a carpet cleaner from them, we get home clean our place before using the carpet cleaner it doesn’t work, ugh how frustrating is that. I recommend anyone who purchase from them to make sure your product work before you leave the place of business!!

A 1 gallon gas can was priced at almost $20, and 500 zip ties were around $15.Great selection, but very expensive.If you need hardware or small tools, I would recommend visiting other stores such as Walmart, Target, Menards, or Meijer will be a better alternative, financially.However, this would be a great place to get leaf bags.
