They have a good selection, prices are about right along with anywhere maybe a little higher than home depot, the negative was the customer service and no organization, Questions got short answers or a look, and hardly anything was priced but asking a question about a price or where to find anything seemed to be a hardship on the associates. My husband spends more on tools than we did on our car, house, truck, tractor, saw mill etc. He asked a price and the guy laughed and said it is pricey .... Totes sitting around sporadically, there was a random answer that did not make sense.so we went within a half hour and bought 8 Milwaukee tools. A holehawg 18 volt, 2 fuel impact drills, 2 m18 drills and a fuel drill, a multi cutter tool.

I went there looking for a specific tool that I could not find anywhere else in town. The only did I find said tool but the guy working the counter was more than helpful at making sure I got exactly what I wanted the way I wanted it heck even threw in a couple things. Great experience definitely earned themselves a lifelong customer!

Great store with great salesmen, but the guy in the repair department drops them from five to one star. Of many, many times dealing with him have been the worst. Hes extremely rude and condescending. Not once, but every single time. The younger guys in the repair are absolutely great! Not sure what this one guys problem is though. If there were another repair place in town that our company used wed never go back. If youre looking to buy, by all means check them out. If youre in need of repair, youll get a lot further by just beating yourself in the head with the tool.

They have a lot of tools. Decently priced. Seem to be overly pushing the batteried products. Maybe Im old school, but there are certain tools that are just better all day if they are plugged in to power.

Ive been doing business with them since the day they open their doors and they have done nothing but improve on their customer service and increased their variety. If you want a good price and want to talk to someone that is going to service you after the sale then this is your place. Amazon cant do that.

They lost me as a customer. They fixed my nail gun and I got it back with a 50 dollar bill and the same problem. They claimed it was working fine. I hired a helper and paid him for 2 days work. I should have just bought me a new gun, it would have been cheaper and I would have been able to use my help. They blamed me for the problem. They will not even give me a full refund on the bill for fixing it. I would never suggest anyone go to this pseudo tool shop, they do not stand behind their tools or work!

Excellent selection of tools and great staff with knowledge of equipment with capabilities. All items sold are high quality. If you are looking for cheap one time use tools this is not the place. They have Occidental Leather, Bosch, Metabo, Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Hilti and several high end manufacturing brands.I would give a 5/5 but their hours are weekdays and Saturday limited.
