So I went in there today looking to buy a snap back, and noticed every hat I looked at had a price tag with a black marker over the price amount, so thinking hey maybe they are on sale, nope they have upped all prices by 10 dollars, never in my life have I seen this behavior before. I asked if there was a price tag to confirm that and he said no, Is that legal??? I went on the website and found the same hat I wanted for its original 29.95. I have bought hats from this store before nothing has ever been over 30.00 why now? Im not gonna buy something I think I getting ripped off on, something sketchy is going on there.

Went in to buy a hat (Obviously). Did not expect to have a awesome conversation with Dre. If I am blessed to own my own business in the future, I am poaching Dre wherever he is at with no shame. When I walked in, he was already engaged passionately with another customer and immediately brought me into the fold of the conversation. This conversation was about the NBA greats so of course it will get heated but it was respectful and awesome to see someone with the Gift of Gab operating there. He managed to change my opinion on LeBron and showed me the error of my ways on why I should be buying the 100th anniversary cardinals hat. Its cooler. You just gotta talk to him to understand.

The red headed employee that called our president racist when I asked a simple question that was if Lids had “Keep American Great” hats has no business telling a paying customer his opinions on politics. Very unprofessional and it’s a shame that lids would hire someone so disrespectful and unpatriotic.

Carlos at this store is really top notch. I had a project that needed prompt attention. He was very professional, knew his equipment, put in the hours necessary and completed my project on time. So reassuring I will most certainly use them again for my hat work. Thank ypu

Last time I went in here the staff could have been nicer. Good selection of hats. (Ballcaps, flatbills, snapbacks)

They don’t answer their phone, so I’m just ordering online. I would give zero stars if I could.
