This might be one of the few places Ive been lately that didnt seem short staffed. Plenty of staff and all very friendly. Good selection and found what I needed. Ive always thought the prices are a little high here but I went to the tent sale this week and got some great deals. The tent sale was well organized with good sized signs/prices and lots of staff to make sure youre taken care of and dont have to wait for help or wait in long lines to check out.

Have been seeing the guys on Larrys Country Diner for several years and since I was in Joplin for the truck show I decided to make the short drive on up and visit the store. Everyone was super friendly and quite the selection of boots and clothing. Will definitely be back if Im in Springfield

Pretty expensive, but good quality. I love that they are donating used boots to The Good Samaritan Boys Ranch! Very thoughtful and I wish more local businesses would do similar donations!

I loved the stuff in there, but way to pricey. If they didnt jack the prices up we would of bought stuff. And it felt like we couldnt look at stuff without feeling like we were being watched. In their for 30 min. And we had 6 workers that kept asking if we needed help. We just wanted to look and shop.

Had amazing fitting done from a gentleman who made absolutely certain my wife and daughters boots were perfect for them. We made out like bandits(masks included) at the tent sale. All the staff were working so hard making sure everyone was taken care of. Really just a great place to shop.

I went in after some work boots and was greeted by some awesome people ! Was showed everything they had to offer in my size in under 30 mins and left there feeling real good after a long work day and with a new pair of boots

Service cannot be beat. There were plenty of people asking if they could help us. I went in looking for a specific boot. The staff demonstrated that they know their boots and know their inventory. Two people helped us find what we were looking for and provided helpful information. Plus, it was a fun place with extra stuff like a big discount on a shirt with the purchase of boots and a free bottle of bbq sauce. The boots we found were great and were cheaper than other places we had looked. I was very happy with my experience here

I went to PFI to find an outfit for a specific event. A sales clerk connected me with Patty and Tilly (in the ladies department), they were absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and patient, they assisted and helped me in a creative way and made my shopping experience fun and successful, I found the perfect clothing. Prices were less than expected.

This is best Western wear for clothing, boots, hats (both caps and dress), and jewelry. My favorite part of the sales, is having the option to buy Hoodies @ $10. a piece, for sales over $50. total. I usually buy two or three Hoodies for that price. You cannot beat the friendliest, helpfulness, and all out go to type of people that work there either. I enjoy my journey, experience, and purchases, every time I visit the store. The best part of the year, is their huge tent sales. Youll find great prices on the end of the year clearances on boots (work, dress, & safety), clothing, jewelry, and other miscellaneous items. I enjoy my visit and experience every time I visit. Next time you are in the area, just stop and visit!

Very friendly and helpful staff. A young lady spent about a half hour finding jeans 👖 that fit perfectly . Prices are a little high but great quality products.

This boot store was very clean with a large selection of mens boots. There were many friendly employees around to find if you needed help. They have a nice clearance section as well.

A gentleman named Mike helped my daughter find all the right things on her first visit. It was one of the most pleasurable retail shopping experiences I have had especially regarding finding the right items for an 11yr old girl. Could not have done it on my own!

I needed a new saddle for trail riding. the sales rep gave me plenty of time to start looking on my own and then offered to help. He took down four saddles tried them all spent another 35 or 40 minutes trying to make up my mind finally picked one got a really good price bought the saddle. Clean well lighted store with good inventory I could have done without the loud music but hey Im old.

Based on the inventory showing on their website I was skeptical that we were going to find what we were looking for at the price we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised when we went in about the wide range of work boot options but also extremely pleased with the customer service of the employees.

The lady that was at register to give return looked like a fake barbie... Maybe Im wrong, but families that live off the land and are truely surviving on raising cattle.... Dont need a barbie at the register.Update: clothes bought have started falling apartUpdate 2/23: lady at customer service said they cant replace them because they have been worn, but they can repair them with an eta of a week.

I couldnt believe the selection the first time I went in there. Luckily, the workers were really helpful in guiding us to what we needed. Even if Western wear isnt your taste, I highly recommend taking a gander.

The staff was gracious and kind, but the true star was Addie! She is a salesperson’s salesperson! What that means is her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding! My husband and I came in knowing we wanted boots, and that’s all we knew. Addie asked questions, gave product knowledge, added in her personal experiences which allowed her to provide a level of service that I have rarely had the pleasure of having. Addie was so good that we returned (the same day) so she could help with jeans for my new boots. It was 15 minutes before closing and Addie met us at the door and proceeded to ask questions and within a very short amount of time had found me the best pair of jeans to go with the best pair of boots! Addie you are amazing and we will be back to see you!

No carts was a drag as I had to carry my twins around the entire time in their car seats. Next time Ill bring a stroller. Seems crazy not having carts though, there is a lot of bulky items there youd want one for.Staff was very friendly and prices while a little higher didnt seem unreasonable like they can be at some specialty stores.Loved the Christmas Tree in the entrance, they should let folks shoot Family pictures in front of it for the holidays.

Super disappointed! It’s been years since I have been here. Went I. With my niece and her three children. We were shopping for funeral outfits for their dads funeral. The older lady that has been there forever was so rude. The other staff that usually chases you around the store trying to get their commission tags on your stuff was nowhere to be found. We had one young guy in the men’s section, wish I could remember his name, was very helpful. It was a little past closing when we finished shopping. Im sure we looked like hell, but that’s what we were already going through. Had there been time our $800 would have gone to another store! Sooo.. thanks PFI for making our situation even worse!

Went to PFI to buy a pair of Delilahs Ariat boots for my wife and the workers were very helpful and respectful and I would recommend PFI to anyone who wants to have a working pair of boots or going out on the town boots. This is such a great place to buy all your cowboy gear and fashion. I missed the tent sale this year, but that event usually has some of the best deals youll find for hundreds of miles. I live near Nashville, but Id rather wait till Im in the Springfield area to buy anything I need for horseback riding or working on the farm.

Walked in wearing different boots but showed the Manager a picture of the tag inside of my waterproof Ariat work boots Ive had for several yrs. It was during their tent sale and extremely crowded. He looked at the tag and said it was a discontinued model but didnt hesitate. He then told a salesman to take us inside the building to row x and get a model #XXXX; which, was in no-way similar to the number I had.This was the new replacement to the same boot I had. The only difference is the color of the thread in the barrel stitching and being a darker leather on the toe.Within 20mins; including trying them on and checking out, I had my boots and was leaving the parking lot.This could have easily been a 2 hour; or more, endeavor considering the size of the crowd.Knowing their product to that degree and one on one service; even when overwhelmed, will keep me coming back.
