I’ve worked for this company off and on for 7 or 8 yrs. I’ve never had a single issue being with this company other than some of the fish hooks poking me. I’ve always loved it here and am thankful for them giving me a chance.

One of a kind place, they making fishing lures and they go all over the word from right here in Springfield. Tabatha, Jim & team truly care about the community & staff here and are always working to be better.

This place is one of the most horrible company to work for they pay you 9.25 a hour they act like there paying you 20 a hour they ripe u of on your bonuses

Im a delivery man. I received a dinner party of more than $400 from their company. I waited for more than an hour. My wife and I moved four large boxes and two bags. After arriving, I paid a total of $8 for delivery and tips. I think its a stingy company, and its not worth cooperating with, and its not respecting other peoples labor.so bad！If a takeaway sees this address, dont give it to their companys dinner party

By far this has to be the worst place Ive ever worked 8.25 an hour and they act like theyre paying you $15 an hour and they dont train you right they have 10 people coming in every day for jobs they cant keep help

Great atmosphere to work in. The staff and management get along great! When I have a problem they are willing to work with me. I get to make fishing lures, it doesnt get any better than this.

I have started my own fishing lure company and Cast has worked with me all the way. We are a lead free company but that is no problem for Cast. With their help we have developed two underspins, AngleKing and Crappie Dueller. We also get lead free jig heads from them. I absolutely love my job. I am a lead pourer. They are strict and very blunt. If you love to work hard and earn your pay its a good place. You do minimal work or dont make QUOTA then you wont last. My job is 4,000 hooks a day. You want to keep your job hit quota. You want payed more work harder. Its all on you.

Great place to work! Fast paced work environment, friendly staff. You get back what you put in, like any business is suppose to be.

Not a great place to work for. Will use you to get caught up then say you are not enthusiastic about being there and end your assignment with which ever employment agency they are using. So unless you only want to work a week I wouldn’t waste my time.

At first I really enjoyed working there, but I got sick with the stomach flu and couldnt go back to work for two days, all because of that I got fired. But what I dont get is some people can go there with drug needles and still be able to work there or if someone calls in sick that person can still go back to work. But when I got sick I got fired. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

A horrible place to work! The manager seems nice at first to get you in the door but quickly found out he was a big ass. As well as the supervisors. Was yelled at for asking questions and then fired when I said something about it. Now I see why their turn over rate is so high. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Was there a week and fired cus I was not happy to work and stoped asking questions can’t keep help under payed and use you then get rid of you let people do drugs in the parking lot

Terrible place to work at. Worked there a day and a half and was asking about different positions in the the company and got fired for it. The manager was extremely rude. Would not recommend to anyone.
