Just called at 12:50 PM today. I had a question about the haunted hayride because the phone number that was listed on the haunted hayride’s Facebook page is disconnected. The guy that answered the phone was the most rude person I have ever talked to in my entire life. I explained that I needed the phone number, and his response was “well what kind of questions do you have I mean it’s a hayride, what could you possibly need to know?”! Then he snickered. I explained that I needed to know what time they start selling tickets. He said “I’m not really sure, I’m in the back and I don’t have time to go to the front to ask anyone”. Then he hung the phone up on me. He literally hung up! I’ve been coming here since the day it started and I’ll never be back. I’ll just take the party of 37 that I have tonight, and go down the street to that hayride. This guy is emotionally unstable and isn’t safe to work with the public, clearly.

I’d give this place negative starts if I could. We got prints in July they told us 2 weeks still haven’t received anything! Even paid up front so I guess they thought it was ok to put us on the back burner since they already had their money. Was told Friday they were emailing them to us. Still don’t have anything. Don’t recommend. If you do go through them surly do not pay up front.

After a lot of online research I was on the fence about what windows to purchase, I had it down to Anderson or Marvin and thats when I went to Carter Brothers and talked to Rick about some Marvin windows. It was still a tuff call but I really liked the look of the Marvin Integrity windows. So Rick drove an hour to my house and measured the openings and then ordered my windows. All I can say is, they look fantastic! Its nice to have a lumberyard where there is still a hometown, one on one relationship between the homeowner and salesman. Something you will never get with the big box stores. And last but not least the price was fair. I didnt wonder if I was paying extra that week so someone else could save 11% the next.

The staff is always helpful and very courtesy. The products are of top quality.
