We tried almost every mattress company in Springfield. After trying over 30 different mattresses we started and ended at Joplimo. The R3 was perfect for what we needed. Jaclynn helped us and made the whole process really pleasant. I would recommend anyone searching for a new mattress to give them a try. We will definitely keep them in mind the next time we need to purchase a bed.Additionally, they are made locally, and come with a great warranty. They have a really great selection for being local.

I haven’t bought a mattress in a very long time but did some research and had a decent idea of what I wanted/needed in a bed. Joplimo (now Croft) was recommended by a few different people so I thought I would check them out. Ryan was my salesman, and we spoke about what I was looking for then he offered me a few different beds to try out. Didn’t try to push anything on me, nor push the more expensive beds. Just gave me some good advice about pillows and sleep styles and let me chose which one I liked best. I haven’t received my bed yet but my shopping experience was great, quick, and painless (other than knowing I just dropped a good chunk of money that I didn’t want to spend 😂). Can’t wait to get my new bed and enjoy better sleep!

I was running around Springfield, calling multiple mattress stores, and looking for something in stock at the time, which was quite difficult to find. I called this location, spoke with Ryan, and not only was he friendly and professional, he knew exactly what he had in stock immediately. The transaction was quick and easy and he carried the mattress outside to my vehicle. The mattress is great and Ryan made buying one very easy.

I stopped in here a few years ago when I first started thinking about getting a new bed and Im happy to say I made the right choice. Ryan was so delightful, and easy to work with. Do not recommend buying anything from this business!! Purchased a model that had come from their KC store that had apparently gone out of business (first clue). Salesman at the time appeared to be very friendly. When my mattress and foundation were delivered, I noticed there were 2 tears on the dust cover (1 large and a smaller one on the side). Contacted the store to voice concerns regarding not only that but the fact that the bed frame I was given came in an open/damaged box and did not contain the specified items according to the instructions (namely 4 rollers in order to easily move the bed once it was together).I was told by the salesperson that a replacement foundation would be sent Saturday and he would check to see if they had a frame of the same caliber in stock. A short while later, I received a phone call from the original person that sold me the mattress who stated it would not be replaced. Based upon the conversation, he was well aware that the foundation was damaged when he sold it to me but neglected to mention both that and the fact there is no returns and or replacements (obviously I would not have made the purchase knowing this). He also insisted I was aware of this. Im not sure how that would be considering there was nothing indicating such on the bed, he did not inform me and the receipt I walked out of the store with was had written because he was having issues with the computer.I was also told the frame would not be replaced because frames with wheels are much more expensive. He was extremely rude, condescending and did not stop talking long enough for me to ask additional questions. After I made the comment that was fine and I would post a review online regarding my experience with both him and the store, he replied by stating thats fine, your friends know how you are!Clearly, customer service is not at the top of their list.

This was the first place I looked and ended up buying. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I think the mattress is of the highest quality materials. I like that I can bring it back for an adjustment. I was going to get a foam mattress on line but am now glad I didnt. Mine is perfect. Not too firm or squishy.I sleep so much better with this mattress.

I came into Joplimo with no intention of buying a mattress that day. I was simply shopping around with my wife and we had just gotten done with another couple mattress stores and came into Joplimo. From the beginning, we were greeted and treated like family by Phil. He didn’t have a sales pitch, just a genuine desire to help us get matched up with an amazing bed. The customer service experience was top notch and world class and as a result, we felt comfortable to take our time trying out the various types of beds. We then settled on one of their Forever Beds and paid for it. It’s been home about a week now and is freaking AWESOME! I spoke with Ryan on the phone regarding the delivery of the mattress as we had some weather coming in and I wanted to check with Joplimo to see if we were still scheduled for it to come. Ryan was awesome, jovial and bent over backwards to make sure we got the info we needed to confirm the delivery for our bed. He ended up calling back later and took care of us. The delivery company they utilize is hands down one of the best moving companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Being in the Army, I’ve dealt with my fair share and Joplimo picked the best one out there. My husband and I went into the Battlefield Store a week ago, just to begin shopping around for a new bed. We needed to see what our mattress options were along with what to expect in price ranges. We had no intention of purchasing, and actually thought that we would wait another year. We were greeted that morning by Ryan, who instantly connected with us and was totally interested in making sure that we could find a forever mattress that would fit both of our needs. He was extremely patient and at no time did we ever feel rushed or pressured even though we spent over 2 1/2 hours trying mattresses and discussing options. Of course, I experienced sticker shock as a result of not shopping for a bed in several years, but Ryan did such a fantastic job of pointing out how well these mattresses were constructed, and how they compared with other types of mattresses that I understood why the prices were more than I had expected. Along with that, our son and his wife had purchased a Joplimo bed a few years ago and had the same type of experience. They both love their bed and are still so happy with their purchase. Personal recommendations mean so much! Long story short, we decided not to wait, and just came in today, (one week later) to see Ryan and make the purchase.The entire experience was so good, that we didnt bother to go to any other stores to compare. When you have a good experience with a solid company, and great customer service, why go anywhere else? It is a given that we will be recommending this store to our friends. We are excited and looking forward to receiving our new adjustable split king bed, base, headboard and bedding. BTW, the pillows are like sleeping on clouds!

Marshall is absolutely great! He really worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted while staying in our budget, and read our contract to us thoroughly before we signed off to make sure we knew what exactly we were buying. We found an amazing bed and even got pillows with it and stayed just under $1200! Well be getting our new mattress on Saturday and I am very excited for it. Will definitely come back here for our next mattress purchase!

So mattress buying is simply no fun! I feel like it is a super large investment that may or may not turn out okay in the end. We went to so many mattress stores and experienced some interesting sales tactics from each one. Some you left feeling like that sales persons family might not eat because you didnt buy from them and some were really pushy in a walk away and dont look them directly in the eyes sort of way. We went into Joplimo first and had a really great person help us Augurst. This guy was not pushy and was down to earth. I really appreciated that he respected our boundaries. When we said that we wanted to take a look else where he respected that. When we went back in weeks later, he recognized us and helped us get the bed we originally wanted. One of the main reasons we choose to come back, besides the great service, was these are made right here in Springfield, MO and it was hands down the best bed we plopped down on! Purchased a forever bed 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it! We had a bed picked out with Mattress Firm and the day before we were supposed to pick it up, they told us they wouldn’t move it into their inventory until the following week. We couldn’t wait another week, so we went to Joplimo and Ryan, the district manager, sold us on a Forever bed that was constructed from scratch and ready to pick up in 2 days. Ryan was amazing to work with, he made sure we tried several beds and stayed way past closing to make sure we were happy with our selection. I can’t recommend Joplimo enough! My wife and I have purchased beds here twice. Both times we received excellent customer service. We had the same salesmen both times, never at anytime did we feel pressured or feel like he was pushing us to take home a bed that day. He only gives you the information you need to help make your decision easier. And he easily handled our two kids while we were there which made the process less stressful.

Well we started off our Saturday on a mattress hunt. Joplimo was the first place we stopped. We were helped by a very helpful gentleman named August. He immediately came and helped us and began asking us questions about our needs. My husband being the very indecisive person he is I knew August was in for a treat. We expressed our needs and wants and August took us through many beds telling us the pros and cons of each one, but not really trying to sell us on any. We were there for well over a hour and tried many different beds at the end we decided we were going to go check out other options not sure we were really ready to spend all that money. Never were we rushed or did we ever feel pressured or persuaded an any way by his presentation at all. In fact even though we were leaving and not purchasing right then we couldnt help but feel super impressed by his knowledge of the beds and trying specially to help and fit our exact needs. Now i know this is his job, but overall we still felt he went above and beyond for a maybe sale. So after browsing around at other stores we felt that the financing options and the overall quality and comfort of their mattress were the best overall fit for us. We returned a couple hours later and purchased a forever bed. It was way more that we had originally planned on spending, but when everything was put in front of us, it was the perfect fit. We got a great deal and completely left feeling great about our new purchase. We would absolutely recommend joplimo for your mattress needs. The quality of products plus the complete and genuine service of their staff makes this a great place to shop.

We bought a bed from Joplimo about 4 years ago. We tried to warranty the bed and found out it cant be fully warrantied because Joplimo no longer sells the brand. Ryan Byars gave us a call and offered an amazing deal for us on a brand new bed to make up for the unexpected warranty change. We showed up today to check out the prices and bed selection and Ryan was there to help us out. And lemme tell ya, he was AWESOME! He helped us pick the perfect bed based on our spine alignment and sleep preferences, gave us super relevant and helpful info to help us make the decision, and he even made us laugh and related to us with his Spanish skills! We had a wonderful experience with Joplimo Mattress. Bryan Long was the sleep specialist who helped us choose our mattress. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Our bed was delivered on time by Justin (I didnt get to write his name down immediately so Im sorry if Ive got this name wrong.) and another delivery person whose name I did not get. They were both very friendly and respectful. Thank you! The bed frame was not delivered with our mattress. Bryan called us immediately and apologized. He drove to our house and delivered the frame himself. How cool is that?! Thank you, Bryan and also the two delivery persons, for making our bed buying experience awesome! The bed itself is a Swearingen ForeverBed. We have only had it two nights, but it is comfortable so far. It seems to be of excellent quality and workmanship. Heres hoping it truly is the only bed we ever need to buy!

Its not every day you need to buy a new mattress. After all, you spend 1/3 of your life asleep in one. But I had been needing a newer, bigger bed for some time. I was not at all happy with the one I had bought elsewhere in town just only 5 years ago. It had to go. So I asked Facebook, Who has the best beds and deals in town? 8 out of 9 replied Joplimo Mattress. I went to the one on Battlefield Road. They were not interested in selling me the most expensive bed. They wanted me to get the best bed I could afford with the money I had. The team there helped me find just..what.. I.. wanted. I came back to the store 3 or 4 times, just to lay on it again to make triple sure it was the bed for me. It was delivered exactly on time and set up for me. Jared and his team helped me with financing (If only buying a car would be this easy!). No fancy sales pitch... Jared just wanted me to be happy for a very long time in MY new bed. I must say, I sleep in a bit too long when I can, simply because the bed is just that good. THANK YOU! To Jared and your team.
