The maintenance has gone way downhill. There are fields of dandelions 3 tall going to seed. The water system is salvaged WWII pipes. The water is shutdown for frequent repairs. There is a lack of communication from the management who fails to include who, what, when, where or why.

Looks like a good place to live. I drove through it and it was clean and orderly unlike other trailer parks Ive seen.

The people that live here are very friendly. The management team keeps the property up very nicely. Most of the homes are well maintained.

I lived in the rv park. It was very nice. Staff cares about you. The neighbors are so friendly. Ill miss this place.

This is a great park with friendly people who live there. The park manager Dana is very nice and has answers to any question you may have! This park is well taken care of and feels like its own safe community when you drive in!

Great retirement community with many amenities!!

I attended a function there and was impressed at how well-kept everything was. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable. I imagine it would be a great place to call home.

My grandma lives here. Its a nice clean place. She can afford it on her fixed income. People are normal and quiet here.

They gave me a No Cause Eviction notice mid December and I still do not know why. Thank goodness that the laws have finally been revised and folks like my neighbor, who was ousted just before myself for the same No Cause reason will not have to deal with the situation we did. I was 66yrs old on a fixed income, needless to say a traumatic event to suddenly have to address.

Manager and staff are very professional. It is not unusual to see the manager outside working with landscaping tools, or cleaning the pool, she trys hard to keep the people happy and she has gotten more accomplished in her short time then the last several managers accomplished. Keep up the fabulous work Dana and her staff!

I’ve visited Chalet many times to see friends, and the grounds have always been well-maintained and the staff has always gone out of their way to answer my questions. Great place!

Management and maintenance are always there to assist when you need it.

A pretty clean Senior Living Park I have family there

Pretty nice 55 and older park. Everything is well kept and manicured.

Looks like a very quiet friendly place to live.....55 and older, I would live there....my only problem, its way out of town

This location is fine, if you like to be woken up by traffic and the loud trucks at the store, across the street, in the middle of the night. The managers have a real tendency of listening to gossip and allowing favoritism to influence how they treat other tenants. I will never give anyone their number, even if they would remain homeless.

A resident passed me when i was on a sidewalk with my frie ds bike upside down tryong to vet the chain back on. They backed up and started quizing me, who am i, why am i doing that, where do i stay there? Etc.

Free parking, clubhouse that has real clubs and an above average Ool. Its a Pool without P

Management is flawed, under educated, uninformed, puts on a fake smile but really doesnt care about the people. Cant trust anyone, many negative experiences. Watch out for the crazies, know-it-alls, and back stabbers

Maintenance needs to be arrested for trapping the tenants cats. Someone needs to call and get him apprehended and charged for animal abuse.

The maintenance man illegally and cruelly traps residents pets and dumps them. The manger won’t do anything.
