The residents are all very friendly. It is hard to find the spaces as map seems a bit disorganized.

Excellent place to live

Rick L. Morris is a competent, professional, knowledgeable manager and were blessed to have him here. He & Investment Property Group (IPG) have done a wonderful job so far of bringing the place up to Oregon Building Code minimum standards and enforcing local regulations that Lane County does not enforce on its own. We are a 55+ community, I am 61. We are dog friendly. We even have a dog park with a fenced area for dogs. We have a community center which is available to residents who sign up for private use and there is no cost for that. We are close to all Eugene services, in fact, Eugene is a mile away. It is quiet, safe and respectful here and I highly recommend it for other seniors looking to relocate to a safe, quiet, affordable place. There is at least one new house for sale right now. Come on down today!

Live here its nice but the apartments behind the park, they need to shut their screaming kids up. Also there is someone lives in the apartment behind us that leaves his porch light on all night glaring in our bedroom window. But the park is great.
