DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOU. We would give them a negative star rating, if possible. Fry-Wagner doesnt keep their word and lied about sorting our two shipments, which we paid extra for the service. Promised delivery was June 22 - 25th window.Goods arrived on 6 July with poorly packed (or small items not packed at all), missing shelves, dented items and pieces from other peoples shipments. We want and deserve a refund on services not rendered and the 11 day delay in delivery.

We hired Fry-Wagner to move our household goods from Springfield, MO to Fort Walton Beach, FL. We were told, in writing, that our belongings would arrive between June 22 and June 25. Today, June 24, they informed us that our household goods will not arrive until sometime in mid July. They have charged my credit card the full amount, $9,280.73, but are holding my goods in their dirty, hot warehouse, in Springfield, while we wait in Florida. Fry-Wagner cannot be trusted. Their representative made it clear that I would be lucky to see our goods in July. We may never see our belongings again!July 6Our goods finally arrived. However, Fry- Wagner did not separate the items that were to go into storage from those to be delivered out our residence, which is something we paid extra for. Our belongings were shipped in wooden boxes which are not water tight. Connie Walker, has lied to us about every aspect of this move. When I call her out on a lie, she shifts blame to someone else. Our goods are damaged, missing, and wet. Connie and Fry-Wagner refuse to do anything to help us, during this move from h***. Do not trust Connie, Or Dave Helton from Fry-Wagner. They will smile while they lie to you!

We hadn’t moved in 24 1/2 years so we were looking for help! Fortunately we found Fry- Wagner and the wonderful team of Tom and Connie and Dave, Johanna, Lisseta, Eian and Mason the movers and packers!They are all masters at their jobs!Tom estimated the move with great skill and accuracy!Connie coordinated the move and called me daily to make sure all was going as planned!Johanna, Lisseta and Mason packed us on Wednesday with skill and speed! Dave, Eian and Mason moved us on Thursday and Friday with skill and patience and were very mindful of taking care of our possessions!We hope we are in our forever home - but if it ends up we aren’t, we will definitely be calling Fry-Wagner to move us again!

Great movers, they are always careful. My company uses them to move and store dental equipment. We have been using them exclusively for years and have never had a problem. Friendly local staff.

Frye-Wagner Moving & Storage came into our home, packed it up with meticulous care, stored our furnishings and then returned with the same professional care that we so appreciated! David Helton came to our house to do an estimate he left off alot of our belongings he was very rude very arrogant and very unprofessional..would not recommend him to anyone

Christy in particular was extremely rude and unhelpful. The movers were fine but when I noticed a scratch on my table I called the office and Christy who must be some kind of suprivisor snapped on me and accused me of lying when I was nothing but polite. For her alone I would not recommend this company.

Expensive with a 4hour minimum but they are good
