1. They met me at my truck in the parking lot and pulled it straight into the garage2. Took me into the garage to show me the problem3. Gave estimates for fixing just the problem part, several attaching parts, or the whole thing4. They didnt push me to do the entire thing.5. They were done the next day and my truck wasnt loud anymore. They did a great job and told me the cost up front.Id definitely go back. Good bunch of guys

I have a little Chevy s10. They helped me so much putting the flex pipe and catalytic converter on it. They were very reasonable with the price of everything. And then my brake line broke leaving and they fixed that the same day. I have been to so many places and I always get a runaround on prices. I will come to them for everything now. They are honest and very good at what they do. Thank you so much for everything.

Five stars!! Boss man extremely friendly and wonderful to talk to. Price was right what I was expecting and rounded down for me on final price so I wouldn’t break a bigger bill. My Z4 sounds amazing, definitely coming back for more projects.Update:Just took my second car to then to get some work done. I kept sharing my high recommendations with friends but sadly after this time I had some issues.There was some figment issues with my new exhaust, but I saw first hand and could see that it was more of a parts issue, rather than the installers at muffler brothers.However after returning home I found an exhaust leak by the turbo and that really did it for me. I don’t think I will be coming back.The place isn’t what it used to be.There is young kids working on cars and smells like weed. It used to be so much better.

Under new management but still following in tradition of being helpful. Love this place. Just had to go there again and it was amazing they are the nicest people ever they fixed it were good. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them

This was the first time I ever dealt with Muffler Brothers in Springfield. To me, it is always hard to find a repair shop that isnt somehow trying to fib to you to get more money out of you. Not these guys! I love them! I had my car in to fix the catalytic converter and O2 sensor. They told me it would be a little over $1,000 to fix that. I asked them if I could just order the parts myself and have them sent to them and just pay for the labor. They said, Absolutely! And so I did. By doing this, it saved me well over $500. I will go nowhere else from now on. I will only deal with Muffler Brothers in Springfield. You have a customer for life and I will make sure to tell everyone about the amazing...friendly...experience I had. Thank you Chuck from Muffler Brothers for EVERYTHING!!!

These guys were first class. Very honest and could have charged me a lot, but said no problem with my exhaust system and even fixed a cable that was hanging at no charge. 100% recommend the Springfield Muffler Brothers new owners. 👍

Had my exhaust brake, stopped they had time and put it on the lift and had me up in running in just minutes. Was honest about easy repair and didnt try and get me for anything more. Great place great people.

Just had my alternator and axles replaced the other day. I have had a great experience with them so far. Ive had my car in their shop multiple times. Their pricing has been more reasonable than a lot of the other places Ive gotten estimates from. Even when they are busy, they will do everything they can to get your car in the shop as soon as possible. The people are great. Very friendly and willing to help.

Ive been here every time I get my vehicles serviced. Everyone is friendly, and I think the coolest thing is when they dont charge people for services! On numerous occasions Ive seen them do a quick fix, or offer a minor service free to their customers. Its nice to know there are still good people. Its sad some have no understanding of vehicles and can only post their rants.

Not only did these gentlemen give a good deal, they gave me a senior discount, and the red haired gentlemen gave me 100.00 dollars out of his own pocket!!! astounding so much good work and kindness beyond belief THANK YOU FOLKS

My husband had what we thought was a major issue with his car and they looked and fixed the minor issue with no charge. I took my car in for an issue a week later. It was a larger issue but they fixed within a few hours. Chuck understands good customer service.

This shop is fantastic. Always fair, always quick. Today I called Chuck because my VW Bug sounded like the exhaust had completely fallen off. Chuck told me to come right over. They got my car in as soon as I arrived. It was a rusted exhaust coupler, which was repaired right away, for a super price. Cant ask for much more!

I wanted to leave a good review because my experience started out ok. Car died almost right in front of their business. Paid to have car towed from the street to the business. They tried their best to get the windows up since it was raining, so I was hopeful. However after sitting at their business a few days they call to tell us they refused to fix our car because of the warranty we had. Their claim was that the warranty company took to long to pay, like 3 to 6 months. That was not true. Had to pay again to have it towed to another mechanic, who fixed it and was paid that same day. Very disappointed we had to do all that for a kerplunked alternator.

Any, and every time I have had a concern or issue with my car Muffler Bros on Limestone St. has been extremely helpful. TWO times I have pulled in frazzled and unsure with what was going on with my car. Both times it has been due to tire issues. They immediately put my car up on the rack, explained, and SHOWED me the issues that were going on and fixed it. THANK YOU Muffler Bros.

I take my car to Muffler Brothers because my fan was constantly running, heat stopped working it was over heating and my car had cut off on me. I let them know what was going on and I was told theyd look at it and then call me back when they figured out what the problem was. Yes, they did call back and I was told that I needed a new water pump, a serpentine belt, and a new thermostat and that my engine was fine. I paid for all of the parts which cost almost $700. After three visits back to Muffler Brothers and a phone call, because my heat still wasnt working and my car would barely turn over. It was worse than before so obviously my car was not fixed. I was told I could not get a refund back and that I have a cooling fan problem and there was nothing else they could do. I take it to a different repair shop and all along I had a blown head gasket how could Muffler brothers overlook a blown head gasket and tell me that it was a cooling fan problem? No wonder why my heat wasnt working right, no wonder why my car would barely start SMH!. So I paid for brand new parts that arent going to do any good because they misdiagnosed the problem with the car. I will never ever let them put hands on my vehicle after this. It was very unprofessional because if they were really seeking out the source of the problem they would have known it was a head gasket and not have made me pay for parts that would do no justice. I first went to this place because of all the great reviews that it had but I left there one unsatisfied customer and I will never go back!!

WORST PLACE IN SPRINGFIELD TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED THEY BREAK YOUR STUFF THEN WANT YOU TO PAY FOR IT. Had to have some brake work done, brakes are good. But after driving away steering wheel almost all they way turned right even so much cant even use turn signal properly. Told me it was arm bar problem but it was fine and straight when I took it in told me in would be two hundred extra when Im sure they broke it. This place is a scam and not worth the hassle.

Did have a 5 star rating from me on Facebook and other places but change it to a 1. If i could go to a 0 I would for my last experience. Their crew has changed since my last visit. I stopped in asked them to check out my front brakes. A guy at front counter took my number and said he would call me. Many days went by with no call. I figured they were really busy so I called asked them if I dropped it off to them the night before could they check it out and get back with me on what all it needs which I told them it probably needed pads and rotors which I was willing to pay for. Called multiple times to see if it had been looked at. They just said if it needed pads or rotors they would put on whatever it needed. Told me worse case scenerio how much cost would be. Then I called again right as they were closing to be told it was done and they slapped some pads on it. NOW HERE IS THE COMPLAINT. The minute I got it up on the highway cause I drive for a living, and I told them this, The whole front end shook badly, the steering wheel shook, you could feel it in the pedal and it literally shook everywhere badly when brakes were applied. It was worse than before Muffler Brothers touched it. So not even a week later I checked it out myself on someones lift with a micrometer and more with my own eyes and the rotors were not good but yet they told me they were and they just slapped a set of pads on not lubricating them correctly either. 150 dollars for pads used only a week in the trash instead of just checking it all out correctly replacing the rotors and the pads like they should have. Will never take any of the family vehicles to Muffler Brothers ever again! They used to be great but now they just took my money and that was pretty much it.
