Friendly and super helpful staff. The location is not super convenient for me personally, but the staff makes up for it. Quick and friendly. Very helpful.
UPS needs to train their people better at how to type in addresses… unreal I think the gal at the counter can’t read or is just plain lazy!
Was nervous it would be super busy since it’s 5:15pm and in Meijer, but I walked in and was out within a minute. Seriously so quick and the guy was friendly.

I wish I would have gotten the lady’s name. This was my first time having to use a UPS store..... This younger lady helped me very much and explained everything and was still done in less than 5 minutes! I have my tracking label in hand for both packages!
The worst customer service. Every trip here is a disappointment.
They have a sign prominently posted saying We are wearing masks for your safety!. But only one of the three employees working had a mask on. And all three were right at the front counter working with customers.Edit** credit where credit is due, today 50% of your employees were wearing facemasks. Thats up from 33%. I also noticed that the sign is now behind the counter rather than prominently displayed at the entrance.Jan 2021 update**. 1/3 employees wearing masks appropriately. Including the customer service person who took her mask down to talk to me. That completely defeats the purpose of having one on.
Called for assistance, got put on hold for an hour, dont bother waiting, just drive there, that way they have to do there job, delivery driver left my big package in my flower bed. Pos company
Went to the UPS store in Meijer. Unfortunately Maps directed me to a strip mall 2 blocks away and told me I arrived at my destination. I went into an insurance company and the kind gentleman told me where it was and that he has informed Maps on a number of occasions and they still havent fixed it. Hopefully they will fix it soon. The lady at the UPS store was very nice and took the equipment to send back to Xfinity with ease. The help I got from Xfinity on the phone was some of the worst Ive experienced and that is why they need a store.

Be sure your packages are boxed and tapped up. Amazon says to just bring your item and they will scan your code and ship it. They dont tell you that it has to be ready to ship. 2 bucks for one piece of tape. Store hours a very limited.

Every time I do an Amazon return they charge me $2 for tape. Amazon says its free return with no packaging required. Amazon already pays UPS for this service. Why are they double dipping?
