Absolutely despicable customer service. They have no information or knowledge about your package. Dont waste your time calling them. Called and verified that my $2,000 computer, which was already late, needed to be signed for or it wouldnt be left on my porch and I could pick it up from them after work. Computer was left on my front porch in plain view of the entire neighborhood. Called them to ask why, and they told me that it didnt have to be signed for....... Use FedEx or USPS.

They have the most helpful and polite staff. They always help out and never make it a hassle. Ive had to go and pick up packages that Ive missed a few times, and they were great! I honestly wish it was like this everywhere I went.

Biggest waste of a delivery service, FedEx and USPS are the way to go. Garbage service. No help worst experience in getting a package delivered in my life. Horrible customer service.

Location is not clearly marked, nor is it easy to tell where customers should enter. When I went in, the counter attendant hardly seemed to notice. Good customer service would have been to look at me, and say, Ill be right with you as soon as I.... instead, he stood with his back to me and neither looked at nor spoke to me until he finished the task he was doing. Then he brought me one of two packages, and I had to tell him to go look for the second package. If I had not known there were two, I would not have received it and it would have been returned to the shipper. And it was only luck that I did know, because the two packages were from different sources and it was only coincidence that they arrived the same day.

Absolute car wreck of a time to contact a representative, youd think this was a top secret FBI facility. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER.Rattle off code, machine doesnt understand it,YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE WITHOUT A CODE. At 2:18pm on Thursday, July 2, their driver, Scott, almost ran over my dog. He came flying into our driveway and my older dog was trying to run out of his way. He barely made it. I was screaming and trying to slow the driver down. At this point I was livid. I asked him What do you do when you run over somebodys dog? And he said (in a condescending tone) I guess Id have to call it in. And that was it. No apology, no remorse, nothing. Ive never been so furious with a service provider before, and lets be honest, they can really mess things up. I will never choose UPS again.

On the 5th of September i was exspecting 2 over 50 lb boxes of food. Due to a fire at our apartment complex our FRONT enterance has been gated off. Now we did not receive our boxes on the 5th, when we called on the 6th they said it was because the driver could not access the apartment, we then gave them specific instructions on how to access our door. Mind you, we have 3 sings pointing to our apartment specifically. One at the side walk saying ups enter parking lot, one at the end of the parking lot with an arrow and our number, and one at my private staircase with an arrow and our number. We were told that we would get our boxes on the 7th between 2pm-6pm. On the 7th at 10am a resident from a different apartment complex knocked on our door asking if we were exspecting a package and that there was 2 UPS men walking up and down the road looking for our apartment. When we found them there was only 1 of our boxes and we were told we would be getting our other box on the 8th between 2pm-6pm. They then had my husband carry the 53 lb box from their truck to our door. We have NOT received our box today. After contacting our local office, you lovely employees at Olympic, we are told that our specific instructions were not put down on both boxes, the package WAS NOT EVEN PUT ON THE TRUCK TODAY, and now have to wait until Monday the 11th to have our box delivered to us. Honestly they dont even deserve 1 star.

Very much so unhappy with them right now. Its Christmas Eve and a package (a present) for my husband who will be leaving for work tomorrow morning has been sitting at this facility for 2 days. Tracker just keeps saying that its at the springfield hub....now it wont be delivered until sometime next week....if I am lucky.Too bad Christmas doesnt get a redo.
