Im giving this review solely for the one employee Amelia ( young employee with dark hair and glasses). After being treated poorly with our donations and actually having some being cashed out without our consent (we have a choice to retrieve the items the next day if we do not agree with the cash or store credit value they give us) she was extremely helpful, courteous, and overall professional. She handled a situation which should have been handled by the manager herself (being in retail and customer service for 10 years myself I know this situation should have been handled one and one with the manager ). Amelia made me change my perspective on the staff and I will be coming back but only due to her and her amazing customer service. *She was not involved at all with the poor situation at hand by the way*

My wife and I were struggling financially a couple years back and found Peppypotamus! Such a great place to shop with exceptional prices. I know that when youre buying stuff for your babies you want to buy new, but its worth checking out Peppypotamus as all of their items are clean and well cared for.

Peppy is SO great for new and expecting mothers! I cannot even express how much money and headache they saved us buying alllll the things for a new baby! And now, my son is two, which realistically is hard to find good, used boy clothes when theyre at that age - but I just save my Peppy credit and look for things for him as he gets big! Also! My go to spot for gift cards and gifts for baby showers and birthdays! Victoria and Eric are amazing and have helped our family out so much! We dont know what wed do without Peppy in our lives! Just went yesterday! ❤

So I have a huge box of clothes that dont fit my twin boys. I love this store but today they didnt take allot of the clothes. They are all brand new and only worn a couple of times, or not even worn. I was a little disappointed that they didnt take them. When I got home, I thought why am I taking this box of clothes home? I didnt think to open it when I was there, but when I got home, there was allot of clothes that I wanted to exchange, but they didnt take like any. Im really disappointed.

Peppy is wonderful! The owners are awesome people, so kind and sweet, The staff is always great. Everything is clean and organized. Very easy to shop and find items. Prices are great and trade in credits are super fare. We’ve never had a bad shopping experience and have been coming for quite a few years now. I just found the most adorable boutique style baby shorts yesterday for under $5.00! The inventory changes so quickly so there’s always cool new stuff and there’s always a great sale! I love that they have a great selection of cloth diapers too!! Really excited to go check out their new location!

I will never go back there again. I have ended up donating all the clothes and shoes my girl has grown out of because of not fair trade value. I have left insulted every time I spent time going through making sure there were no stains and even things she has never used before. I am done trying with them I dont ever bring in a lot cause I only have one growing child they could do better

Excellent selection of 2nd hand goods and great prices! Why contribute to the Wasteland of buying new baby products when there are stores like this?

Love this store!! They have beautiful things, and amazing owners. My hubby and I were victims of the Holiday Farm Wildfire, and unfortunately lost our house. My gracious coworker got me a gift card to Peppypotamus, and when they told the owner our story, they MATCHED the gift card!! My heart is so full, and the owners truly care about their business and their customers. I will be coming back for a long time. Thank you!! ❤️

I personally love this store. I think they can be a little picky with trade in, but thats what makes them have such great stuff in their store. All the staff are extremely friendly and i love going in here to shop.

I recently had my babe 4 weeks early and realized I had no clothes prepped for a smaller baby. I have two older children and did not want to leave my husband with all 3 kids, or go shopping with one of them during COVID. I called Peppy and asked if theyd be willing to grab all the fleece pajamas in premie and newborn sizes and complete a transaction in their alleyway behind the store. They were more than accommodating and grabbed all they had available and took payment from my car. I felt so seen. I highly recommend them.

When I was pregnant I got a lot of my maternity clothes here! They have awesome sales, but there prices normally are very good too! When ever I get the chance I always swing by to check out what they got in! This store is very organized, has super friendly staff and has so much inventory! It’s fun to just look around and spend hours :)

Peppypotamus really is a LIFE SAVER for new moms, moms of any kind, people shopping for kiddos birthdays, etc. They not only have a wonderful selection of baby and kids stuff, including toys, clothes, carseats, etc., they have the best customer service and creative sales! I dont know how my husband and I would have been able to afford everything for a baby if it wasnt for Peppy! AND when your baby grows out of all their cute clothes, go and trade them in for the next size up or anything else you want in the store! ❤ I love being apart of the Peppy community!

Such a nice place! Ive always held off on resale shops because theyre just a bad experience. From beginning to end, this place was wonderful! The clothes they had were in amazing condition, the girls were absolutely wonderful. I brought in a lot of clothes and they gave me a price that was more then fair. I was pleasantly surprised. 10/10 would recommend and I will be returning.

I have always spoke very highly of peppy! Until today, I came in with three boxes of clothes for trade and she took 5 outfits out and gave me a 10$ credit. She asked if i wanted to donate them or take them i decided to donte them. I was kinda upset for the very low trade as I had many high name brands, some with tags and many never even used! I went and posted an honest review on facebook and then was publicly called a liar and said i was spreading rumors about peppy! What a way to handle a customer complaint! To be rediclied and called a liar. I never lied, never exaggerated and didnt spread a rumor. Im very upset how that was handled and how my return was handled. The lady who has ber return done infront of me, they took way more I feel like they just didnt want to go through my boxes because i had so much, I dont know. I will never reccomened peppy anymore as i used to. And I will never stop there again, especially after being rediclied on facenook publicly by a store associate. And i never lied! Lol.

I almost never write reviews but I just adore this business. The employees are always friendly, and the owner, Victoria, is just wonderful. The shop is clean and always has a ton of new stuff. Their trade-in rates are really fair and they give back to the community with their free sales. What’s not to love??

Happened into this store while waiting to watch a movie with my daughter. Wonderful selection of used children’s clothing and accessories as well as maternity and mama supplies at great prices. I was impressed by the friendly woman behind the counter, she greeted us when we came in, directed us to the sizes we were looking for, and pointed out the $1 rack. When we checked out she gave us a punch card, and shared that on the first Sunday of every month the store gives away donated items, as much as you can carry, to the community! I’m sure those free clothes have helped a lot of local families. Looking forward to going back. ☺️

Very cute store. They are always so helpful and kind! Not overpriced like a few other used baby stores, and always have some sort of sale or discount. I have found lots of cute little boy stuff there. I love stopping in to check out the new used items theyve gotten or browsing through the locally made bibs, teething toys, etc.

The owners here are amazing. They have great prices and are super generous! They support foster parents and are a great asset to the kiddo community.

I just had a TERRIBLE experience at My Little Children with the owner. I just ended up taking my clothes right from there and went to Peppypotamus instead. The customer care was amazing! The woman was incredibly kind, tactful and customer oriented. I forgot to ask for her name, but she worked today (Tuesday June 6th at 2pm). I will only come here from now on.

If you are a new parent, and you havent stop by here, you need to make a trip. All of the clothes are pre-loved, and the things that are made by hand are made with love. And if your kids outgrow their clothes you can take them here to exchange for store credit and get bigger one.

This is HANDS DOWN the best resell childrens clothing store! They are constantly rotating their stock, they have areas for kids to play while parents shop and their prices are AMAZING! Im never disappointed!

The store looks beautiful and is very child friendly but sadly, in my experience, customer service has been very unpleasant. I keep an eye on Facebook for new items but whenever I go in and ask about them, the owner seems really annoyed that I would like to see the items. I always feel like Im being a bother.
