Great service. Went there looking for a little scooter or dirtbike. Ended up with a nice 125cc. Its been a blast so far and they even helped me get it on the back of my semi. Would definitely recommend them

I walked in without knowing anything except I needed wheels to get around on. I told them what features I wanted and they knew exactly the perfect one for me so ordered my scooter and when it came they made sure I knew how to ride and maintenance schedule. Over priced, make you pay for their mistakes and pretty sure they sabotage their work so you have to come back. Will never bring anything back here again.

I bought my scooter from Kiss my gas in 2013 I have them check out my scooter from wheel to the other. I really like the way it runs when I get it back. Knowing that I have a safe scooter to ride. There prices are reasonable. And I wont let anyone else work on my scooter. They even have a scooter they even have a scooter tow truck. I have used it a few times. They always have 530 master links for bigger bikes, but dont carry anything faster than maybe 150cc when it comes to two wheels. Atleast, thats just what Ive observed. Cool place with nice people.

Im not sure, but I bought a scooter brand new from them and i have been paying them 100s of dollars to keep it on the road for the last 2_1/2 years. They treat me like its my fault i keep having to bring the bike back to them to charge me more money. In the last 4 months I have paid them 500$ in repairs and 1 week later since i paid them 200$, its in my yard not working. Im trying someone else, this is getting stupid, and I feel they are taking me for a ride.

So need new belt and rollers they got my bike back to running. They worked on it on Saturday got back same day Monday I noticed spring hanging loose and the vent cover piece that has filter in it was missing a bolt just barely hanging on so being closed on Monday couldnt complain so took to scooter guy on walnut Street to fix, basically poor workmanship on their behalf is my complaint.

If you value your time and money, do not use this establishment. Awful, awful place. A relative took their scooter there for repair. What ensued was one of the worst transactions ever. They kept the scooter for two months with no updates, charged my relative for the repair and gave the scooter back in pieces having done nothing but take it apart. I am now trying to figure out where all of the pieces go and see if I can get this thing back together. Ive never worked on a scooter before, but I guarantee you I cant do worse than Kiss My Gas.

Wasn’t my cup of tea, as I was told they have some decent motorcycles, but, there really wasn’t anything aside from the scooters and 4 wheelers. So, much of this was due to my expectations versus what they really carry, so still giving 4 stars.

The people who work here are amazing! Came in to check out the scooters and had no knowledge about it whatsoever, but Ron helped quite a bit by telling us what was required, speed limits, etc. And even showed us some scooters.Its nice that they have financing available.When your scooter breaks down they are quick to pick it up. And provide quick service to have you on your way.

I highly recommend Kiss My Gas. They are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. You walk in and they treat you like close friends. They let you tell them what you want instead of forcing you to take their opinion. I bought my scooter almost two years ago and the relationship has only gotten better, making sure you know that they are not just making a sell. Anytime someone asks me best place to go scooter shopping in town, I tell them to go talk to the crew at Kiss My Gas.

I have never done a google review in my life, but I am now because this place is amazing. If you are considering getting a scooter or moped this is the place!!! Not only did these guys help me pick the best scooter for me, they have been so great in helping me with maintenance! Unfortunately I had mine stolen recently and when I got it back I was expecting a few hundred dollars in damage because I thought theyd have to order new parts. They could have! But INSTEAD, they modified parts they already had. Theyve saved me so much money, they genuinely care about you your vehicle. Theyre so nice, funny, and honest; you cant beat their service or selection! Its impossible!

The staff is super friendly, the products are wonderful, and the owner works hard to make sure you have what you need, what you want, and not what you dont.

Friendly people and a good place to buy scooter parts

This company completely botched the repairs to my sons dune buggy. When picked it up they said it running great. It took them well over 3 month to repair it, and even then it was not running when I got it home. So there is absolutely no way they have tested the repair. I now have to take it another shop to get it running. Their communication through the entire 3 + months was zero. I would call and if they picked up the phone they would say it would be done in a couple weeks which was a lie, but most often they wouldnt answer and wont return your call when you leave a voicemail. TERRIBLE customer service BEWARE.

I’d say 2.5 stars is fair. If you are looking to get your scooter repaired I would look somewhere else. Sad to say, these guys were nice and polite but, not very good at anything else maintenance wise. Brought my scooter in which they were familiar with and just said it needed “tuning”. Was looking to learn a few things myself so the vagueness was very disappointing. Turns out they put a new carb and muffler on it, not bad, sort of helped but this took about a month with no calls made to me about any of it. Also they don’t cross their t’s and do not dot their i’s. So take that as you will. By the end I was told that my scooter was done only to find out it was another customers scooter. Glaring example of the lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, I went up there and just took my scooter out, I was tired of waiting. Upon arrival I was told it still needed “tuning”. They can kiss my gas for sure. Thanks for reading. I hope you learned something.

Part 1:Great people and theyre easy to work with. I use my scooter on a daily basis and theyve given me great advice on taking care of the engine and parts. I recommend them to ANYONE looking to buy, as theyre willing to answer any questions.Part 2 added 6/21/18KMG continues to be a great place that knows how to take care of a customer.Recently, the drive belt on my scooter broke on my way home after work. I called them up and, even though their normal pick-up service was out on another call, they came and picked me up. Perfect timing as well, as it soon started raining.30 minutes later, they had me up, running and back on the road.

I bought a brand new 49cc scooter. Was stolen after 3 weeks of having it... found out these people I bought it from, bought the stolen scooter. Over 1000 dollars in their pocket and now they can make more from it. Never buying from here again. They arent thorough about seeing if what they buy is stolen.

These guys are simply have the best customer service I could ever have hoped for. They are extremely flexible, helpful, and willing to do what ever it takes to make sure that you are taken care of at the end of the day. They dont hassle you with things you dont need, they make sure you get what you came for though and nothing less. Above everything else they are extremely honest. They call it how it is and level with you. They dont blow smoke and screw you over. Simply put I would recommend them to anyone and everyone because they are by far the very best!

The salesman here were very nice, even though we went in with no knowledge of anything scooter related. He didnt make us uncomfortable when he was showing his products, and he intelligently answered all of our questions.We didnt end up buying anything but we still might if one of our cars break down.

Had issues with Reeds Spring not allowing me to ride my scooter through town and the owner took care of that problem for me. I am enjoying the scooter and will be coming back next year to pick up a 150cc scooter from them. AWESOME family and treats you like family.
