Not bad at all.We use most of the yards in salt lake but since we were near this yard we decided to give it a go.As much as we love the west valley location, this one is much more clean and organized. Then again, it is new. I found a few things I needed.Checkout was breezy. I can’t make this my go to yard but for sure will come with a list of things needed if I ever have to drive out this far.

Very friendly employees. This junkyard is also always the cleanest out of all of them. Prices are a bit higher then other yards but the overall experience here makes it worth coming back to.

These guys paid me $200 more than the other local recycling plants for my car. They were super friendly and efficient- and it was in and out before I knew it. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. In my experience, they know what theyre doing.

People were very kind and nice to me and answered many questions I had. Definitely coming back five stars all the way!

I frequent these types of auto salvage yards. Pull n save was very well organized with a very well put together and knowledgeable staff. I was able to locate what I needed with ease and expediency. The way the cars are staged with installed blocking makes for a very safe and efficient experience in getting your salvage parts. What can you say about a Pick-n-Pull?First and foremost I didnt go there to buy anything for myself. I went to help a friend who was in need of a new front axle. The axle was a pain to get off and a pain to move and a pain to get loaded on to my trailer. But, the staff and the equipment they provide was very very helpful.The facility has many wheelbarrows designed specifically to haul materials throughout the yard. They make the wheelbarrows in house, I spoke with the man who made them all. He was very cordial and also very helpful.Overall the facility is very well maintained. The interior is very clean. The staff are top notch and the yard is one of the most organized and clean junk yards I have ever seen.Unlike some Pick-n-Pulls this yard was extremely easy to find the vehicle I needed because they keep track of all the vehicles and have them marked by row and spot. So it was very easy to walk directly to the car I needed to pull the part from.They also have mobile hoists that you can bring up close to the location of your part if youre getting something large. And they have a permanent hoist out front to help you get the part into your truck or trailer.The one downside to this location is that the bathrooms are only for employees. So take your moms advice and go before you come.

Cleaner and more organized than most. People were helpful. Inventory is somewhat inaccurate, the cars were in the right place but they were the wrong trim level.Update: Went back today and trim levels were correct. Thanks for the quick fix! Review updated to 5 stars.

Pull n Save has an clean and organized yard. Front office is kind in their interactions with clients. Terrific in helping locate cars and parts if needed.

Currently since yard is new they have a good selection of vehicles that dont look like week after Thanksgiving turkeys which is a plus. Pricing is decent but if your going for little items State Street gives me better deals... Not fond of there practice at check out of pushing add on warranty and a core charge on every item you can think of...so be aware when checking out. But it is nice to have one more option locally to search for parts at.👍Could be better but could be worse too, all wrecking yards visits are a give and take experience but a public bathroom and a drinking fountain would be a kind gesture but maybe with the world were in now it not the simple issue it seems.Does seem over all they try to keep it reasonably safe and tidy which is smart. Im sure Ill be back again and again, we do what we gotta do.👍

Ok staff. I needed to return a part and I got there at 5:05 pm they dont close till 5:30 pm. But I guess they decided to close early at 5:00 pm and refused to help me with my return.

11/10 experience. First the guy the helped us the first day was absolutely beautiful. Second the girls that helped us the next day were so amazing and didn’t hesitate to let us know if you sign up for rewards you get some money off! They were so sweet and SO PRETTY!! Fantastic staff and large selection of cars and trucks. Even the other customers were crazy nice. Springville location is the place to go 100%

Horrible service. Tried to convince me to pay a 21.00 fee for a warranty on a part that was 7.00. Employee also tried to say my grill was a large grill. When I was looking if for Ford ranger parts. Horrible service. When I asked for a manager the employee pointed and said he was over there, than walked away from me Will not be back.

Went here to get a window regulator, they ask you to pay $2.00 per person just to enter their bone yard. They give you a rough map to self guide yourself to find your part. You use your own tools to remove and they will ring you up at a new part price. The girls verbal response who attempted to sell a 10 dollar part for $40-$45 after I said I could buy a new part for that price was just ok you can put it over there From my experience here, I would recommend checking new part prices first and get them to quote you their hard price before you ever go in. Would have to be desperate to go back to a junk yard run by kids who are selling off of a pre set price list and have no ability to adjust to a fair price. This place will be out of buisness soon if they dont figure this out quick.

Called ahead and asked if they had a rim for a 2007 Nissan Sentra. They told me they had one in springville so I made the drive and when I got there they didn’t have it. Charged me to go out in the yard and look for something they knew they didn’t have. Horrible customer service
