REALLY frustrating experience. I came in an hour before they closed and no one was there so I went in and pressed the button for service almost ten times and waited about 40 minutes. A woman called for someone over the intercom, but when I finally talked to someone, he said they were too understaffed to do it. I drove 30 minutes out of my way.....
Im not a huge WalMart fan and letting anyone there touch my vehicle always was a huge, no. Yesterday we were in desperate need of two tires since we got a flat then a subsequent flat an hour later! We were stuck with kids up Price Canyon, where my husband quickly removed the tire with the issue and drove it to this WalMart. He bought a new tire instead of fixing it but what made this tire center stand out was the fact that they stayed open late so we could get our car there and get the 4th and final tire put on. They were incredibly quick and if not for them we would have been driving on 3 new tires and one old one that Im sure would have gone flat as well with the luck we have!Absolutely so thankful to those who were there yesterday! Your kindness was amazing and well needed for us.
I regularly go to the Springville Wal-Mart Auto Center for oil changes and tire repair. Ive never had a problem. The staff was friendly and informative. I plan my oil changes around when to go to the grocery store, so I stay occupied.

I rarely give Walmart five stars but the gentleman that helped me out in the auto care center in this location did a fantastic job was very professional very polite when there wasnt issue he came and found me to explain to me what was going on and what issues there were great service and that is how I judge service not value
Cheap prices but the service is bad and very slow. The battery I bought was also pretty low quality. I would buy from somewhere else next time.
What is the point of having a tire shop that cant patch or put a tube in a tire? I went in on a Sunday when they were the only ones open to get a tire patched or have a tube put in so I could go and bail hay they inform me they cant patch or put tubes in agricultural tires what the hell
My experience was Great! Fast service (35 min).. Friendly staff answered all of my questions and explained everything they did. They vacuumed my car great too. I don’t understand the not so good ratings. I feel they did a great job.
I always get great costumer service when I go there. They do not carry my tires in store so I always order them online. It is a first come first serve thing there, but theyre always quick to get me in and out for my oil changes.. I have never have a problem with anything they have done. I did hear they are starting to make appointments for tire jobs. Something to look forward to with my next tire purchase.
Worst customer service! I waited 20 minutes before anyone actually asked what I needed only to be told that it was too late! If they would have helped me when I arrived they would have had time to help me because the place was empty!! The manager there is also a very rude unprofessional, lady needs to understand that she has a paycheck thanks to customers! Never going back and never recommending this place to anyone!
Took my truck into the Springville location for an oil change. After two hours of waiting and watching cars come and go the guy comes in and all he says is its done and the price didnt say anything else. He didnt say sorry for taking so hour longer than I told you, didnt tell me anything about what they saw or what they did like every where else does. He just throws the keys on the counter. He could have easily handed them to me. I felt like the hole place was giving me an attitude like I offended them some how. Im being generous with the one star.
Got a flat tire on the freeway, and this Walmart was right off the exit. Great service and they were fast getting a new tire on.
Understaffed and insanely unprofessional. I have been waiting for an hour and a half to get an oil change and they only just started on my vehicle. They are at the customer service desk dropping F-bombs and they act frustrated (very pronounced sighs) whenever a new customer approaches. I’ll never come back here and recommend that others stay away as well.
They had me wait for three hours for an oil change and two new tires... And it was not that busy... The manager needs to talk to the employees to stop walking and talking around, when they have job to do.
I had ordered 2 tires online and they were delivered here so I called and asked about getting them installed. They said it would be $18 per tire. They also said first come first serve and they dont make appointments. So I went in and there was no other customers being helped. 5 customers walked in after me but I was told since I arrived first that my car should be done quickly. They then began working on all other smaller jobs on the cars besides mine. After being there for 2 and a half hours I finally go up to the desk and ask how much longer it was going to be. They said they just started on my car! So I ended up being there for over 3 hours just to get 2 tires changed. They never apologized or offered to update the status while I sat and waited with my 4 year old. Terrible customer service! I will NEVER go to this tire place again. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere or prepare to have your whole day wasted.
Worst service ever. It was the slowest service ever. There was one car in front of me and I had to wait for 3 hours for them to change four tires. Whats sad is that I worked at the Auto care in Payson. I know what has to be done to change tires, and I cant imagine what they must be doing to take 3 hours to change my tires. All in all I will never come here again. I hope whoever reads this wont make the same mistake I did.
They have helped me in the past with various things, Im not easy to be a negative critic but the last few times ive gone there ive had struggles to communicate with the employees of how I want my tire rotation configured, they seemed to not understand what I was wanting (cross rotated) and we discussed and re discussed this multiple times. The last time I brought my car in they stripped a lug nut onto the bolts and didnt tell me. Finally, i was trying to get a quote for what size of tire i wanted for my jeep (one size up) and the tech kept telling me that i had a 29 tire ( I Later measured it at 31) This is important to my complaint because i told him i want one size larger (33) but he kept trying to sell me a 30 tire
Would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to get a standard oil change as advertised for $19.99. Asked them for that, they insisted that price was only for small cars and that we needed the $30 option. We wanted standard oil, but they refused to give us anything except full synthetic with their most expensive package - $45. Employee had unpleasant attitude and and was dishonest with their reasons for pushing for an upsell. Never getting an oil change there again. The old guy was really nice, though.
I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back here. It usually takes an hour or more beyond their incredibly slow estimate. This last time after a 20 min checkin process, I left with one car ahead of me. Came back an hour later and that car wasn’t done and mine hasn’t even been started on. Ridiculous.
Took almost 2 hours for two people to put new tires on my car and they weren’t even busy. Employees just in no rush and worked very slow.
I ordered the Power and Performance oil change. I took note of the fact that it includes an interior vacuuming which I really needed. When I got my car back the change oil soon warning was still on I could see several areas on the floor that hadnt been vacuumed, most noticeably the back seat area. I went back the next day and was told that they only vacuum the front seats. I said that the website says interior vacuuming and that even if they only did the front seats, it looked terrible and I still needed my oil change warning reset. I was the only customer there but it took them 40 minutes before they were done. And yes, they did end up vacuuming the back.
When I arrived to get an oil change there wasnt a soul in the place...I paid for the cheapest most basic oil change that should have taken all of 20 min at the very very most considering there was nothing ahead of me. After an hour of shopping with my 3 year old I go back and they havent even touched my car. The lady that supervised wasnt answering the phone, she did go and ask if they had done my car but when I mentioned there were no cars or people ahead of me when I got there she blew me off and said they are cutting hours, there are only two guys and its really frustrating ....um yeah, frustrating for whom?! Im exhausted and came here thinking I would get affordable quick service and got none of the above! My entire work day is almost wasted! I am so upset by this whole experience.
Ive used those services many times. They are usually slow, so plan on an hour or more for installing a couple tires. Call, and get an appointment for a less busy time. It helps.
They will never answer the phone. No matter how many times you call.
Gave one star because I could not give 0. DO NOT GO HERE. I was there for over two hours when he originally told me 40 minutes. It took them the first hour and a half just to come back and tell me that they couldnt fix my tire and needed to replace it...Then that took them almost another hour when he told me 20. Then they charged me $20 more than they originally quoted me for the tire... I wouldve stayed and complained there, but they had already made me two hours late for work.
Went in to replace a tire.Nobody bothered to tell me when the service was done, so I was sitting in the waiting area for an extra hour until I finally checked. The guy who serviced my car walked right by me during that time and said nothing. And they left my car sitting unlocked in the Walmart parking lot during this time.Also I was charged more than the quote.
Writing this from the store. Took my truck in there today just to get a tire patched. Truck was on the lift for over an hour with no action. Then I as I sat there all I hear is employees complaining about other employees on their phones. Very unprofessional. This is why I dislike Walmart’s

Ive been to several wal mart auto centers, this one is the WORST! I asked specifically for no pennzoil get my receipt and guess what they put in. Customer service is non existent. Theyre more concerned with talking to each other than acknowledging a customer. Never again. Less than 1 star.

Springville Walmart tire center has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever I dealt with.I bought a set of high end truck tires with road Hazard. I had a stick go through the sidewall.When I took it back they accused me of stabbing with a knife and refused to warranty it. When I asked if they were calling me a liar they said if the shoe fits.
I visited Springville auto care Dec 3 Sunday for a new battery staff was very helpul and very friendly, keep us updated for the battery was buried under other parts of the car very happy with the service

I was there for 30 minutes without even talking to a representative. There was only one person in line in front of me and they were just getting serviced when I decided to head up the street to big o tires. The place wasnt busy, the employees had no sense of urgency. Very disappointed.
