We started our renovation (a do it yourself/without a contractor) project back in June and Rock Tops has by far been the best company and people we have worked with the entire time. Rock Tops staff was kind and caring from the moment we walked in the door of their Springville location. Connie was very knowledgeable in both product and design and helped us make a decision very quickly. Brailyn and Brittany were awesome at communicating the information they needed about our project to get our template scheduled as soon as possible. When we had delays on our end, Rock Top was in constant communication checking in. Template was quick and our questions were answered. Template to install time was incredibly fast. The installers are so skilled in their craft. Our seems are flawless! The quality of our Quartz is amazing and they look beautiful. I would 100% recommend Rock Tops Utah to anyone for any project. If you are like us, you want a fabricator that can turn the perfect slab of granite into a countertop that you will love every time that you see it. We spoke with a number of fabricators and decided on RockTops because they have the process and tools to ensure the most accurate results.As an engineer, accuracy is important to me. RockTops is one of the few facilities that has a computer controlled fabrication machine to ensure perfect accuracy. I was surprised that many fabricators actually cut the countertop material by hand. Our project was a kitchen island that is over 9 feet long fabricated from a single slab of granite with no seams. We needed to make sure that there was absolutely no variance in the straight edges on the side of the island, that the overhang was perfect, and that the cutout for the cooktop was precisely placed.We were not disappointed. RockTops scanned an image of our granite slab into their computer and we were able to place the countertop exactly where we wanted. This allowed us to optimize the pattern in the material and see exactly what it would look like in the finished product. RockTops also came on site and measured our cabinets with a laser to ensure the countertop would fit perfectly.RockTops communicated well to schedule installation. On installation day, the slab was delivered weighing over 1000 pounds. RockTops used some specialized equipment (and a number of strong guys) to bring the slab into the house and position it in place. The installers were professional, friendly, and took extra care to protect our kitchen floor and cabinets from damage.Due to COVID and supply chain issues, our project ended up taking a lot longer than any of us expected. Even though our project stretched out over a year and had a number of setbacks, RockTops honored their original pricing and stuck with us. In the end, we have a countertop that we love every time that we see it.I am a Google guide and have no affiliation with RockTops other than being a satisfied customer.

We are glad that we gave Rock Tops in Springville a chance to replace our countertops. After nearly 20 years with a laminate counter surface in our kitchen, we were way past due for a change. We contacted several places, but their process seemed difficult to get started. My wife really liked working with Mikki at Rock Tops. She answered all her questions and showed her lots of options that might work for us. We were looking for granite, but when we found a beautiful sample of quartz that matched our color scheme, we decided to change. We were able to take a sample with us for a few days to make sure it worked with our countertops, flooring, and intended backsplash. That was really helpful. We also got a big single-basin sink from Rock Tops. Their measuring system is quite accurate, utilizing laser readings and modeling software to create a template. The template maker also answered lots of questions we had about the tear-down & install process. The build happened quickly once the template was approved. The installers did a great job of prep work and looking at all the details. They also did a great job of hiding the seam, which is a big concern of mine. Overall, the experience was great and now we have a much nicer kitchen. We recommend working with Rock Tops and Mikki for your kitchen design.

Rock Tops provided and installed our granite countertops so well in our new home main floor that we decided to use them again for countertops in our kitchenette and bathroom in our basement that we are currently finishing. Rock tops did my countertops and they turned out beautifully. Because they have quite a few in stock slabs, they were able to give me a great price, much less than others. I thought everyone who came to our home was professional and did a good job. We had a snag with the height of the backsplash being too short and they sent someone up and replaced with taller pieces within a couple of days. The company was organized and communicated well with me, and the product was quality! I can recommend this business to anyone!

As a contractor time and scheduling are very important. I called rock tops and spoke to Amanda who was very helpful in walking me threw the process of granite selection and pricing. They have beautiful slabs and the price is right! From the time i ordered to the time of install was about two weeks . They gave me a install date and was able to beat it by 3 days . We really loved working with Rock Tops for our basement apartment. Starting with Amanda, who helped walk us through the pros and cons of each type of stone, helped me decide on a design (actually I liked 2), helped me pick a sink, and helped us with the paperwork....to Brailyn and Katie who kept us updated on our scheduled templating and installation and Haley who followed up to make sure we were happy. I wish I knew the installers names! They were all so helpful and professional! A few days before templating, I changed my mind on which stone I wanted and they made my wants work! Our apartment looks so good and complete now that we have our counter tops! Im sure well be changing out our counters in the future and well definitely be going to Rock Tops!

Great experience from start to finish. I wasnt going to go to Rock Tops for granite, mainly because they are in a strip mall and I thought they would be over priced. But after getting some quotes from Meghan of some of the stone I was interest in, I shopped around...very comparable. So I went ahead and ordered. Meghan (who was very knowledgable and personable) said that they might be able to squeeze me in since it was a small job, well 6 days later its in and looks fantastic, their templater (Bruce) showed up the day after I ordered...wow that was fast and he got it perfect, everything fits like a glove, kind of what I would expect from Bruce :). Hes just good at what he does and in full disclosure Ive known Bruce for many years, but wasnt aware he works for Rock Tops until he showed up. The installers Ariel, Florentino and Andres all did an awesome job installing, I was very pleased with not only the finished product, but with how they treated my house, being very careful not to mark up my floors or ding my walls....they did ZERO damage. There were a few issues with my cabinet not being exactly square....they fixed it for me. Not sure how to spell her name but Brailin?, Breylin? Braylen?was the one I dealt with on scheduling, she was very accommodating and easy to work with. Its been a long time since Ive had an experience with a company that had zero problems and they were super easy to work with, what a pleasure working with this company, super great employees....I hope they are treated well, because they should be, they represent this company extremely well!!!!

Excellent employees during every stage of choosing surface, preparing the order/pricing, accurate measuring, and installation‼️ I have a large laundry room and tough corners to get around but the installers were very careful and even had to pick up the huge counter to lay it in place. I also had an outlet in a strange place under the quartz and they took the time to grind out the quartz as needed so that the fit was perfect. Incredible. The kitchen counters are next, and I’ll be having Rock Tops do the job‼️🤩

Every single part of what they did and installed was wrong. They didn’t install the countertops on straight, and for one part of the house they used the totally wrong stone, they took the wrong measurements, and they put some stone around the fire place, that didn’t line up with the rest of the fireplace. The stone itself looks good if you don’t look at how it was installed.

Being out of state, I had to do everything remotely. Kelly was fantastic to work with. He was able to do plans based on home blackline drawing and pictures. Kelly sent pictures of samples and helped me pick the perfect granite for our cabinets. He has a great eye for design...our kitchen and baths look amazing...so happy with the results. Megan and Brittany were great to work with as well. They helped me with everything from scheduling the template measurement to installation appointments. When shopping for countertops for my master bath, my greatest concern was the tub deck. With its curvy edges, I was certain that it would be messed up. I was pleasantly surprised when Rock Tops got it right the first time! Of the 6 pieces I had installed, one piece that had a small scratch so a service team was sent out to repair the scratch. At that point, I was asked if the repair was to my satisfaction, and if not, they would replace it with a new piece. Satisfaction guaranteed.The showroom is clean, the staff is friendly, pricing is competitive, and the bidding is very thorough and comprehensive. Measurements are carefully taken by hand and with a laser to ensure a perfect custom fit. I had multiple tiny notches that went around trim so the detailing was critical and it turned out beautifully.Rock Tops showroom is filled with a large selection of both stock and special order samples so youre likely to find something you like thats within your budget. I was offered several detailed bids with different product options to help me in my planning process.Rock Tops has a decent selection of full-sized stock slabs (not remnants) to choose from and they only charge you for what you use when using stock inventory.If you prefer a non-stock product, you will pay for the entire slab which is what I found to be standard policy at other shops.

We stumbled upon Rock Tops by sheer luck and I am so glad we did! We walked in without an appointment and–after receiving multiple quotes already from other businesses–I immediately told my husband I hoped they were within our remodel budget because I didnt want to go anywhere else based on how we were treated the moment we walked through the door. When there was a miscommunication on a finish detail, they were quick to resolve the problem and were willing to find a compromise that worked for for both of us. Thank you for being willing to come to the table and find a solution.I have worked with other Big name companies in the past and was not treated well by those companies especially Bedrock quartz, whom I would not recommend to anyone. They damaged cabinets with the installation and were rude and would not take any responsibility for that damage. They had the audacity to tell me that cabinets and walls should not have been finished until after their installation. That way if their crew damages the cabinets or walls during the installation process then it can be fixed. They are basically saying they are not responsible for any damage even if their crew causes it.Rock Tops showed me that they are willing to work with the customer and find a solution that works for both the customer and the company. Sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable. The price was inline with other quality stone cutters and providers. We love the stone we picked. I give the install a below average and the customer service to fix installs mistakes, well below average. I just spent $8k getting cabinets painted and Rock Tops scuffed them as well as left chunks of adhesive ( glue) on the cabinets and then told me to scratch it off myself. And when you try, it takes off the paint. They just weren’t careful and the company was in a big hurry to move on to the next job instead of finishing this one right. There were other customer service issue that I won’t mention so I dont sound picky. However, when you spent money for a service, you should get what you paid for, I don’t feel as though we did.

Just finished building a new home. Rock Tops did our granite. Amanda was awesome in helping us and at times holding my hand. We had never chosen granite before and were unsure of our choices. Our granite is beautiful, especially the Taj Mahal we chose for our kitchen and island, and the craftsmanship is superb.

I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new countertops! I was referred to Rocktops by the man who did my cabinets (see my Nhance review). He mentioned that all of his customer that have gone to Rocktops have come away with great things to say about this company. I am no exception. I met with Megan to explore options, but of course had to get a couple other bids. None of the other companies I went to seemed to care as much as Megan. When I asked for a more budget friendly option, she did all she could to find something that fit in our budget and with the look we were looking for. She even found a slab that would fit everything we needed, so we didnt spend extra on material. She is amazing to work with! The template guy and installers also did an great job. Each area of the company work seamlessly together. I always knew what to expect in the process. I even got a follow up call the day after to see if I was satisfied. When I mentioned that one of the backsplash looked off, they immediately said Lets get that fixed! We want you to be 100% happy with the work. Someone came by two days later to fix it. We looked long and hard to find company we could trust and feel good about. We tried all the big vendors and found we could not get estimates for 7-10 days at best. Never mind get the design help we wanted. Contacted Kelly at Rock Tops and everything went excellent from that point forward. Kelly knew his stuff and went out of his way to help us. We completed our kitchen remodel and have gone back to do remaining bathrooms. If you dont contact/work with Rock Tops you have failed your efforts. FABULOUS crew that did our installation!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE, sales, installation and collection!!!I am a single 62 year old woman wirh a very limited savings/budget. I had made arrangements to work from my new future retirement home in Manti 2020. After construction had begun, I was laid off from effects of Covid-19.My contractor Jason Dallam fully aware of my financial situation informed me to contact Rock Tops for granite. Kelly was so accommodating, pleasurable and understanding of my plight. He suggested a choice between two granite patterns that were being discontinued and were discounted. Both samples were perfect! Having chosen just one sample the scheduler for installation was made within 7 working days.A crew arrived exactly on time (Manti is over 90 minutes outside of Springville)They had a team of 5 or 6 men who were in and out under 2 hours!!Beautiful workmanship! In the kitchen I could only find one 6* seam line by dragging my fingers across the granite.The following week accounting called. We got bids from three different companies before deciding to go with Rock Tops because their bid was the lowest and their customer service the best. They were fast, friendly, and they did a great job. I’m really glad we found Rock Tops. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were resolved right away. We will use them again when we remodel our other bathrooms.
