Great customer service. I had a counter installed for a rental unit, and they made it so easy for me. Genuinely probably only had to have 3 or 4 phone calls from getting the quote in the beginning to having it done today. I’m a big fan of that. I’ve worked with very needy renovators in the past and this was just so easy on me. Definitely using this company again in the future.

We love our countertops. Signature Marble and Granite did a great job getting them down to our southern Utah property and worked with our ever-changing schedule. They came first to measure the cabinets and get the right fit for our farmhouse sink, faucets, and appliances. The Signature owner/employees matched the seams of the backsplash with the rock design in the countertop, making it look like the rock was made that way. The natural designs flowed the way the rock did. Beautiful work, efficient, clean, and completed in a timely manner.

Working with Signature Marble and Granite was fantastic. I was not an easy client. I wanted quartzite, which is really difficult to work with, and I only wanted to have to buy one slab. I dont know how, but the fabricators were able to squeeze out every square inch and make my slab work for my whole kitchen (about 55 square feet).I found Signature Granite and Marble from Home Advisor. They called me back, but I saw they were in Springville. I didnt want to have to go down there from Davis county but John assured me he would come to me, and he did. I got quotes from 3 different fabricators and Signature Granite and Marble seemed like they would do the best job at the best price.Also, I loved working with John and Mick. I felt very comfortable calling John or Mick with any questions. In this process, I called John multiple times, got multiple quotes with different slabs from him, and worked through several complicated issues. If something was confusing in an invoice, I called and John would fix it.I picked my slab out at Arizona tile and was able to schedule an installation date within 2-3 weeks. After having terrible experiences with countertop installations in the past, this was awesome. I could tell they take pride in their work. They were straightforward and gave me clear expectations. They had an issue getting the right brackets but they just took care of it and got the job done. I didnt feel like I was getting sold. Just honest hard work. My counters are so beautiful. Im thrilled.

They had some stone that we had never seen before anywhere else. Copa cabana and copper mist. So beautiful! They were able to get it installed quickly and did a great job! Mick is a good guy

Their first impression was great and, except for the installation crew, it went downhill from there. They became increasingly rude while blaming their current state of being on another customer. They spent 4 hours with them but grumbled about our 30 minutes. Later when we contacted them for a general follow up, they refused to send pictures (which they said they would on the initial meet) and even refused to explain how our thousands of dollars was being spent. They simply said trust us. And when that didnt work, we received a text saying I cant spend time sending you pictures of the pieces it wont even make sense its not laid out together it on a cart buried. The final straw came when the owner requested the final check before the contract was completed. When we mentioned what area still needed to be finished he said to not worry about it and that they would get to it next week. We held our ground and he sent many angry texts saying that piece wasnt even in the original plans. Our emails sent at the beginning of this project proved otherwise. Fortunately, the end product did turn out really well and the installation team was excellent. However the final piece was cut wrong but now theres nothing we can do about it. In retrospect, if we could go back to the beginning, we would go with a different company.I am adding an edit to my review in response to their response. Everything was set up and agreed upon at the beginning of the project and we have written emails saved that say just that. Any of this it wasnt part of the original template is false (again, saved emails saying that it was part of the original template).Also, the payment of any project is at the completion and was verified several times and yet, the final piece, be it an add-on or otherwise, wasnt delivered or installed, which meant the project was not completed. It didnt come down to the money, it came down to whether they were going to finish all of the project or just leave.In retrospect, maybe they didnt have the time they can usually dedicate to their customers or perhaps they just thought this project wasnt worth the extra thought. Either way, we didnt have a good experience with them except for the person who did the actual installation.Going forward, I would recommend getting everything in writing to be on the safe side. We are all humans and we tend to forget things. Its just those of us who plan thousands of hard-earned dollars for many years that tend to remember better.

I contacted Mick after seeing his work on a new home construction. He was amazing to work with during our kitchen remodel. He was very accommodating to our budget and he and his crew did an absolute amazing job on our beautiful granite countertops. His pricing and craftsmanship cannot be beat by anyone in the state. Dealing with an upfront, thorough and completely honest contractor, like Mick, is hard to find these days. Mick will definitely be back to do additional work in our home.

These guys were amazing from start to finish! Every single person I encountered was personable, helpful, and were genuinely interested in me being totally happy with the finished product. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and many of them just don’t have great customer service and communication skills. These guys were great and built me a granite countertop for less than the price of laminate. The finished product looks amazing. Would highly recommend!

We had new quartz counters installed by Signature Marble and Granite. I highly recommend them for several reasons. Mick and the others were always responsive to our questions and followed through in every step to make sure the results of our installation were high quality. Everything is level, centered, etc, and finished in a timely manner.

We had a great experience working with Signature Marble and Granite to get our kitchen countertops updated and replaced. Our neighbor recommended we use Signature after having such a good experience and we are so happy we did! Mick was so great to work with us. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment for an initial consultation and got a great price quote. Mick listened to all of my concerns, answered my questions, helped me as we added an additional several inches to make a bar top and did so quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and kind and very interested in helping us. The hardest part was picking out which granite we should put in our home! We were impressed with the selection and how helpful everyone was to find the perfect product for our home. Mick frankly told us that regardless of whether or not we chose to go with Signature, he wanted us to get the granite we wanted and told us how to do that. I was impressed that he put our interests first instead of just trying to make a sale. The turnaround time was very quick, it was just about 3 weeks from the time we decided on a granite to when we had our final measurements taken and then the countertops were installed. I was impressed we could get them installed so quickly, especially at the busy Christmas season. We were given some great tips to help the installation be seamless. Installation took less than a day and the countertops look beautiful! Shiloh and Matt made up our installation crew and they did a great job with installation! We couldn’t be happier with our countertops! They have changed the look and quality of our kitchen and I love spending time in our kitchen now!

Signature Marble and Granite was my third or fourth installer stop and I’m so glad I kept looking. Don’t go anywhere else, just go here they are the best by far in the area. Choosing counters is a huge kitchen decision. The other places I visited didn’t have nearly the options or countertop knowledge that Mick had. He was the only one who really listened and asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for instead of immediately steering me towards a flat looking quartz. He sent me to a couple warehouses and I’m so glad I got to see what was out there. I went with a dolomite that I absolutely love and wouldn’t have considered previously. He told me what to look for too so it wasn’t as overwhelming as it would have been for me. I am so happy with the stone he helped me find and the price was fantastic. Everyone was great to work with at his shop, they were the most timely, responsive and punctual of any place I worked with. This was the best experience of my whole build. Can’t recommend enough.

Mick and his team did a great job. They were timely in all phases of the job from tmeplating to installation. Job turned out beauytiful and we have has numerous compliments. The chipped edge he did on our joib is very nice. I highly recommend Signature Marble and Granite.

Mick was so easy to work with! He updated me throughout the process without me having to ask. More importantly, installation day came (on time!) and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product! His crew was polite and cheerful and honestly fun to have in the house working. Our cabinet maker has been a nightmare, so when we renovate our bathroom we won’t use that guy again, but will definitely use Mick for the counters! I would highly recommend him, both for the quality of his work and for what a pleasant experience start to finish it was to work with him. Five stars for sure!

This is the company to use! Mick and his crew are wonderful to work with and they do excellent work. I was a little worried because our slabs had a lot of different colors and some areas I didnt like as well. Mick listened to my concerns and used the prettiest pieces of the stones for the final product. It is absolutely stunning. He is an artist. And he is very kind and caring.

If I could give 10 stars I would. They were so efficient, and everything was easy and by far the least expensive. I shopped at their slab yard because it was less expensive than having to buy an entire slab elsewhere, I was a little skeptical I’d find a piece big enough (I needed a solid half a slab) but they had options, and I actually found exactly what I was wanting, material and color and overall pattern for a waaaayyyyyy better price than I’d been bid elsewhere. Plus the service was stellar. Definitely would recommend. O
