Needed a new washer, they were the closest retailer for the specialty brand we wanted. Helpful and patient, not pushy salespeople. They were actually able to deliver same-day! The delivery guys were prompt, courteous, and careful. Great experience overall, very happy!

This is my favorite furniture store. No high pressure sales people following you around. I asked about a dining room set that I didnt see on the floor and they offered to let me know when they get it in so I could have first chance to look at it. (Other stores had nothing close.) Great customer service.

I loved their selection and the service I received in the store. They were informative and offered high quality products.I was not as happy with the installation. They left such a short length of vent pipe on the back of the dryer that I cannot pull it out without pulling out the pipe and of course whenever the pipe gets pulled out its extremely difficult to get it reattached with so little space to work back there. They also did not check to see which direction the door should be installed and left me with a door that opens toward the washer.When I called to ask them to fix the problems they refused. They said they typically only leave 18 of pipe and that dryers arent meant to be moved after they are installed. I personally think that is an unrealistic expectation since laundry items routinely fall behind the washer and dryer. They also said that since I didnt ask for the door to be changed to the other direction, I would have to pay to have them come out again.Inside their showroom, I was very impressed by their selection and service but in the long run, Im highly disappointed. I will be looking elsewhere next time for someone who is willing to be certain that theyve provided satisfactory service.
