Reams is a great place to shop. We recently moved from the area and have missed it. It has great produce at low prices and a wonderful bakery. Don’t forget to grab a doughnut if you are craving a treat. Finally the service is awesome! The cashiers are trained to walk out and look for people waiting in another line if they do not have a customer.

Customer service is exceptional. Prices are a little higher than I would like, but that is to be expected based on its location and it being a smaller, more local, grocery chain. I love the words of wisdom and uplift they have on the front of their building. Adds a touch of uniqueness and positiveness to every visit

After working at Reams for around 2 years, I have seen all the pros and cons of this grocery store, and Id say it balances out to 5 stars! For a smaller and family owned farm vibe store, they offer a wide selection of things. Hills bakery operates from inside reams, and there is also a pharmacy, a deli, a balloon dept, and a popcorn dept. The prices are higher than a bigger store like WalMart, but that is to be expected from small stores like this. I would say that the outstanding customer service they require of us balances that out.People really like it and rarely cant find what theyre looking for. Id suggest dropping by, if at least for some fresh chicken tenders!

I enjoy shopping at Reams and particularly love their produce section.

This used to be an awesome store to shop at but in the past year it has gone down hill so bad. Me and my family have have bought expired food and didnt realize it till we got home. The employees up front are a bunch of careless workers that stand there chatting with their friends and when they do check us out they are usually talking to a bagger and ignoring the customer. The deli employees are rude and especially the manager being the worst when it comes to customer service. I gave them one star because you cant do zero stars. I will be shopping else where from now on.

Its a fun place to work and shop because, 98% of people here are generally good people. The prices are to be expected of a small business, but when there are deals going on thats the time to come (if youre hesitant). Also the donuts are amazing and the hand breaded chicken tenders are pretty good as well.

Feels like youre stepping back in time when you go in here. Thisbstore has a quainy home town feel. The workers were friendly & the manager was walking the floor asking people if he could help them find anything. The store has more than your traditional grocery store foods which is kinda cool.

The deli is amazing also the bakery they are always fully stocked up w several varieties of many items

My experience with Reams dates back to before I can remember, Im now 58. The domed store in Provo was as essential to my youth as comfort food is now. The broad spectrum of items of the past has changed, but the combination of quality, affordability remains to this day. As a retired businessman I understand that individuals lives change. The young to old all bring unique attributes to the table.So here goes. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Grocery is well organized and plentiful. Meat department is clean and includes a wide variety. Dairy and cheese is respectably common. That leads to the best old fashioned in house bakery in town. Yes they bake it there. Deli is specific and again salids made there. Pharmacy ambitious and curtios. Over all the best grocery store in the Springville bubble.

Great neighborhood store with good deals, friendly staff, well stocked, etc. The only complaint I have is the parking is not great, especially during a rush with a big sale.

In Springville this is the place with the best produce in terms of both price and quality. Their prices on non-produce are a little higher than other stores. Currently they have hours for high risk individuals also.Their staff members are friendly and helpful (though the younger staff members are often talking with each other, which doesnt bother me, but fairly often I think it would be beneficial for them to be more selective about their topics of conversation while at work).Overall this is my favorite place to shop locally.

Great local neighborhood grocery store. Not many left, so it is good to see this one thriving. Good selection even if it isnt huge. Some nice quality offerings like an in-store butcher and a great deli. Even have a wood-fired pizza oven.

The staff and management are so helpful and really care about the community. They are so kind to the Brookside students and faculty across the street, who often walk over for lunch or a quick fountain drink. The bakery items are delicious and produce is usually fresh and yummy. Their annual case lot sale is a great time to stock up on pantry staples.

Super great place to shop, relatively small, but very cozy. Has some of the best staff, and an amazing deli. Like the pizza is better than a lot of actual pizza places. Chad will tackle you if you steal.

No beer, little expensive on some of there items

This store is hidden Gem! I almost dont want to share my reviews because I want to keep it to myself! Inlove the small down feel to this store who care about the customer. This is how Maceys used to be but then they got too big for their britches & sold out to Albertsons & the greedy mentality. This store is super clean, very well stocked & have the best sales! I was told hello and welcome/can I help you in my short visit by two young men while they were busy stocking. One was in produce and one was in the bakery/deli area. Thank you Mike T for helping me find my baked beans.

Place is cool. Very clean and everyone is friendly I got donuts for my kids and husband who said they were as amazing as they looked. I am gluten free so I ate some Kerrygold Dubliner cheese which is fresh and to die for and some deli meat which was all fresh. Also I was able to get the syrup for coffee and Italian Sodas here which is cool because those arent carried everywhere

The Springville Reams is the best!! The employees are so friendly and helpful. Like, go they extra mile type people. They have normal big name products as well as locally sourced items which I love. Plus they frequently have great deals on various things (produce, meat, etc).

The Texas donuts are my favorite.

I really like the convenience of this store because is very close of my house. But they are pricey! They are way pricey than Walmart or Smiths. The only fair prices they have is on fruits and vegetables. I do recommend Reams if you need a few things that are missing but not for groceries.

Love the local and low priced meats and fresh produce plus they have cauliflower pizza crusts, green onion cheese balls made in house and yummy unique popcorn flavors also made in house.

Prices are a bit higher, however meat is fresh cut, produce quality is great bakery is amazing as well

Love this place. In case you didnt know, they have a wood fire pizza oven at the deli. Pizza is better than average, might want to call ahead however.Store:Best place for fresh veggies, IMHO. They also offer a few items that the mega stores dont. Great bakery too.

My husband is obsessed with this store. The nostalgia factor is totally at play since the Turtle Reams and the Provo Center Street store were both torn down. I totally understand why he feels that way, but I just like this store because of their great selection and quality. Whenever I can’t find something at the other local grocery stores, Reams ALWAYS has it. It’s amazing. I would definitely shop here more if I lived closer

Great neighborhood grocery...great meat dept...the big box stores could take a lesson from them. the rest of the store offers pretty much what larger stores have, but Teams is much easier to get in and out in a hurry. Staff pleasant and helpful.

They add some thoughtful spice to the grocery shopping experience and its a great touch in my opinion.

I love this grocery store. Cute, small town spot. I typically come here just for produce but I always end up buying other items. Fantastic bakery—the donuts are cheaper after 7pm—and the prepackaged sandwiches (as pictured) are delicious and affordable priced. The customer service is great, they always ask if they can help me to my car, and this place is always clean. There is even a Redbox right outside. In the summertime they have a shaved ice shack in parking lot as well.

Very well organized very clean and great staff, their meat is this best in springville I wont buy meat at any other placesI have tried all the other people that sell meat and Reams is hands down the best quality and tenderness. At the other stores their meat is tougher than TYSON. Its not worth wasting money knowing its tough every time

Another one of my favorite grocery stores. I love the jalapeno fritters. They dont always make them so call for their schedule. I also appreciate their service.

I enjoy shopping here from time to time, however customer service lacks lately, especially on the night crews. I dont usually talk to people while Im checking out, but I still find it annoying, as a customer, when the checker and bagger are talking rather than paying attention to customers.With that in mind, its still my favorite place to get fresh brussel sprouts and their pizza can be good, depending on whos making them.
