The staff are too slow… does take too long for medicine what are ready…😒😒

Worst costumer service ever. They take way too long just to give you a simple prescription. Had to wait 2 days to get my meds. They need to change the staff.

I hate this pharmacy. It’s always an extended wait, you can never get anyone on the phone and if you do they just drop you on hold until it hangs up. I’ve been here a ton of times and every-time I pick up my prescription I pay and the person tells me I have to talk to the pharmacist, I tell her no thanks I’ve been on this medication for the last 5 years I already know how to take it, they nod and tell me one minute and then give it to the pharmacist anyways. After waiting in the line for the pharmacist it’s the same thing every time, she starts to explain, I finish her sentence, she says oh you already know? I tell her yes ma’am this is not new medication to me and she says oh okay and then I can finally leave. The only reason I ever use this Walmart for prescriptions if because they have extended hours. That’s it.

Great service! I went their just ten minutes before they all were leaving for lunch but they made sure that I got my medicine within that time frame as I was in a lot of pain. Thank you so much!

Horrible service and communication. They only have one person work in the window. They have a line that says drop off on one side and pick up on the other side. So you form a line to drop off a prescription and the tech tells you all dont pay attention to the sign theres only one line. After waiting in line for about 35 minutes finally dropping off the prescription I told them that I would wait for it. They told me it would only take 30 to 40 minutes to have it filled. I went back to check the status of my prescription and there were about 15 people in line I decided to go back to work and check on it later. Therefore I sent my girlfriend after after 3 hours went by. The prescription was still not ready. My girlfriend had a given line and wait for another 35 minutes to see the pharmacy tech. Then she said it will be ready in 15 minutes and another 45 minutes came by. This is horrible customer service I will never go back to this place.

I absolutely love both pharmacists at this pharmacy and their staff. There is usually always a wait, but thats more than likely because of location. My mom refuses to send her medicine to any other pharmacy despite the several pharmacies by her house because the pharmacists at this location are extremely knowledgeable and patient with what they do. Felicia and Saba are great! They caught several prescriptions that were not suppose to be prescribed together by physicians for my brother that could have killed him if they we filled because the Doctors at the hospital were not paying attention. Once they realized it they brought it to our attention and they potentially saved his life on multiple occasions. Thank you to the staff for all that they do.

I waited 45 mins in line when there was only 4 people in front of me. This is ridiculous!!! They need to hire more people or train people to move faster, it shouldn’t take that long to pick up a prescription.

Numerous times have I called and then they put me on hold forever. You have to get hostile with them over the phone for you to finally even talk to them. Now, if you go inside is not so bad. But they need to learn to balance or hire more people.

They need more people everytime I call they always put me on a 10 minute hold multiple times theyre always really busy but thats my fault for losing my prescription number, what I like is that they put me on a discount list for my prescription pretty much everytime I pick up from them and that was greatly appreciated

I came for 4 times for the only one order of pick up. Each time I had to wait more than 30mins. Poor efficiency.

They never deliver as per the promise. Went for pick up at the scheduled time to find out it will take longer. Had to take extra time from my work.

Pharmacist is really nice and well educated in her feild.

Fun shopping at Wal-Mart

Upset I keep calling and they keep putting me on hold this is the 2nd time I call after being on hold the first time over 15 min.

No customer experience what so ever.

Crazy busy.

On Thursday night 12/12/19 two workers of this Walmart made fun of two friends because we do not speak English, I do not believe that the chains policy is in accordance with these facts
