This is a good Walmart. For it to be one of the busiest Walmart’s in Houston they do a good job I like this one because it’s always fully stocked. The team at this location is very nice and helpful. You can use the self checkout or check out with a cashier. The self checkout line is usually empty on both sides of the store so that’s what I do most of the time.

Clean And good customer care and has everything you need.

I went looking 4 Halloween candy in the main aisle & not much 2 choose from, so I thought. Some Mgr decided 2 place large amts of Halloween candy pkgs not on an end cap ( front or back the selves ), not in where u can pass by them, but BETWEEN THE REGISTERS !!!! GENIUS !!!! Luckily, I happen 2 look between the registers & found what I needed

I was approaching my car after shopping and there was a shirtless white male trying to get in my car.When I confronted him, he got aggressive and wanted to fight. He appeared to be on drugs. I was assisted by some other shoppers that saw what was happening. The young man and family that came to my rescue I really want to thank you. I went back in Wal-Mart and asked for security. Of course I had to approach several Wal-Mart employees to get assistance. So please be aware of your vehicles and surroundings. The local police said they had a problem with this individual before. Wal-Mart needs to do better.

This NASTY TNG was too F$&% lazy to throw its tag away. 1 foot away. Must not have a mother to teach IT how to throw trash out. TNG must live in a nasty house.. not only does this look bad for walmart, but for our community.

Love the wide aisles, prices and customer service. One item l didnt find.

I usually get my check out persons name. This time I was in a rush. But it was a great experience,she looked to be bothered about something but showed no attitude what do ever. I commented her on her great customer service. When I go back next week Ill look for her and give you her name.

I LIKE SHOPPING AT WALMART, BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I SEE THIS, AND I DIDNT LIKE IT, AT ALL. COME ON WALMART YOU ARE BETTER THAN THAT.

The shelves are empty. A lot of the popular products are unavailable. The half gallon white vinegar are gone. The white leather dog bones in medium size are gone every time. The employees seem depressed and do not smile. This felt like a third world Walmart. I would not go to this Walmart unless I have to.

It was decent. At least they had registers open.

I took my car to get an oil change, because i usually get great service here. yesterday I paid for full service oil change. they usually would vacuum, top off all fluids. But that was not the case here, they didnt vacuum they didnt do anything but change oil. Very disappointed in this Wal-Marts service. I live 22miles from this location. I would bring it for the the great service they use to give. I will not be returning. Wish I could get a refund the service was so bad.

My daughter and I visited this location on Thursday 8/12. We were treated very well by a lady with glasses who serviced the bakery/deli as well as our cashier, Ptakic. Theyre customer service is exemplary and a great asset to Walmart. Give them both a big fat raise!!

Its amazing that have a lot of variety. Alhamdulilah. So many blessings to be thankful for. Just be careful, that customer service and returns close before 8pm.

One of the best Walmart stores in Houston, shelves very orderly stocked. Clean, laid back feeling.

Not the most clean Walmart Ive been to but acceptable. For some reason, the Gatorade is often out-of-stock. Only half of the self-checkout stations (to the grocery side) were open.

Overall good experience going here. Its a normal Walmart so nothing special. It was clean and stocked pretty well too. Staff were friendly but I didnt interact with any of them. I did need to buy a charger so it was funny to see literally everything in the tech department is under lock and key but maybe its like that everywhere as I havent been to a Walmart in years. The charger was $5.The staff was tentative to where I didnt have to wait long at all for someone to open it and take it to the register to check me out.

Who wouldnt like shopping at Walmart its very convenient and almost everything you need you can find . The only thing is no matter what time of the day you go, you never find Cart unless you get it from someone else. I do complain about the workers at self checkout in that area who instead of helping out are always on their phones texting or speaking . I dont understand how they hire people like that for no help. Looks very rude / disrespectful to have to be raising ones voice for them to notice you and not only that but those self checkout workers ignore you even if they see you need help . Walmart should really look at this if it matters to them .

You can find anything you want. All prices are good except for the food. They could be lower.

The customer service was less than par. Automotive needs a lesson on customer satisfaction. We are the ones who keep the lights on and the doors open.

If possible, more staff should be disbursed throughout the store to offer assistance. As a disabled person the care rendered to place items on the counter, in the basket, and in my vehicle are exceptional. May each of the employees be commended for the care rendered over the years. Really, shopping in Walmart is a wonderful experience. Every time we will observe new items. Every thing under one umbrella. What a fantastic selection which includes grocery, fish& meat, beverages, fruits& vegetables, leather goods, shoes& footwear for all ages, toilet tissues and a vast area of clothing specially devided for women, men&children. A wide range of digital television, mobile devices& computer accessories are another attraction. Fried chicken center stimulate our taste buds. MacDonald food court is another attraction. Walmart pharmacy is well known for its service. Car care centre and automobile department is full fledged. Walmart garden centre is fantastic. Walmart may be the best place for beer selection. Walmart hardware section is another attraction. Walmart arranged special beauty care centre for ladies&gents. Banking facility & International money transfer service to other countries also appreciated. Walmart also give importance to eyecare service. All the frozen foods available in Walmart & it giving importance to pets and animal feeds also. Ample parking space, efficient management & dedicated staff makes Walmart the number ONE retail shop in America, no doubt.

Well, its Walmart so always busy Never Enough cashiers the birds have taken over the crowded parking lot so your car will always have poo on it. The store is clean and the staff is helpful.

This evening my Mother and I went to pick up a few simple items she needed at the Fry Rd & I-10 Walmart and was shocked to see many expiration dates on packages of hot dogs, pkgs of chopped/ground pork, chicken& beef. I am hoping the meat dept Mgr sees these expired dates on these packages and removes them soon. Definitely not a good thing.

Good place but theres always no cashiers in the front, usually its two cashier spots open and the rest is self checkout.

I have one complaint and its not limited to just this Walmart. Today I forgot my wallet at home and I found out that theres no way to pay wirelessly through your phone!!! You cant use Google or Samsung pay!!! Not to say that you cant do it at all, but you have to download the Walmart app, make an account, and add your card, in order to use their Walmart pay feature. I had to spend some time doing that and if you dont remember your car details then you might need to make another trip to get your wallet!!

On June 6th, I purchased a battery car for my daughter.However, it stopped working. i tried to return it but Declined. I was told that i should have purchased additional warranty.I have reached to customer service phone line. They called back to store . However, Maira lied to customer service agent. She was rude and careless.She should not be working at customer service.i have been trying to reach store manager, but no answer yet.

Im always shopping here, been going to this Walmart well over 6 years. Never had a problem there and the people are very nice.

Its a walmart. You go there to grab something you need. Walmarts attract the most uncivilized in the area, and this area is already questionable.

Its your typical Walmart. However the online order pickup is very confusing. You can only pickup through curbside but when I asked a couple of employees, since I couldnt see the usual signs in the store, one lady just expressed incredulity as if she hadnt ever heard of it; while the other lady gave wrong directions as to where to go.

Grabbed what I needed and checked out in electronics. The gentleman was very nice. :)

This Walmart was very nice. I actually found Petite Quiche, an item my mother in Florida gets that I have not been able to find in two other locations.

It was okay I got I went straight to the deodorant Ill get the deodorant and a couple other things that I need and came right on out. There was a young man who helped me at the self-checkout cashier because one of the cashier machines was acting up and he was very very helpful

When it was finally answered the person hung up.Called back, no answer and 5 more minutes of ringing.Im now on my third attempt to get a hold of a person that can help me and its ringing, no answer, and enough time to get online and write this review....Its Wal-Mart, so what did I expect right?Well, hopefully you never have an issue where you have to call your local Wal-Mart because this is what you can expect.

I went to amended the name for Moneygram order transfer, the lady couldn’t do it she said I have to go to same Walmart where I did it first time .if I did it in new York and I came to Houston that means I have to go back to New York again to do amended ?!

Guys couldnt even replace my lug nuts told me they didn’t do that as I’m standing there looking at the menu and prices for lug nut replacements behind them. Find new mechanics these guys don’t wanna do their job or don’t know what they’re doing.

The Walmart parking lot on Airport and SW Freeway is under construction with very little of no parking. There were NO SHOPPING CARTS inside store. Had to look for one myself. Departments are not manned for assistance.

Very clean and appeared to be well stocked! They only had two lanes open but several self check-out lanes. Needed at least one more for assistance, my time in line was unusually long.

Crowded as hell. Pharmacy said 30 minutes. I had to wait two hours.

Manager need to have more people at the check out servicing customers. There is a need for more training in customer service for your employees.

Very organized setup, a few empty shelves at the fresh fruits area, but I guess they were sold out because they were restocking as I left.

I primarily do curbside pickup of groceries. Awesome staff. Never a long wait and order usually accurate!

Sep 10 after Harvey... still... no more mask, no more gloves, no more plastic boxes... dont waste your time looking for these stuffs here... search for them else where or other store... very helpful staff though...

I Dont understand why the Guest Services/ Return area at this store does not open until 10 a.m. but the other location was already open... There is nothing stated anywhere that says the returns counter opens at 10 a.m. and I just think its crazy that no one would help accommodate me and I had a receipt and just simply wanted to do an exchange... I barely shop at Walmart now because of the structure of customer service and the way its such an issue when you try to return something even if its the next day...

The ladies who were working at the time were very helpful and friendly. It was a little hot inside the store however. I was surprised how much more merchandise this store had than those I was use to visiting. I really like this store, there garden center is very well organized.

Things were stuffed everywhere in certain departments but I was able to find most of what I needed for Christmas

The store was clean, calm, and well organized. I was disappointed to see their FreshPet dog food is still not replenished since Sunday last week. Also, the a/c was not cool at all in the store; there were moments when I started feeling sick from the humidity in the store. I hung around the refrigerated aisles for a while to refresh myself.

This Walmart is the worst I’ve ever been to! I pulled up with 20 minutes left to enter the facilities, and was greeted by a locked door. When I inquired further, I was met by a disgruntled and rude employee/security guard who refused to let me in. He claimed the registers were off.

Everything time I take my great grandson f or icecream they are out been out for the last 3weeks

Twice my husband as went to pick up his meds that were suppose to be done Monday afternoon and both times they have forgotten one or more meds or even forgot to charge him for some! Go elsewhere!!!!!

Go here when I am in the area and need to do shopping at walmart. Nothing special just another walmart. This location is one I shop at if Im in that part of town. Service has always been good and never had any issues. This location appears to be newer and less busy than the location near my home. Would for sure return if in the area.

Confusing product layout. Not my usual Walmart

Walmart was a main store I go weekly sundays, the only thing that I made this in a 3 stars, is the fact that when I cehcking through the products theirs always some mistaken tags and I recommend to use the walmart app to scan the product because theirs always the product in your cart with a wrong price tag. And is hard to find some employees for help because the walmart app it doesnt shows the map or the items are unknown.

I only go there once.

Went to this location during the big cold weather event and no power. The store was open, clean and stocked. We were able to find some space heaters and it was a life saver. The staff was friendly and patient. Thank you!
